Both start in hell: but their talents are multiplied a hundredfold.

As Garp's adopted son, Shen Jue is gradually taking over the influence and political connections left by the naval hero Garp.

Over the past few years, after capturing several major pirates and numerous smaller pirates who plundered and committed evil deeds, Shen Jue has been promoted to Vice Admiral.

Even those who chose to follow Shen Jue after the recruit training were promoted to the rank of colonel.

Shiki the Golden Lion, who was hiding to study "IQ" plants, and Edward Weevil, who called himself Whitebeard II, and other great pirates became the cornerstones for Shen Jue's promotion.

Because of Shen Jue's actions, Black Arm Zephyr has now entered a semi-retired state, only waiting to educate and train new people at the Navy Headquarters.

Perhaps influenced by Shen Jue, Black Arm Zephyr also fell in love with using Armament Haki to "teach" new Marines.

"Headquarters has issued a mission to capture Nico Robin, the survivor of Ohara and the Devil's Child." Hina explained the mission to Shen Jue.

"General Aokiji, who was originally in charge of capturing Nico Robin, was replaced by Fleet Admiral Sengoku to suppress the Impel Down riots."

"The capture operation is now being led by Vice Admiral Shen Jue."

Shen Jue stretched out his palm and caught the snowflakes falling from the sky, and slowly said, "Admiral Aokiji must be very unhappy, making me, a vice admiral who loves killing pirates, arrest Nico Robin."

"Will this survivor of Ohara Island meet a gruesome end?"

Shen Jue's Observation Haki spanned dozens of kilometers, locking onto a person on the edge of a small town on Drum Island. This person was wearing thick snow goggles and was completely wrapped in a large fur coat, concealing their entire form.

That wasn't Nico Robin, but Admiral Aokiji of the Marine Headquarters, who was supposed to be on his way to suppress Impel Down.

Aokiji sensed Shen Jue's Observation Haki and smiled helplessly, "That's exactly why I don't want to deal with a monster like you, Shen Jue."

"Can we pretend that none of this ever happened?"

Aokiji was on high alert, but before he could see Shen Jue's punch, which spanned the sky and was enveloped in Conqueror's Haki, he was caught off guard.

After giving the order to stay put, Shen Jue took Hina and headed to the highest point of Drum Island, to the castle where Dr. Kureha and Chopper were located.

"Brother Shen Jue, Drum Island was originally a famous medical power on the Grand Line."

Hina analyzed the existing intelligence for Shen Jue: "However, Wapol, the user of the Gluttony Fruit and King of Drum Island, in order to monopolize medical resources and amass wealth, issued a 'Physician Summoning Order,' forcing all doctors in the country to gather at the castle. Those who refused to obey were executed or exiled."

"In today's world-renowned medical superpowers, citizens who fall ill can only wait to die, or spend all their savings to beg Walpo for help."

"The entire island is turning into ruins."

Shen Jue had already observed the predicament Drum Island was facing under Wapol's tyranny through his Observation Haki.

"This is the internal affair of the Kingdom of Drum Island, and the Navy will not interfere," Shen Jue said in a low voice as he slowly moved forward in the cold wind and snow.

Hina followed behind Shen Jue and continued, "The citizens of a medical superpower can't afford medical treatment. In the Grand Line, there are actually countries that dare to do such a thing."

"Brother Shen Jue, is this the thought that led you to decisively accept the mission and come to Drum Island to hunt down Nico Robin?"

"Perhaps, Hina. I came to this island for justice," Shen Jue said.

The two easily climbed the steep, snow-covered rock face and arrived at the castle at the highest point of the mountain.

Dr. Kureha, a free-spirited "witch" doctor, is over 100 years old, yet her physical condition is astonishingly youthful. Apart from the wrinkles on her face, her figure and skin are like those of a young girl.

Beside Kureha, an adorable reindeer with a blue nose is trying hard not to cry out.

"Ancient Titans".

"The Protector".

"Overlord".

"Why would a monster like you choose to come to Drum Island?"

"Vice Admiral Shen Jue".

Kureha spoke coldly, carrying firearms and a meteor hammer, and was extremely tense.

With each word Kureha spoke, a tear fell from Chopper's eyes.

Later, she even hid directly behind Kureha.

When Hina saw Kureha so nervous and the cute reindeer who had already cried from fright, she was about to say something, but Shen Jue waved her hand to stop her.

"Dr. Kureha," Shen Jue said with a smile, "I'm not here to arrest you, former pirate."

"That's truly remarkable Observation Haki; it can detect my presence from such a distance."

Shen Jue did not deliberately conceal his presence; on the contrary, Kureha's considerable Observation Haki aroused his interest.

As someone who has lived for over 100 years, Kureha is very likely a powerful retired pirate.

In the cruel world of One Piece, the hidden strength of a former pirate who has lived for over 100 years has indeed piqued Shen Jue's interest.

"So, what brings you here, young powerhouse? Do you want me to heal your injured navy officer?"

"That's not the case," Shen Jue said, shaking his head. "I'm here to invite the reindeer beside you, the Devil Fruit user, to join the Navy."

"Huh?!" Chopper, who was so frightened that he cried, opened his mouth wide and looked at Shen Jue in disbelief.

"What a joke?!" Kureha said angrily. She was usually very sarcastic towards Chopper, but deep down, Kureha loved him very much and regarded him as her son.

"Chopper is a doctor! He can't participate in the battles on the Grand Line!" Kureha said firmly. "If there are patients who need treatment, I can leave with you right now!"

"Please don't go! Doctor!" Chopper, with snot and tears streaming down his face, clung to Kureha's leg.

Shen Jue watched as Chopper wiped his tears and snot on Kureha's leg, and his lips twitched.

But she still said gently, "Dr. Kureha."

"Studying medicine cannot save the people of Drum Island Kingdom, let alone the Grand Line."

"The panacea that can save all patients—follow me into the Navy, and you'll have a better chance of finding it."

"I can also solve the predicament of the Drum Island Kingdom."

"Navy..." Upon hearing Shen Jue's words, Kureha revealed a complicated expression, while Chopper wriggled around her legs.

"There's no need to rush into a decision right now. I'm just here to extend an invitation," Shen Jue said, gesturing for Hina to follow him.

"See you later, Dr. Kureha."

Shen Jue and Rina jumped off the castle cliff thousands of meters high.

The two of them glided into the distance, using moonwalking techniques.

They landed on Drum Island in a sparsely populated village with only a handful of hunters out in the area.

"Hello, is anyone home?" Shen Jue knocked on a door very politely.

The biting wind howled, and the falling snowflakes were evaporated by Shen Jue's body heat, then turned into mist and returned to the sky.

No one answered from inside the house, but Shen Jue's Observation Haki told him that there was a beautiful, dark-skinned girl inside who had closed her medical books.

"Miss Nico Robin, are you home?" Shen Jue knocked on the door again and asked.

Nico Robin, inside the house, shuddered.
