Xiao Wei reached out and grabbed the chubby man: "Come on, tell me what you have to say, I'll keep you company."

"What are you doing?" The chubby guy turned around and broke free from Xiao Wei's hand.

"Xiao Wei, did you bring the person back?"

"That's perfect. Don't bring the person to the station yet. You're familiar with the criminal investigation team, right? Take him there first, and we can take care of things somewhere else, okay? Don't release him yet."

Lu hesitated for a moment, then said, "Things don't seem to be going well with Huang. I have a feeling something's going to happen."

Lu said, "The person was taken into the emergency room before I arrived, and they haven't come out yet. The nurses don't look too good. I'll stay here and watch over them. Xiao Wei took a deep breath to calm himself down, picked up the phone and dialed: "Director Qin? Uncle, can I borrow a place to handle a case of fighting and disturbance? I'm on my way, I'll be there soon."

Director Qin was a little confused: "Fighting and causing trouble? A case from your station? Why are you coming to me? Wasn't your contract due?"

Xiao Wei said, "Let me explain to you in detail. There are about ten people on both sides, and we might have to detain a few of them."

Xiao Wei pointed to the car behind: "Detain those people first, including that fat guy. These people over here are also victims, and the other injured person went to the hospital. Everyone got out of the car. Xiao Wei said, "Leave the people here. You guys drive back first. Xiao Liu is here."

Xiao Wei told them to go home and wait for further notice. None of them, including the restaurant owner, said anything or made a fuss about the outcome; they simply went out and hailed taxis.

Ring... Xiao Wei's phone rang. It was Chief Lu's voice: "Xiao Wei, Chief Huang didn't make it. He's gone."
