The cabin lights were dimmed to a comfortable level for sleep, and the steady hum of the engine enveloped every passenger bound for Cairo like a lullaby.

Jotaro Kujo lowered the brim of his hat, trying to find a moment of peace during this long journey.

An indescribable sense of unease, like a cold snake, crept up his back once again.

At first, it was just a slight movement, like the soft sound of metal rubbing together, or the faint sound of an insect flapping its wings.

Jotaro Kujo suddenly opened his eyes, his gaze sweeping across his surroundings beneath his iconic school cap.

The purple Stand, Star Platinum, had silently appeared behind him, exuding an oppressive aura of impending doom.

"What's wrong, Jotaro?" Joseph Joestar, sitting next to him, was startled by the sudden tension and asked warily.

Shen Jue, Avdol, and Kakyoin all focused their attention on Jotaro Kujo.

A sudden change has occurred!

A gray shadow darted out from the luggage rack with lightning speed, surprising Jotaro Kujo!

It was a stand-in that resembled an insect, with sharp mouthparts like an arthropod, a body composed of several segments, and a steel chain that gleamed coldly at the end.

The insect Stand's eyes gleamed with a cruel and cunning light, its target Jotaro!

This is from the Stardust Crusaders route in Part 3 of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series! It's the first Tarot Stand, Grey Tower, that the DIO crew encountered in Egypt!

"Star Platinum!" Jotaro shouted, and his Stand instantly transformed into a purple afterimage. His fists, imbued with power capable of shattering rocks in an instant, slammed towards the insect Stand at supersonic speed!

"Euro!"

However, the insect substitute seemed to have anticipated this attack. With a serpentine movement that defied the laws of physics, it twisted its body at the critical moment and slipped through the gap in Platinum Star's fist unharmed.

"What?!" Jotaro was shocked. A being that could dodge Star Platinum's highly agile close-range attacks at such a speed was definitely not simple.

The insect substitute did not stop there. It opened its mouthparts and shot out a mouthpart as hard as steel!

Go straight for Jotaro's head!

The purple Platinum Star reacted swiftly, swinging its arm horizontally in an attempt to block.

But a horrifying scene unfolded: the slender steel mouthpiece suddenly accelerated, about to pierce through Star Platinum's palm and head straight for Jotaro's tongue!

"Ding!"

The beetle-like gray tower mouthparts, those powerful mouthparts capable of penetrating thin steel plates, were now as if they were tightly jammed by precisely meshed gears, unable to advance even an inch further.

"Hey, what are you doing? It's better to keep quiet on the plane, isn't it?" Shen Jue said with a smile.

He had unbuckled his seatbelt at some point, walked into the corridor, and pinched Gray Tower's mouthparts between two fingers!

"Huh?" Joestar and Avdol both exclaimed in surprise.

From their perspective, Shen Jue easily grasped the beetle substitute's mouthparts.

Could it be that the beetle stand, which appears to be extremely fast, actually has very weak attack power?

Otherwise, why would Shen Jue be able to control him with just two fingers?

Gray Tower hurriedly tried to break free, but Shen Jue's other hand grabbed the beetle's body with an eerie speed.

Shen Jue then allowed his Stand, Yu Ri Xi He, to show his face, demonstrating that he had used his Stand ability.

"This beetle is very fast and powerful; even the incredibly fast Star Platinum couldn't catch it," Shen Jue explained to Joestar and the others.

"But it is completely countered by my Yu Ri Xi He. Its speed alone will only make it a target under the acceleration ability of Yu Ri Xi He."

"I simply increased the speed of my hands and easily took control of this Stand."

"Mr. Shen Jue, that's true," Abudel said, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead.

"But wasn't it rather strange of you to catch that beetle with your bare hands?"

"What's strange about it?" Shen Jue asked back, holding the captured Stand, Gray Tower, up in front of him for a closer look.

He then stretched his palm out in front of the Gray Tower's mouthparts, watching as the Gray Tower futilely attacked Shen Jue's palm with its steel-like mouthparts.

The steel mace struck Shen Jue's palm, producing dull thuds, like a thin sheet of iron crashing against a massive 1200-ton steel coil with all its might.

Seeing Shen Jue's childish behavior, as if he were teasing an ordinary beetle, Joestar resisted the urge to look at the center of Shen Jue's palm to see if there was a mark.

Instead, he analyzed seriously: "The beetle that attacked Jotaro is very likely hiding among the passengers of this plane."

"Let's split up and find him!"

Just as the group was about to set off, Shen Jue shook his head and said, "Why bother with all that trouble, Mr. Joestar?"

"A Stand user who dares to attack us on a plane must be determined to kill us even if the plane crashes."

"This is most likely the work of DIO's subordinates."

After Shen Jue finished speaking, he grabbed the Gray Tower Stand with both hands at the same time, one hand on its head and the other on its hands, and pulled it with a little force.

"Kara!"

A piercing sound rang out! The Gray Tower Stand was easily torn in two by Shen Jue!

"Ugh!"

Inside the cabin, an old man let out a heart-wrenching scream of pain.

Shen Jue forcefully crushed the gray tower substitute, which had been split in two, causing the already severely injured old man to writhe in agony in the corridor.

Flight attendants were already anxiously checking on the old man's condition, but Shen Jue only glanced at him before Yu Ri Xi He appeared and stopped all the flight attendants who tried to approach him.

The flight attendants were grabbed by the neck one by one by Yu Rixihe and pulled back to their seats, where they were locked in place with their seatbelts.

The old man cried out in agony, shouting, "I failed to tear their tongues out! Lord DIO! Forgive me!"

"Slaughter! Slaughter! I'm going to kill everyone on this plane!"

"You cannot escape! The tower is the end of your journey!"

"DIO's Stand users! I will slaughter you all! You will never reach DIO!"

The old man was about to shout again when Shen Jue sneered and crushed the gray tower substitute in his hand into dust.

As the substitute vanished, the old man coughed painfully.

He died in the corridor, his mouth wide open, his tongue bearing strange markings.

"Tsk, I can't let you hurt my employer, you disgusting killer," Shen Jue commented.

The Stand user who attacked Egypt to fight the DIO group is dead, so this plane shouldn't crash, right?

Shen Jue had been keeping a close eye on the cockpit the whole time. The gray tower avatar tried several times to sneak into the cockpit and kill all the pilots, but inexplicably found itself flying back to the same spot.

Gray Tower then abandoned his plan to kill the pilot and decided to attack Jotaro Kujo at all costs.

But Shen Jue easily controlled it, tearing the gray tower beetle in half and crushing it on the spot.

This can be seen as continuing the tradition of the JOJO series being extremely unfriendly to small animals.

The crisis seemed to have passed, but Joseph Joestar frowned, a sense of foreboding creeping into his heart.

"Jotaro, Avdol, come with me!" Joestar rushed toward the cockpit with a livid face.

When they forced open the cockpit door, everything appeared normal.

The captain and first officer remained focused on piloting the aircraft, and no special circumstances arose.

"Uh..." Joseph's head was starting to ache; he was going to have to spend a lot of time calming down the passengers and crew.

Shen Jue waited to see how things would develop, feeling that things wouldn't be that simple.

A piercing siren and flashing red lights filled the cockpit; the aircraft's power system had malfunctioned!

Shen Jue, on the contrary, breathed a sigh of relief.
