Fairy Tail: This Healing Mage's hits hurt so much!

Chapter 270 Levy's Spoiled Act

Lisana skipped and hopped into the guild hall, her smile impossible to hide.

A string of people followed behind her.

Lucy walked in front, followed by Levy, and then Jade and Troy, the two men, carrying large bags and small packages, looking as if they had just been intercepted on the street.

"Brother-in-law! Levy wants you to replenish her potion!"

Riyao raised his head and looked at the group of people.

"Huh? Didn't you guys go shopping? How come there were five of you when you went out? Buy two, get three free?"

"I ran into Levy and the others on the way. They were coming back to replenish their potions, and we just happened to bump into them on the street."

Lisana jumped in front of Sunshine.

Levy blinked her big eyes at Sunrise.

Those eyes were watery, with long, curled eyelashes, and paired with her round, baby-faced features, they were incredibly captivating.

Unfortunately, the other party was Sunrise.

"Brother Riyao, give me some medicine."

"What kind of potion do you need?"

Riyao jumped out from behind the bar and walked towards the infirmary.

Levy trotted after her, her short little legs moving incredibly fast.

Jade and Troy put their bags on the table and called out towards the bar.

"Miraja! Bring us two deluxe meals! And Levy's too!"

"Okay, coming right away."

Mirajane peeked out from the kitchen, her gaze sweeping over Lisana who had just entered through the door.

"Lisana, you're back just in time. Help your sister out."

"Huh? I just got back..."

"hurry up."

Before Lisana could refuse, Mirajane pulled her into the kitchen.

The kitchen curtain snapped shut, silencing Lisana's wails.

In the infirmary, Riyao took two large boxes out of the cabinet and placed them on the table.

The box was opened, revealing neatly stacked medicine bottles of various colors, the glass bottles gleaming differently under the light.

"Here are some healing potions, both for external and internal use. There's a mana potion; drinking it will speed up mana recovery. And this 'stay-at-home' potion."

Levy stood on tiptoe to look into the box, which was filled to the brim with bottles of various kinds of potions, making her dizzy.

She reached out and picked up a bottle of red potion, then looked at it against the light.

"Brother Riyao, what's the purpose of this 'keeping someone alive' potion? I've never seen you sell this before."

"As the name suggests, it's about drinking it and holding on to your last breath."

Riyao took the medicine bottle back from her and put it back in the box.

"No matter how badly you're injured, as long as you have a breath left, you can hold on until I put my hand on you. This is for first aid, I'm keeping it for you, but it's best not to use it."

"And this?" Levy picked up another bottle of beige potion with a label on it: All You Can Eat.

"The 'Fullness Potion' will fill you up instantly and last for three days. It's an essential potion for home and travel, so you won't go hungry in the wild. As for the taste, it's a bit like pumpkin porridge, not too bad."

Levy put the vial back and rolled her eyes.

Then she suddenly grabbed Riyao's arm, shook it wildly, tilted her head back, and spoke in a sweet and soft voice.

"Brother Riyao, could you give me a discount, or do you have any particularly powerful potions?"

Sunrise looked down at Levy, who was hanging from his arm.

She blinked her big eyes, and the corners of her mouth curved into crescent moons.

"..."

Riyao rolled his eyes. Completely and utterly.

"It wasn't that expensive to begin with. This price is just to prevent people from becoming dependent on the drug. A powerful drug? Or maybe a laxative?"

"May I?"

Levy's eyes lit up, then shone even brighter.

"That's... my foot!"

Sunrise reached out and pinched Levy's little face, pulling it to both sides.

Levy's face was stretched into an oval, and her mouth was pulled into a flat line.

"I made a mistake."

Riyao released her grip, and Levy rubbed her cheeks, which had been pinched red.

He took out several bottles of medicine from the box and put them into a small cloth bag according to the standard package.

After packing them up, he took out a small bag from the drawer containing a few thumb-sized seeds and handed it to Levy.

"These are specially made vine seeds that can be used by Troy."

Levy took the seed bag, held it in her hands, and her eyes shone as if she had found a jewel.

"Thank you, Riyao!"

"Read fewer novels in the future. Especially those 'domineering CEO' novels."

"Okay."

Levy readily agreed, but her expression clearly said, "You'll do it again next time."

Clutching the medicine bag, she ran out happily.

Riyao packed up the box, pushed it back into the cabinet, closed the door to the infirmary, and returned to the bar.

Jade and Troy had already eaten half of their lavish meal when Lisanna brought out Levy's portion from the kitchen and placed it in front of her.

Levy stuffed the medicine bag into her bag, sat down between the two of them, picked up her chopsticks, and began to eat.

As they ate, Levy's eyes lit up. She put down her chopsticks and grabbed Lucy's hand.

"Lu-chan, since you're basically just killing time, why don't you come with us to do some commissioned work?"

"Huh?" Lucy was drinking juice and almost choked.

"Aren't you aiming for an S-level assessment spot? Will bringing me along have any impact? I can't really help you much anyway."

Levy pressed herself against Lucy, burying her face in Lucy's shoulder and rubbing against her.

"No way! You have your Celestial Spirit Cloth now, your direct combat strength isn't bad either. Come on, come on, Natsu doesn't want you, I want you."

"What do you mean Natsu doesn't want me...?"

Lucy's lips twitched, but Levy's coquettish offensive was too intense, and she was swayed back and forth by the friction.

If someone had a keen eye, they would have noticed a corner of a book peeking out of Levy's bag, with several large gold-embossed characters on the cover.

The Spoiled Female Mage's Luck Won't Be Too Bad

Lucy thought about it and figured that staying in the guild was just a waste of time anyway, and Sunshine would come over every now and then to hurt her feelings.

Going out to do commissions can at least earn some money, and I can also try out the effects of the newly learned Star Spirit Robe in actual combat.

"Alright, I'll go then."

"Very good!"

Levy hugged Lucy tightly.

"How will the compensation be divided?" Lucy asked the crucial question.

"Okay, the commission fee will be split equally among everyone, and we'll cover our own consumables for the journey. Sunbringer has already provided the combat potions, so that doesn't need to be factored in. Any additional expenses will be discussed and shared among everyone."

"Okay, that's fair."

The two girls settled the matter in just a few words.

After the four finished their meal, they shouldered their bags and prepared to leave. As Levy reached the door, she turned around and waved to Sunrise.

"Brother Riyao, Sister Mira, we're off! Bye-bye!"

"Be careful on the road."

Riyao picked up a cold drink, brought it to his lips, blew on it unconsciously, and then drank it.

Mirajane watched from the side, tried to hold back, but couldn't help laughing out loud.

"You're bragging about cold drinks too?"

"Uh... I don't know why I blew that."

Riyao blew on it again and continued drinking.

After finishing her meal, Lisana quietly stood up from her chair, preparing to slip out unnoticed by Mirajane to make her request.

She crouched low, tiptoed, and slowly made her way to the door.

She had only moved halfway when a hand landed on her shoulder.

"Lisana, where are you going?"

Mirajane's voice came from above, so gentle it gave me goosebumps.

"I...I'll go do the commission..."

"No rush."

Mirajane pressed Lisana back into the chair, put her hands on her shoulders, bent down, and whispered in her ear.

"Lisana, you don't want your sister to work so hard, do you? Look, there are so many customers in the guild, I can't handle it all by myself."

"Cocoa..."

Lisana opened her mouth, but ultimately succumbed to Mirajane's fatally tender gaze.

"I can't bear to part with it."

"good."

Mirajane patted her on the shoulder and stuffed a rag into her hand.

"Stay with me for a while, then I'll go do my errands. First, help me clean the bar, then wash the cups over there, and then sweep up the scraps of paper on the floor."

Lisana turned to Riyao for help.

Sunrise put down his cold drink, stood up, walked over to Lisana, and patted her on the other shoulder.

"Lisana is so good, she knows how to care for her older sister."

"How come even my brother-in-law is like this..."

Lisana was on the verge of tears.

She looked at the rag shoved into her hand, then at Mirajane's smiling face, and then at Riyao's face, which screamed "I'm on my wife's side," and finally gave up struggling.

Resigned, I started wiping the bar counter.

Elfman lay on the bench, watching the scene with his eyes half-open.

He slowly closed his eyes, turned over, and turned his face to the other side.

His manly instincts told him that making a sound at this moment would be tantamount to suicide.
