boom!

The coffee shop door was kicked open.

Three men in dark jackets barged in.

Their eyes quickly scanned the store, locked onto their target, and strode directly toward Eri Kisaki.

The leader, a man with a tuft of beard and an unfriendly expression, walked up to Eri Kisaki and said in an uncompromising tone, "Eri Kisaki, come with us!"

Eri Kisaki reacted very quickly. The instant the man spoke, she stood up from her chair, took a half step back, and created a safe distance that allowed her to both attack and defend.

His gaze swept warily over the three men, his tone calm yet sharp: "Who are you?"

The leader sneered, his tone arrogant: "Who it is doesn't matter, what matters is that you're coming with us!"

"Our boss wants to see you!!"

Eri Kisaki refused without hesitation: "I will not go with you."

The man's expression turned completely cold: "Your words are useless!"

As he spoke, he reached out and grabbed Eri Kisaki's wrist.

Then things started to move very quickly.

Just before the man's fingers were about to touch her wrist, Eri Kisaki suddenly moved.

She grabbed the man's outstretched wrist, and with a sudden burst of strength from her waist, she executed a clean and swift over-the-shoulder throw, sending the man, who was a head taller than her, flying off her shoulder.

The man flew through the air in an arc before his back slammed heavily onto the table beside him.

Bang! !

The wooden table was knocked to one side, and the coffee cups and saucers on it shattered all over the floor.

The other two men were clearly taken aback by the fact that this seemingly dignified and elegant female lawyer was so skilled, and were momentarily stunned.

But one of them reacted quickly, yelling "Baka!" and immediately pounced on Eri from behind, grabbing her from behind and locking her body tightly with his arms, controlling her hands.

Eri Kisaki was terrified.

The third man seized the opportunity to raise his fist and punch her hard in the stomach.

This was clearly not the first time Eri Kisaki had faced something like this.

She didn't panic; instead, her gaze hardened.

Just as the opponent's fist was about to strike her abdomen, she suddenly raised her feet and delivered a powerful kick to the chest of the charging man.

The man was kicked flying, knocking over a chair and rolling to the ground.

Then, she stomped down hard with her high-heeled foot, stomping hard on the instep of the man who was holding her from behind.

"Ah!" the man cried out in pain, and the grip on his arm instinctively loosened.

Taking advantage of the opening, Eri broke free from his grasp, spun around rapidly, and slammed her right elbow into his chin.

Then came another over-the-shoulder throw, sending him flying.

The coffee shop was in complete chaos.

The chair was tilted, the coffee cup was broken, and two angry men were struggling to get up on the floor.

Akemi, standing behind the bar with a rag in her hand, became extremely anxious upon seeing the scene and quickly called out to Lin Shen, "President, aren't you going to go help?"

Lin Shen had already walked to the side, leaning against the bar counter with his arms crossed, looking like he was watching a show.

His expression wasn't tense at all; in fact, it showed a hint of interest: "No need, I think Attorney Fei can handle it herself. Besides..."

He smiled and said, "She's not the type to like others interfering or helping her."

Mingmei stamped her feet in frustration: "But what about those three people?!"

Lin Shen smiled and said, "Don't rush, let's observe first. I'll only intervene if things get really bad."

Eri Kisaki was indeed capable of handling it. Her judo foundation was quite solid, her movements were standard, her power was smooth, and she cleanly and neatly threw the three men to the ground several times.

However, the problem is that judo has a very obvious weakness: it lacks finishing techniques.

You can knock someone down, but you can't knock someone out with one punch.

So even though the three men were dazed and confused from the falls, and their backs and shoulders slammed against the corners of the tables and chairs, causing them to grimace in pain, they always managed to get up. Time and time again.

Moreover, Eri Kisaki's physical strength is ultimately limited.

As a woman, she was at a natural disadvantage in terms of strength and physical fitness. After several rounds of high-intensity throws, her breathing became rapid and heavy.

A fine layer of sweat appeared on her forehead, and her movements were not as smooth as they had been at the beginning.

The three men, though covered in bruises from being thrown around, were creatures of the nature that when a woman knocks them down repeatedly in public, the humiliation quickly outweighs the pain.

Their expressions had changed from initial satisfaction at "completing the mission" to a fierce, enraged look.

They're not just after the mission anymore; they want to save face!

If they can't even handle one woman, how will they survive in the underworld if word gets out?

One of them cursed "Baka!" and swung his fist at Eri Kisaki's face.

Eri Kisaki dodged to the side, but she rushed forward too fast and lost her balance. She slipped, and the next second, her right wrist was firmly grabbed by a rough, large hand.

The man she had thrown twice had a bruise on his face and a ferocious expression. He raised his other hand and slapped her across the face.

The slap was accompanied by the sound of wind; if it landed solidly, it would definitely not be light.

But in the end, the slap didn't land.

A hand reached out from the side and slowly grasped the man's wrist.

Lin Shen had already walked up to them without them noticing.

He smiled and said casually, "Looks like you're done fighting?"

He glanced at the messy coffee shop, then looked down at the man whose wrist he was holding. "You've made such a mess of my shop, you have to pay for it... Let's calculate the compensation."

The man paused for a moment, then flew into a rage and yelled at Lin Shen's face, "Get out!"

"Should I compensate you?"

"You should be grateful I didn't hit you!"

Lin Shen did not reply.

He released the man's wrist and then kicked him in the shin.

Click!

The crisp yet deep sound resonated clearly throughout the entire coffee shop.

Everyone heard it clearly; it was the sound of a shinbone being kicked and broken.

The man let out a distorted scream.

"Ah!! My leg! My calf is broken!!!"

He fell to his side like a sawn-off log, rolling and howling on the floor clutching his twisted and deformed legs.

The other two men's pupils contracted sharply when they saw this, but they reacted quickly. One of them pounced from the left and swung his fist straight at Lin Shen's face.
