With the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday over, and more than half a month later, the launch ceremony for the Shuke New Energy Vehicle Sales Center project was held at the East Suburb Exhibition Hall Square.

The plaza has been paved, and the gray-white stone surface gleams faintly in the sunlight.

The glass curtain wall on the exterior of the exhibition hall has been completely replaced, and the six-meter-high LED curved screen above the entrance is playing promotional videos for Shuke Company and a compilation of models from various new energy vehicle brands.

The exterior walls of the parking garage are painted silver-gray, and a huge sign on the roof reads "Shuke New Energy Vehicle City". The font is custom-made, silver-white with a dark blue outline, which is consistent with the color scheme used at the BYD Blade Battery launch event.

A temporary stage was set up in the center of the square, covered with a dark blue carpet, and the backdrop was an eight-meter-wide LED screen with the words "Launch Ceremony of the Largest New Energy Vehicle Comprehensive Sales Center in Jiangbei" displayed.

Six rows of folding chairs were arranged in front of the stage. The first two rows were for leaders, and the back rows were for guests and media. On each side stood a row of hostesses, dressed in matching dark blue suits and carrying trays.

Lin Feng stood at the entrance to the side of the stage, dressed in a suit and tie, his tie perfectly tied. Vice President Zhang whispered the procedure to him: first, Lin Feng's speech, then speeches from city leaders, and finally the launch ceremony. The crystal ball was already in place; pressing a hand on it would switch the LED screen behind him to an opening animation, while simultaneously, eight colored smoke machines on both sides of the plaza would spray smoke.

The city leaders arrived earlier than expected.

The director of the Hehai Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the deputy secretary of the Chengdong District Committee arrived one after another, and staff members guided them to their seats.

These people were all invited in advance, and the confirmation letters were stamped with the official seals of Shuke Company and the Municipal Education Bureau. After all, the property rights of the exhibition hall belong to the municipal education system, and this cooperation can be regarded as a typical case of the education system revitalizing idle assets.

Then a black Audi A6 slowly drove into the square, the door opened, and the person who got out stunned everyone present.

The director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology then spoke. His prepared remarks lasted about five minutes, and the central idea was that Hohhot City is determined to respond to the national new energy strategy and support the transformation and upgrading of local enterprises.

When it was Shen Ping's turn to speak, he stood up, walked to the podium, and began to speak without taking the prepared notes from his secretary.

The statement emphasized that the new energy industry is a national strategy and one of the key pillar industries supported by Jiangbei Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Hehai City has an industrial foundation in the new energy field, and Shuke Company, as a locally grown private enterprise, demonstrates its foresight and responsibility by proactively developing its presence in the new energy vehicle end-user sales market. It was particularly stressed that "Hehai City will create the best business environment for such enterprising enterprises, allowing them to invest willingly and confidently."

These words, spoken by the Secretary of the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, carry a weight far exceeding that of the city leaders present.

The directors of the Commerce Bureau and the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, sitting in the audience, both lowered their heads to take notes, their movements almost synchronized, as if they were competing to see who could write faster.

The launch ceremony followed the speech.

Lin Feng, Shen Ping, and several city leaders placed their hands on the crystal ball, and the large screen behind them instantly switched to a beautiful 3D animation—a silver-white new energy vehicle drove across the screen, passing through the landmark buildings of Hehai City, through the gate of the exhibition hall, and finally stopped in the center of the exhibition hall. The headlights lit up, and the logo of Shuke New Energy appeared on the screen.

Simultaneously, the smoke machines on both sides of the square started up, sending eight colorful smoke columns soaring into the sky, standing out vividly against the blue sky. A lion dance troupe rushed in from the square entrance to the sound of gongs and drums, with two golden-red lions leaping and tumbling in front of the stage, drawing applause and the clicking of mobile phone shutters.

After the launch ceremony, Lin Feng accompanied Shen Ping on a tour of the exhibition hall. Final interior adjustments were underway; construction teams were finishing up the lighting installations and waxing the floors, while cleaning staff were wiping away construction dust from the glass curtain walls.

Shen Ping walked slowly, occasionally stopping to ask questions such as what brands were on display in this area, what function that area served, and how many cars the parking garage could hold. Lin Feng answered each question, while Ouyang Qian followed behind, supplementing the specific data as needed.
