The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

"The holiday gift packages are quite generous!"

Lin Bufan looked at the three items in front of him and a smile appeared on his face.

Lin Bufan knew about the Panhai International residential complex, which is currently the most upscale community in Beijing. The Bihaiyuan project had just opened for sale.

Currently, housing prices in Beijing are not considered high. The Panhai International project is located outside the East Fourth Ring Road in Chaoyang District, and its opening price was 1.2 yuan per square meter.

"360 square meters..."

Lin Bufan opened the property certificate and glanced at it. His apartment was a penthouse duplex on the 18th floor of Building 7 in Panhai International Biyuan, with an area of 360 square meters and a five-bedroom layout.

Looking at the house, Lin Bufan thought of Dong Xuan.

The courtyard house was used to settle Chen Zihan; we couldn't let Dong Xuan continue renting.

As for Wan Qian, she is currently mainly in Shanghai. Once he has fully established himself in Beijing, she will be allowed to come over.

Liu Yifei goes without saying; she doesn't need to make any arrangements herself at the moment.

That being said, once I've made some money, I'll definitely buy a few more houses.

"With this car, we don't need to buy one anymore."

Lin Bufan put away the car keys, along with the vehicle registration and property ownership certificate, and put them directly into the dimensional space.

Finally, Lin Bufan set his sights on the script for "Flying Swords of Dragon Gate".

Lin Bufan knew about this movie; it was directed by Xu Ke in 11 and starred Li Lianjie, Zhou Xun, Chen Kun, and others, ultimately grossing 5.4 million yuan at the box office.

Despite the high box office figures, the film actually lost money.

When "Flying Swords of Dragon Gate" was initially promoted as a 3D martial arts film, the overall effect was just average, with a production cost of up to 2 million yuan.

Even if we calculate based on a three-fold return, the film's producers still lost tens of millions.

In Lin Bufan's opinion, many plot points in this movie are seriously flawed in terms of logic, and the fight scenes are not very good either. The only thing that catches the eye is the most beautiful factory flower, Yu Huatian.

During this time, Lin Bufan has been thinking about what movie he should make next.

"Let's film this!"

Lin Bufan slapped the script with his hand, making a decision in his heart.

He chose this movie primarily because its box office potential was high enough. As for losing money, Lin Bufan believed that as long as Jet Li wasn't involved, it would be fine.

In this movie, Jet Li received 1 million yuan, which is equivalent to half of the total investment.

If we didn't use Jet Li, we could save 100 million yuan and control costs. As long as the box office exceeds 300 million yuan, we could break even.

In the entertainment industry, it is well known that directors from Hong Kong and Taiwan are the most adept at "quoting prices." They may quote investors 50 million or even more when the production cost is only 20 or 30 million.

The extra expenses will be spent under various pretexts, such as a straw hat costing hundreds of thousands of US dollars, or a boxed lunch costing thousands of dollars, etc.

When "Flying Swords of Dragon Gate" was released in 11, Tsui Hark claimed that the investment was 2 million yuan, but that was definitely inflated; it would be considered good if it was 7% of that amount.

"If we don't use Jet Li, who will play the lead role?"

Lin Bufan looked at the movie script in his hand and began to ponder it.

Besides the actors, Lin Bufan also needs to optimize the script content and some lines.

Open the properties.

Name: Lin Bufan

技能：大师级导演（0/100）、大师级剪辑（0/100）、初级主持（1/2）、

入门厨艺（0/1）、初级驾驶（1/2）、大师级编剧（0/100）

Lin Bufan glanced at his attribute interface. During this time, he had taught himself screenwriting and had just gotten started with the basics.

Once he has mastered the basics of a skill, he can use skill upgrade scrolls to level up.

Lin Bufan opened the dimensional space and took out the skill upgrade scroll stored inside.

"A total of 25 upgraded reels, that's enough."

From beginner to master level, you only need 21 skill upgrade scrolls.

After Lin Bufan raised his skills to the master level, he looked at the script in his hand and felt that it was full of loopholes.

"Now, I finally have something to do."

Lin Bufan took the script back to his room, placed it on the table, and began revising some parts of the script.

The overall theme remains the same, but the content will be modified, especially some of the more outrageous lines.

……

"Honey, you're here!"

Upon seeing Lin Bufan enter, Liu Yifei immediately broke into a happy smile.

Today is New Year's Eve, how could Lin Bufan not come to see her?

How are you feeling today?

Lin Bufan stepped forward and carefully helped Liu Yifei up.

"Great!"

Liu Yifei smiled and gently stroked her belly, saying, "I wonder when the little one will be born."

预产期是2月1号，今天是1月28号，还有4天的时间。

"Soon!"

Lin Bufan squatted down, pressed his ear against his belly, and could clearly feel the little one inside.

Having lived two lives, he never expected to have a child; it was a novel and magical experience for him.

"ah!"

Liu Yifei suddenly exclaimed.

"What's wrong?"

Lin Bufan hurriedly and nervously looked up at Liu Yifei.

"It's nothing, the little guy just kicked me."

Liu Yifei had a smile on her face.

For Lin Bufan, the appearance of this child was miraculous, and for her as well, it was.

She's only 19 years old, hasn't even graduated from university yet, and she's already pregnant, and she's even pregnant out of wedlock with Lin Bufan.

Even she herself didn't know why she kept the child, since at the beginning, she and Lin Bufan didn't have a very deep relationship.

Even after she became pregnant, Lin Bufan took care of her emotions at all times. Even when he was in Hollywood, he would call her every day to chat with her.

"You, Liu Yifei, you didn't even tell me about such a big thing as being pregnant."

Just then, a delicate shout suddenly came from the doorway.

"Changchang, what brings you here?"

Liu Yifei turned her head and saw Shu Chang, whom she hadn't seen for more than half a year.

"How did I get here?"

Shu Chang approached, looking at Liu Yifei, who was heavily pregnant and almost round like a ball, and gritted her teeth: "Didn't you tell me you were resting and studying?"

Over the past six months, Shu Chang had tried to visit Liu Yifei several times, but Liu Yifei refused each time, citing reasons such as not being in Beijing, studying, or resting.

This time, she couldn't go home for the New Year because of something, so she thought she would come and give Liu Yifei a surprise. However, she ran into Liu Xiaoli at the door and found out that Liu Yifei was pregnant.

"I just haven't figured out how to tell you yet."

Liu Yifei looked at Shu Chang somewhat embarrassed.

The two met on the set of "The Story of a Noble Family". They were both born in the same year and are the same age, but in terms of acting skills, Shu Chang is superior to Liu Yifei.

Shu Chang was a child star after all, while Liu Yifei was just a complete newcomer at the time.

At the time, Liu Yifei was only 14 years old and a complete newcomer in the entertainment industry. She had no acting skills whatsoever. Not only was she scolded by the director, but she was also disliked by Chen Kun, who even complained about and reprimanded her in front of everyone in the crew.

It was under these circumstances that the two met, and Shu Chang taught Liu Yifei a lot about acting.
