Both start in hell: but their talents are multiplied a hundredfold.

After the battle in the waters off Drum Island, news came that King Walbourne of Drum Island had been killed.

Chopper cried for a long time because his benefactor Hiruluk had finally gotten his revenge.

Former King Wapol tricked Hiluluk into drinking a liquid bomb, and Hiluluk died in front of Chopper.

Chopper, lacking the power to take revenge, learns medicine from Kureha.

As a child, Chopper was abandoned by the deer herd because of his blue nose. After accidentally eating the Human-Human Fruit, he was driven away by the humans of Drum Island as a monster.

Hiluluk redeemed Chopper and gave him the name Tony Tony Chopper.

Although Hiluluk is completely incompetent in medicine, he has a dream: to use cherry blossom trees on Drum Island that have never bloomed before to awaken the people's spirit of resistance under the tyrannical rule of the former King Wapol.

Chopper inherited Hiluluk's will. After Wapol was killed by Shiba Inu Xiaotian and Shen Jue's battle with Xiaotian ended, Chopper immediately used the device left behind by Hiluluk to make all the remaining cherry blossom trees on Drum Island bloom together.

This is what transformed Drum Island, originally located in an extremely cold world, into the cherry blossom kingdom where cherry blossoms now bloom in abundance.

Tony Tony Chopper, the lovable blue-nosed reindeer, also has a dream inherited from Hiruluk: to invent a panacea that can cure all diseases.

Because Hiluluk was once a pirate, Chopper also has a great fondness for those who call themselves pirates but are actually adventurers.

But after witnessing the great battle between Shen Jue and Xiao Tian, Wapol, who had been Chopper's nightmare for years, died silently under Xiao Tian's sword energy.

Chopper's mindset changed.

At that time, Chopper cried and asked Kureha: "Can't simply learning medicine really save Drum Island? Can't we achieve Hiluluk's dream?"

What could Kureha do? She's a seasoned veteran who's over 100 years old; surely she understands Chopper's thoughts.

She refused Shen Jue's invitation to prevent Chopper from becoming a Marine, in order to protect Chopper's safety and prevent her adopted son from becoming fuel for the Celestial Dragons' rule.

But after witnessing Shen Jue's battle with Xiao Tian, this former pirate was deeply moved by Shen Jue's overwhelming and catastrophic Conqueror's Haki, and Kureha's resolve wavered.

How could Shen Jue, with such a terrifying spirit, possibly become a lackey of the Celestial Dragons to slaughter the rebels?

Even decades before Kureha was active, Vice Admiral Shen Jue could be considered one of the strongest figures on this sea.

It's not a bad thing to let Chopper follow such a strong person and become a member of the Navy.

Moreover, Vice Admiral Shen Jue is the adopted son of the hero Garp.

Shen Jue met Kureha, who had brought Chopper with her.

Kureha and Chopper haven't been idle these days either. After the cherry blossoms on Drum Island bloomed, they went down from the castle to help the people of Drum Island, who were rebuilding their homes, treat their illnesses.

Wearing a pink top hat, Chopper mustered his courage and, under the watchful eyes of Shen Jue and numerous Marines, shouted out the words he had long hesitated to say: "Brother Shen Jue! Please allow me to follow you and become a Marine!"

"I want to create a panacea! To cure everyone's ailments and diseases!"

The many marines around Shen Jue burst into laughter upon hearing Chopper's shout, their laughter filled with concern and respect.

"Reindeer! You have a wonderful dream!"

"If I follow Brother Shen Jue, I'm sure I can achieve my dreams!"

"You also crave a lesson from Brother Shen Jue's fists? Haha! You're pretty good, Reindeer!"

"Has Brother Shen Jue reached the point of reindeer worship?! No wonder he's Brother Shen Jue; he easily accomplished what we couldn't!"

The numerous marines were in an uproar, their words filled with praise for Chopper's bold statement of his dream and for joining the navy with Shen Jue.

This was the first time Chopper had been praised like this. He had always lived on Drum Island as an outsider, but he never expected that people would like him so much, a blue-nosed reindeer.

Chopper burst into tears again, and he happily twisted his body, shouting, "Idiot... idiot! Even if you praise me like that, I won't be happy!"

In fact, Chopper was already wriggling around happily.

Shen Jue walked forward with a smile, squatted down, and pinned the personal badge he had made—a naval badge engraved with Shen Jue's name—on Chopper's little clothes.

"Welcome to the Navy, Tony Tony Chopper."

"I will guide you to cultivate diligently and earnestly."

After Shen Jue finished speaking, he rubbed Chopper's head with his big hand; it felt wonderful.

Chopper felt pure warmth once again and cried tears of joy.

This time, the navy men around Shen Jue couldn't hold back anymore.

"Hey, am I hallucinating? Isn't that a badge that only Colonel Hina and Lieutenant Colonel Drake are entitled to?"

"Mom! Why did the reindeer who just joined the Navy receive a badge that only those recognized by Brother Shen Jue would be given?!" A Navy soldier was so excited that he even shouted out to his mother.

"Damn it! Was I attacked by a Devil Fruit user with the ability to create illusions?! Ugh! Damn it! Reindeer!"

Among them, the one who was least able to hold back was Smoker, the user of the Smoke-Smoke Fruit.

Smoker seemed to hear the sound of his own heart breaking: the night before he left, Brother Shen Jue, you said you would give me a Shen Jue badge.

At this moment, Smoker's resentment became tangible; he even had the impulse to transfer out of Navy Headquarters and choose any branch base to live out the rest of his life.

"Phew." Smoker let out a long breath, his mind filled with thoughts of training hard and capturing vicious pirates.

The reason he wasn't given a badge by Brother Shen Jue must be because he didn't perform well enough in his daily training and missions!

That's right! That's right! Smoker is a Logia-type Devil Fruit user! He'll definitely get the badge personally given to him by Brother Shen Jue!

While Shen Jue was still reminiscing about the feel of stroking Chopper's head, Smoker had already completed his self-conquest.

Inviting Chopper to join the Navy was not a spur-of-the-moment decision by Shen Jue.

It's worth noting that Chopper was the first person to possess the Human-Human Fruit in the One Piece world.

Although Chopper's Devil Fruit is said to be a regular Zoan-type Human-Human Fruit, Shen Jue doesn't think so.

As you can see, none of the other Human-Human Fruit users are easy to deal with.

For example, the Paramecia-type Gum-Gum Fruit that Luffy, the protagonist of One Piece, ate was actually the Zoan-type Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Nikka form.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku's Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan type, Buddha form.

These individuals who possess the Human-Human Fruit are, or will be, among the strongest beings on the high seas in the future.

Shen Jue didn't believe that the Human-Human Fruit that Chopper ate was truly the simplest Human-Human Fruit, the ordinary type, in the form of a commoner.

Even Bonney, the daughter of Kuma of the Revolutionary Army and the owner of the Age-Age Fruit, could only manipulate age in the early stages of One Piece. However, in the later Egghead Island arc, the actual effect of her fruit ability became the ability to temporarily distort the future.

Bonney's fighting power increased exponentially. With her ability to warp the future, she transformed into a female version of the sun goddess Nika, and together with Luffy, who also transformed into Nika, they beat up the Five Elders of the World Government.

Who knows, Bonnie's Year-Year Fruit might also be a hidden Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan type.

In addition, the Paramecia-type Giant Growth Fruit that Shen Jue ate was actually the Zoan-type Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan type, Qingyuan Miaodao Zhenjun form.

Shen Jue was certain that Chopper's Human-Human Fruit was far more complex than that.
