Wizard: This mushroom is too fierce.

Chapter 20: The Scam Succeeds, 9 Outs and 3 Backs

"Something's not right!"

"impossible!"

"No, I've been deceived!"

The Lord of the Sea Waves uttered three "no"s in succession. He stared at the two dark figures on the ground, his expression extremely ugly. Suddenly, he moved, about to run back through the dimensional rift.

"Get back here!"

A muffled thunderclap echoed throughout the space. Roland's eyes widened as he stared at his teacher, Ashius Cromwell, who asked incredulously, "Teacher, aren't we supposed to be pursuing the Summoning School's Extraordinary Cultivation magical sub-discipline?"

"What are you doing here?"

Ashius gave a kind smile, then bent down and tapped Roland's head with his finger, which was as big as a magic crystal ball: "Summon the enemy!"

"Cultivate yourself!"

"Who says the Summoning School has to cultivate its own summoned creatures?"

At that moment, Ashius, who was five meters tall and whose muscles were bulging all over his body like a giant, suddenly lowered his body and then flew into the sky.

boom!

The ground cracked and sonic booms echoed. In the blink of an eye, he was beside the Lord of the Sea Waves.

Then he launched a flying kick, sending the opponent flying, followed by a series of attacks from all directions.

Flesh and blood shattered; under the intense blows, the Lord of the Sea Waves' body was completely reduced to a bloody pulp!

"You...you have completely enraged me!" The Lord of the Sea Waves was not dead. His decaying body suddenly exploded, and in an instant, a massive amount of rain appeared in this space like a waterfall.

In the blink of an eye, this small space that was originally a grassland and forest was transformed into a world entirely composed of the ocean.

"I am the Lord of the Waves, the Master of the Sea!"

"My body is merely a vessel for divinity; divinity is immortal, and the divine body is indestructible!"

The Lord of the Seas reappeared from the sea, standing atop a wave, wielding a long, sky-blue sword, wielding the waves as if he truly were a sea god.

"Hmph!" Ashius snorted coldly, then suddenly turned his gaze to Roland, who was shrouded in a light shield: "Roland, today I will teach you your first lesson in anatomy."

"The subject of this lesson is this arrogant native!"

"Before that, tell me, what knowledge do you need to dissect a living organism?"

Upon hearing this, Roland calmly looked at the Lord of the Sea Waves, and then tentatively said as an observer, "According to the normal biological dissection process, an organism should have many structures. We can start dissecting it in order, beginning with the outermost skin, removing the skin first, then the tendons and bones, and finally separating the various organs."

As Roland explained, he pondered for a moment, then his brow furrowed, and he said with a puzzled look, "However... this otherworldly creature obviously cannot be viewed through the lens of ordinary flesh and blood dissection."

"Divinity?" Roland murmured to himself, "What is that?"

"Could it be some kind of variable in the soul?"

But how could he exist independently of a physical body? He's just a level one being; how could he possibly have such an ability?

This is not magical at all. Even for a wizard, a being who has studied the soul so thoroughly, it is impossible to achieve immortality solely through the soul.

In the astral plane, the soul is like a clear, transparent stream of water; it is extremely easy to be polluted, and the slightest carelessness can lead to its downfall and death.

Roland pondered deeply, but for a moment he was unable to answer the question.

Ashius wasn't in a hurry. He stood in the air, raised his arms, and quietly looked at Roland.

"This is outrageous!" The Lord of the Sea Waves' eyes were icy cold. He had never suffered such humiliation since birth. Even that bitch, the Goddess of the Sky, wouldn't dare to treat him like this.

In the midst of the battle, he disregarded him and began instructing his own students.

God said!

There must be waves!

The Lord of the Seas stood atop the crest of the tide, raising his longsword. In the next instant, a wave that nearly filled the sky formed: "You liar from another world, feel my divine art, 'Heaven-Supporting Giant Wave'!"

"It will shred you to pieces and make you my food."

"Your souls and your bodies will eventually be devoured by me."

"Enough with the noise!" Ashus glanced at the colossal wave that was capable of shaking the entire space, and the next moment, he unleashed a punch: "Hadouken!"

With a single punch, waves of energy surged forth, and countless invisible circular waves unfolded in front of Ashus.

boom!

In the blink of an eye, a single punch completely shattered the once towering waves.

Upon closer observation, Roland noticed that after his teacher threw a punch, a certain fluctuation suddenly appeared in the sky. This fluctuation was initially very weak, far less powerful than the otherworldly creature's magic. However, in the blink of an eye, the fluctuation transformed into a powerful blade capable of cutting through the heavens and earth, completely disintegrating the giant wave.

"The ultimate power generated a high-intensity fluctuation?" Roland's eyes showed deep thought. He suspected that his teacher could no longer be considered human. This was something that no human could do.

This is also different from conventional wizards! Conventional wizards need to cast spell models, mobilize magic, and even construct runes, but what did Professor Ashius do?

He only threw one punch, and Roland didn't even feel any fluctuation of magic power. This was pure physical strength, pure to the extreme!

As Roland pondered, he suddenly awoke with a start. He opened his eyes wide, staring intently at the Lord of the Sea Waves, and after a moment called out, "Teacher!"

"Is he lying?" Roland sorted out his thoughts. He had been misled by this otherworldly creature, thinking that if a godhood was immortal, then a physical body was truly immortal. But where was the godhood?

If the divine essence is truly immortal, why would he condense a physical body again?

"His physical body is his vessel, or rather, every piece of flesh and blood!" Roland's mental world was extremely excited. He had solved a puzzle and gained new knowledge.

"If the dissection of a normal organism is macroscopic, then the physical body of this alien creature requires us to perform a microscopic dissection."

"Starting from the most fundamental, primitive cells, we will dissect its essence bit by bit."

Roland said excitedly, "Perhaps it is because his divinity is hidden in every cell that he is able to be reborn even when he turns into a puddle of mud."

After Roland finished speaking, Ashius's face was no longer cold, but instead showed a look of satisfaction: "Roland, your insight is extremely sharp, even I have to admire it."

"Your mind is really sharp, and you're perfectly suited to follow the path of our school of thought."

"Our Hunter's School's magical tradition is perfectly suited for a genius with a sharp mind like yours to learn!"

As he spoke, Ashius's body suddenly swelled, his muscles soared again, and he transformed into a super muscle giant with his feet firmly planted on the ground and his head reaching for the sky.

Snapped!

With a single strike, the powerful sound of the blow reverberated through the heavens.

Roland opened his eyes wide, looking excitedly at the scene before him!

The self-proclaimed Lord of the Sea, the "Lord of the Waves," had been crushed into a pie, turning into a pile of pure flesh and blood!

There were sixteen portions in total. Ashius gradually returned to normal and flew to Roland's side. He handed Roland a portion of the crystal essence, then blinked, took out two portions, and after thinking for a moment, took out another portion.

The next moment, a bolt of lightning struck Ashus, electrifying his hair to resemble Gohan's.

"I was wrong!" Ashius raised his hand, quickly took only two portions, and then sent the remaining thirteen portions into the sky.

"Nine out, thirteen back!" Ashius smirked and muttered under his breath, "I wonder who the plane's will in the wizarding world learned it from."

"They treat their own people so cruelly!"

Upon hearing this, Roland asked, "What about the enemy?"

Upon hearing this, Ashus sighed and said, "It's nothing, just one outing and thirty-two returns!"

"Thinking about it, it's not so bad. When I was lending money, the enemy also made me look bad, but I always managed to get sixty-four out of ten."

"Generally speaking, even if someone dies, I have to bring them back to life so they can continue working for me!"

Upon hearing this, Roland couldn't help but shudder. For some reason, he thought of his loan...
