The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

Congratulations! You've given birth to twins, a boy and a girl!

A few hours later, a nurse emerged from the operating room carrying a pair of twins, a boy and a girl.

Looking at the pair of twins in front of him, Lin Bufan suddenly felt a strange sensation: he had actually become a father.

"husband!"

Just then, Liu Yifei was wheeled out of the operating room.

"How are you feeling?"

Lin Bufan hurriedly stepped forward, took Liu Yifei's small hand, and asked with concern.

"I'm fine, where's the child?"

Liu Yifei shook her head slightly and looked at Lin Bufan.

"It's here!"

Liu Xiaoli and Shu Chang, each holding a child, came to Liu Yifei's bedside.

"Ugh, it's so ugly!"

Liu Yifei had just seen her newborn child, who was all wrinkled and had nothing to do with being pretty.

"go!"

Liu Xiaoli rolled her eyes at Liu Yifei: "Newborn babies are all like this."

When Liu Xiaoli gave birth to Liu Yifei, she looked just like that when she was born, but she gradually grew more and more beautiful.

"Honey, have you named the baby yet?"

Inside the ward, Liu Yifei played with the child for a while before looking at Lin Bufan.

"kindness!"

Lin Bufan nodded: "The older sister will be called Lin Xin, and the younger brother will be called Lin Chen."

"Lin Xin, Lin Chen..."

Liu Yifei muttered something to herself, then smiled and nodded.

Just then, Lin Chen, who was lying in the swaddling clothes, suddenly burst into tears, and then Lin Xin also started crying.

The nanny, who had been waiting nearby, rushed forward, picked up the baby, and prepared to breastfeed.

Newborn babies need to be fed frequently, but they can't drink too much at once.

……

After returning from the hospital, Lin Bufan spent his days with Liu Yifei and the child, and his nights revising the script.

At the same time, Lin Bufan also started giving Liu Yifei the beauty and health-preserving pills.

This beauty and skin-nourishing pill not only beautifies and nourishes the skin, but also regulates the body's metabolism and immunity, helping Liu Yifei quickly recover her body and figure.

Before giving birth, Liu Xiaoli had tacitly accepted that Liu Yifei had gained weight, but now that the baby has been born, Liu Xiaoli has given a strict order: Liu Yifei must lose weight.

Even if Liu Xiaoli hadn't said anything, Liu Yifei would have chosen to lose weight.

She can accept being fat, but being slightly chubby is the limit; she's really too fat now.

Before we knew it, it was February 12th, the Lantern Festival.

"System, check-in."

After Liu Yifei and the child went to sleep, Lin Bufan quietly signed in.

[Ding! Congratulations, host! Daily check-in successful. Rewards: One bottle of Liuwei Emperor Pills (10 pills) + One bottle of Beauty and Nourishing Pills (10 pills) + 100 million US dollars]

[Ding! Congratulations, host! You have successfully checked in for the festival and received a reward: a Lantern Festival gift pack. Would you like to open it?]

"Open!"

[Ding! Congratulations, host! You have opened the Lantern Festival gift pack and received the following rewards: a script for the movie "Home Alone", Villa No. 88 in Xiangshan, Beijing, and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter RV.]

As soon as the system finished speaking, a movie script, a property deed and keys for a villa, and a vehicle deed and keys for a motorhome appeared in front of Lin Bufan.

During this period, Lin Bufan was considering buying a motorhome.

The last time we filmed "Love is Not Blind," most of the filming took place in the city, so it didn't matter whether we had a motorhome or not, and we were also short on funds at that time.

However, the filming of "Flying Swords of Dragon Gate" will take place in the desert, where conditions will certainly be inconvenient, so a motorhome will be needed for rest.

Unexpectedly, the system was so thoughtful that it gave me a motorhome as a gift for signing in.

This Mercedes-Benz Sprinter RV isn't too expensive, only a little over a million yuan.

This villa is quite valuable...

After putting away the vehicle registration and car keys, Lin Bufan picked up the villa property certificate in front of him and glanced at it.

Villa No. 88 in Xiangshan covers an area of over 800 square meters and has four floors above ground and one floor below ground. It is located at the foot of Xiangshan Mountain outside the West Fifth Ring Road and is only five kilometers away from the Summer Palace.

The scenery and environment are quite nice.

Finally, Lin Bufan picked up the script for the movie "Home Alone".

Home Alone was originally released in 90. With a production cost of $1800 million, it grossed $4.7 million worldwide.

The entire "Home Alone" series was expected to gross over $10 billion, but starting with the third "Home Alone" film, the lead actor was changed, and the scripts were somewhat hollow, so the quality of the films declined.

The main reason for changing the lead actor is that the Home Alone series spans too much time. The first movie was in 90, and by the time of the third movie, it was already 97. The lead actor, Macaulay Cullinan, had long since grown up and was no longer suitable to play the lead role.

That same evening, Lin Bufan sent the script for "Home Alone" to Carter in Los Angeles and asked him to register the script.

As for filming, Extraordinary Pictures is not currently able to operate so many film crews at the same time.

……

"Happy New Year, boss!"

Today is February 13th, Monday, the sixteenth day of the first lunar month, and also the first day of the company's resumption of work. Bai Bing greeted Lin Bufan with a big smile.

Since their last parting, Bai Bing hadn't seen Lin Bufan again, except for calling him personally to wish him a Happy New Year during the Spring Festival.

"Xiao Bai, the food was good during the Chinese New Year! Did you gain a few pounds?"

Lin Bufan looked at his beautiful female assistant and joked with her.

"Boss, you're so annoying!"

Bai Bing rolled her eyes at Lin Bufan helplessly.

After spending more time with him, Bai Bing discovered that his boss was quite approachable except when he was working, which is why he dared to joke around appropriately.

"Hey, Chinese New Year red envelopes!"

Lin Bufan smiled and took out a red envelope from his pocket, handing it to Bai Bing.

"Thank you, boss!"

Bai Bing immediately accepted the red envelope with a beaming smile.

There wasn't much money in the red envelope, only a thousand yuan, just a token of my appreciation.

Go and fetch Wang Mingliang.

"Yes, boss!"

Not long after, Bai Bing led Wang Mingliang into the office.

"Boss, you called me!"

"Get this script registered, and at the same time prepare the production crew and props."

Lin Bufan took out the script of "Flying Swords of Dragon Gate" and handed it to Wang Mingliang.

"Yes, boss."

Wang Mingliang took the script and turned to leave.

Immediately afterwards, Lin Bufan also learned from the finance department that the box office revenue sharing for "Love is Not Blind" had been deposited into the company's account.

The total box office of "Love is Not Blind" was 2.71 million yuan. After deducting 5% for the film development fund and 3.3% for value-added tax, the remaining box office revenue was 2.485 million yuan.

The film's box office revenue is split, with the production company receiving 41%, or 1.02 million NTD. After deducting 10% for distribution fees to China Film Group, the final amount going to Kyoto Entertainment is 9170 million NTD.

The production cost of "Love is Not Blind" was only 1500 million, but the film ultimately made a profit of 8670 million.

With a return of nearly 6 times, many listed companies in this era may not even have an annual revenue of 1000 million.
