People gathered around to watch the spectacle, and gasps of amazement echoed throughout the guild.

Riyao curled his lip, his tone nonchalant: "Heterochromia is only temporary. I injected a bit too much healing magic, which is why my pupils turned turquoise. It will fade naturally after a while."

Levy tilted her head curiously and asked, "When you treated everyone before, there was never any staining, right?"

"That's because the previous injuries were relatively minor, and I didn't use my full strength. This time, Erza's eyes were almost 'withered,' and I also used a bit too much of the eye drops I prepared, which is why they got colored."

Makarov squinted, eyeing him suspiciously.

Erza and Gray both looked bewildered. Gray was encountering this situation for the first time. He had only joined the guild after Gildarts went on a long trip and had never met the legendary mage before.

The two stared wide-eyed, dumbfounded as the entire street transformed on its own, slowly revealing a straight avenue leading out of town.

In the distance, a man with orange-red hair and sloppy clothes staggered over, looking somewhat dazed.

Kana stood at the guild entrance and shouted angrily, "You damn old man, what are you dawdling for? Do you expect us to put up banners to welcome you back?!"

Gildarts was taken aback for a moment, then immediately grinned and skipped towards the guild.

As soon as he entered, he bumped into Riyao, who had just gotten up. Riyao was sent flying again and crashed hard into the bar, leaving only his upturned buttocks sticking out, looking extremely comical.

Gildarts completely ignored everyone else, grabbed Kana and showered her with affection, muttering with delight, "Kana, Daddy missed you so much, hehehehe."

Kana struggled desperately, yelling with disgust, "You stinky old man, let me go! Your beard is killing me!"

Makarov looked at the father and daughter, a satisfied smile on his face, and shook his head happily.

Gray was laughing so hard he couldn't stand up straight, while Erza pursed her lips and quickly stepped forward to support him.

"Pfft... Senior Riyao, please be careful."

"Hahahaha, long time no see, what's that kid Riyao up to?"

After being pushed away by Kana, Gildarts slowly walked up to Sunrise, bent down, and looked him over with great interest.

Sunlight rolled his eyes and immediately complained, "Who understands, family? Gildarts, that lowly bastard, bullies his juniors the moment he gets back!"

Instead of feeling guilty, Gildarts slapped his thigh and laughed heartily, his mustache standing on end.

"Hahaha! After all these years, you're still the funniest kid!"

Sunburst, having just been steadied by Erza, became even angrier upon hearing this and reached out to confront Gildarts.

"You still have the nerve to laugh? If you hadn't suddenly barged in, would I be in such a sorry state?"

He had just taken a step when his back foot stepped on the spilled wine from the barrel, and he slipped again.

Erza reacted quickly, reaching out to pull him back, but only managed to grab the hem of his shirt. Riyao lost his balance and tumbled towards the nearby dining table.

Riyao froze on the spot, took a deep breath, reached out and wiped the cream off his face. Just as he was about to lash out, his nose suddenly itched.

He let out a loud sneeze, sending crumbs flying from his head, which landed right on Kana, who was watching the commotion from the side with a wine glass in her hand.

The laughter in the guild was so loud it almost lifted the roof off.
