Chapter 46 Spider-Man vs. Iron Man vs. Iron Monger vs. Tyrant

"You stay here, I'll be right back!"

Tony Stark's voice was deep and resonant as thick flames erupted from his palms and soles, propelling him skyward.

It smashed a hole in the building.

"Looks like we don't have to worry about paying for that broken glass anymore," Peter Parker shrugged. "What's next?"

Gwen Stacy asked doubtfully, "Weren't we here to ask Tony Stark for help? Of course we should follow him!"

Alice chimed in, "If we can help him get rid of this trouble, maybe they'll owe us a favor."

"You have a good point." Peter Parker nodded, glancing at Tony Stark who had already disappeared into the horizon. "Do you think we can keep up?"

"If we listen to your nonsense any longer, we'll definitely miss our chance!" Gwen Stacy, carrying Alice on her back, shot out a spider web and left the building.

"Hey, we're a team, we should act as a group. It's unethical for you to abandon your captain like this!" Peter Parker followed closely behind, and the three of them swung through the air.

The three followed the blue and white flames in the sky until they arrived at Stark Industries' military testing grounds.

No one noticed that two Black Hawk helicopters, also in the air, bearing the logo of Umbrella Technology, dropped two enormous metal crates.

The next second, Tony Stark crashed to the ground like a shooting star.

A red and gold armor and a massive armor that reflected a titanium color collided violently.

"Oh, Wardfa!" Peter Parker's eyes widened. "Nobody told me we'd be seeing a mech battle tonight! This is way more exciting than Tony Stark and the cover girl!"

In a pure strength contest, the Mark II is inferior to the Iron Monger, but its agility and attack variety far surpass the Iron Monger.

Tony Stark dodged the Iron Monger's barrage of fire, and Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy stepped forward together to unleash their webs, immediately shutting down the Iron Monger's rotary machine gun.

"Two more fools have shown up." Obadiah snorted coldly, activated his leg propulsion device, and moved quickly with his other hand, firing a missile.

Seeing that the missile was about to hit, Tony Stark quickly launched the Hive missile in an attempt to disrupt it.

However, the Hive missile and all the missiles stopped in mid-air, and Alice stood in place with her brows furrowed as if she was exerting force.

Then, with a sudden twist, both the missiles and the Hive missiles turned and fired at Obadiah.

"Cool, telekinesis!" Peter Parker exclaimed.

Tony Stark, who was lurking in the air, frowned slightly: "Analyze this, Jarvis."

"Her brainwaves fluctuated violently just now, causing a brief gravitational anomaly. However, after using this ability, the target's brainwaves immediately began to weaken, indicating an extremely high load."

Obadiah quickly tore through the spider web, and the rotary machine gun fired bullets, detonating the missiles in the air.

The missile explosion engulfed most of the nearby Hive missiles, but many more Hive missiles had already landed on Obadiah, and a series of explosions rang out.

But it didn't cause much damage to Obadiah, just some trouble.

"You all die!" Obadiah commanded the Iron Monger, charging forward like a tank.

Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy quickly shot out webs to try and stop Obadiah, but the two had used up too much web fluid from their two journeys.

The position was quickly emptied.

"Damn it! I'm out of ammo!"

Tony Stark soared into the sky, accelerated continuously, and then crashed into the Iron Monger.

The Iron Monger was sent flying by the impact, but Tony Stark was not feeling well either. Despite having an anti-gravity shock absorber installed, he still felt dizzy.

"Sir, your reactor has less than 26 units of energy left."

"Gather your energy in your chest core," Tony Stark stood up, channeling all his energy into his chest cannon, ready to unleash it on Obadiah.

A barrage of ammunition poured out and flew out.

Tony Stark was sent flying.

Obadiah frowned slightly and immediately turned to look at the person who had come.

Two tall giants wearing heavy bulletproof vests and carrying weapons walked slowly towards them.

The bullets that just attacked Tony Stark were fired by them.

Almost instantly upon seeing them, Obadiah recognized what they were.

A tyrant, and not just any ordinary tyrant! It's a tracker that can use weapons!

"Why would Umbrella Technology deploy Tyrant here? They want to steal my data!" Obadiah immediately realized this and fired a missile at Tyrant.

The missile was launched, but was deflected by the tentacles on the pursuer just before it was about to hit.

"Fuck, what is that?" Obadiah wanted to use the rotary machine gun to attack, but saw the two pursuers raise their rocket launchers almost simultaneously, and two missiles, trailing scorching flames, shot towards Obadiah.

Obadiah raised his hand and used the rotary machine gun to shoot one of them, and another exploded at the same time.

However, the ensuing metal storm forced Obadiah to raise his hands to protect his vital parts. The third rocket hit Obadiah, knocking the Iron Monger to the ground.

"Cool!" Peter Parker exclaimed, looking at Tony Stark who had just crawled out of the rubble, and asked, "Is this the helper you hired?"

Tony Stark frowned. "I thought you hired them. If I did, why did they attack me first?"

"I thought it was an accidental injury!"

The trackers stood side by side, firing their Vulcan cannons and rocket launchers in rapid succession.

"Hey, look here!" Tony Stark charged up again, unleashing his chest cannon that instantly burned through a pursuer's body with arcs of energy.

Another pursuer was caught in the flames, revealing his ugly face, which had been covered by a black hood.

"The trackers!" Alice groaned, clutching her head, and couldn't help but crouch down. "They're trackers from the Umbrella Corporation."

"This thing is really ugly," Gwen Stacy frowned. "Hey... Spider-Man, do you have any spare web-eating fluid?"

“Of course,” Peter Parker said smugly, pulling out the spiderweb liquid. “That’s the advantage of having pockets!”

"Fuck, that damn thing from Umbrella Technology!"

With his ammunition depleted, the Iron Monger, who had been suppressed, stood up, his body covered in wounds.

Enraged, Obadiah charged at the last remaining pursuer and punched him right through.

"After all, they're just carbon-based life forms. How can they compare to my firepower?" Obadiah said smugly.

Then Alice cried out in alarm, "Watch out!"

The next second, the pursuer, who had been smashed to pieces by Obadiah, had his heavy bulletproof vest fall off, and his body melted like a candle, melting together with the pursuer who had been burned through.

Two terrifying, twisted faces emerged from the liquid, their grotesque features resembling those of the Shoggoths from the Cthulhu Mythos!

Its terrifying mandibles, large enough to swallow a car, snapped down fiercely at Obadiah.
