Ye Kai was startled; the body had already snuggled into his arms, holding him tightly.

This was a body Ye Kai was very familiar with; he knew it was Su Wan'er without even looking.

"Wan'er, what brings you here?"

At 9:50, Lin Qingya, Ye Kai, and Sun Lili entered the conference room.

All the vice presidents and department heads had arrived and turned their attention to Lin Qingya.

Sun Lili announced, "I hereby declare the Su Group's mid-to-senior level meeting officially open!"

Sun Lili took out a document, which was Lin Qingya's appointment letter.

"Now I will read out an appointment letter, which was issued by General Su."

Due to my poor health, after careful consideration, I have appointed Lin Qingya as Managing Director to be responsible for the Group's daily operations.

The meeting room erupted in commotion as everyone exchanged bewildered glances. Such an important decision should have been discussed at a board meeting.

The fact that Sun Lili announced it directly at the meeting is highly inconsistent with the company's personnel appointment process.

One vice president directly questioned, "Where is President Su? Why isn't he attending the meeting?"
