I enlisted four times! My former unit blacklisted me.

Chen Zhiyuan continued, "Not only that!"

"Comrade Lin Xiaohui has dedicated himself to the combat companies and battalion headquarters for eighteen years, training countless backbone sergeants!"

"Leaving aside the other companies, just look at our Third Company. One-third of the sergeants you see here were personally trained by Comrade Lin Xiaohui!"

"More than half of them successfully became non-commissioned officers after receiving his training!"

"Even I and your beloved Comrade Wu Hanfeng, when we first joined the army, Comrade Lin Xiaohui was our squad leader for new recruits and later our squad leader for veterans."

"It's fair to say that without Comrade Lin Xiaohui, I wouldn't be the company commander I am!"

"So now that Comrade Lin Xiaohui is back, I hope that all comrades in the company will give him a respectful salute and greeting whenever they see him!"

"You may not respect me, but you must respect him."

"Did you all understand?"

"yes!!"

The entire company responded loudly.

Chen Zhiyuan nodded in satisfaction. "Now, let's give a round of applause to our Sergeant Major, Comrade Lin Xiaohui, to say a few words to everyone."

clap clap clap...

The audience erupted in enthusiastic applause.

Lin Xiaohui raised his hand, signaling everyone to quiet down, and a kind smile appeared on his face:

"Don't be nervous, and don't listen to the company commander bragging."

"I'm not as amazing as he says. I'm just a soldier, nothing more than a soldier."

As he spoke, Lin Xiaohui looked at the group of veterans and laughed again, "Look at your expressions, I'm not going to eat you."

"Don't worry, nowadays we emphasize scientific training, I won't do it like before."

The veterans nodded slightly in agreement on the surface, but inwardly they were rolling their eyes.

You used to say that a lot when you were in the company.

But every time, after saying that, they would drag us out and subject us to a brutal beating.

Lin Xiaohui waved his hand and said, "Alright, there's nothing more to say."

"The new recruits have just joined the company. Don't let this old man like me ruin their induction ceremony."

After saying that, Lin Xiaohui was about to walk down when he paused, turned around again, and said to the group of 20 new recruits who had just joined the company:

"I almost forgot, there's one more thing."

"Hmm, it's not really a big deal. It's just a simple reminder."

"Exactly... don't fucking follow your class monitor Wu Hanfeng's example! Stay away from him! Be careful he doesn't lead you astray!"

The new recruits: "???"

The veterans: "Hahaha..."

Wu Hanfeng looked embarrassed: "Old squad leader, that's not fair! He's undermining me."

Chen Zhiyuan sighed inwardly: He'd been corrupted long ago!

Lin Xiaohui and Wang Tao went up to settle things, and Chen Zhiyuan returned to the front of the group.

"Alright, let's split up now."

"Class monitors, step forward!"

In an instant, sergeants Zhou Haibo, Liu Yang, Zhao Yu, and others all stood in the first row.

From Class 1 to Class 9, the cooks lined up in a row.

"Wang Hao, Class One!"

"arrive!"

Wang Hao quickly came up behind Zhou Haibo.

Immediately afterwards, Chen Zhiyuan continued to call out the names of the other new recruits.

The recruits who were called upon went to the back of their assigned squad leader.

On average, each class consists of two to two new recruits.

Among the new recruits, Zhao Yihang, Qian Kun, Ma Teng, and Sun Dawei became somewhat nervous as they watched the other recruits being called out one by one, while the company commander never called their names.

Are you going to throw them all into pig farming?

After reading sixteen names, Chen Zhiyuan stopped.

At this point, only Wu Hanfeng and Zhao Yihang remained in the recruit team.

Even Wu Hanfeng looked puzzled. Why weren't their names mentioned?

Are we going to kick them out of the Third Company?

Chen Zhiyuan glanced at Wu Hanfeng and his four companions, then looked at the entire company and shouted:

"Starting today, our company will form a new squad called the Special Operations Squad!"

Special operations squad?

Everyone was taken aback.

That's a really powerful name!

Does it mean special forces?

Zhao Yihang and the other three looked at each other in bewilderment.

Does that mean they should be placed in the special operations squad?

Wu Hanfeng: "???"

Chen Zhiyuan continued, "That's right!"

"That's a special operations platoon, directly under the company headquarters!"

"The class monitor is Wu Hanfeng, and the class members are Zhao Yihang, Ma Teng, Qian Kun, and Sun Dawei!"

"The team is tentatively set at five members. If Comrade Wu Hanfeng feels that anyone in the company is qualified in the future, he can transfer them over."

"Special operations platoons can operate outside the company-wide training syllabus, with the platoon leader leading the training independently!"

"All training resources in the company will be allocated to the special operations squad."

The entire company was stunned by these words!

This means that Wu Hanfeng has been given all the greatest privileges!

Just like in basic training.

However, the veterans' company is quite different from the new recruits' company.

The veterans' company has too many subjects to practice.

Even Wu Hanfeng was completely bewildered.

He didn't receive any prior notice!

How did you manage to create a special operations squad all of a sudden?

And why were only Zhao Yihang and the other three allowed to come in?

There are other new recruits who are even more capable than Zhao Yihang!
