The next morning, Lin Feng was woken up by a knock on the door.

When I opened my eyes, a sliver of grayish-white light shone through the gap in the curtains; the room was still dimly lit. I picked up my phone and glanced at it; it was already past nine.

The jet lag was more pronounced than I expected; my head felt heavy, like it had been filled with a wad of wet cotton.

There were two more knocks on the door, the rhythm neither too fast nor too slow. Lin Feng rolled off the bed, stepped barefoot onto the carpet, walked to the door, and opened it.

Ouyang Qian stood at the door.

Today, she wore a burgundy V-neck dress with a very low neckline. The deep V-neck extended from her collarbone to the middle of her chest, and the fabric on both sides was stretched taut, revealing nearly a third of her chest.

The dress had thin shoulder straps, and the fabric clung to her body, clearly outlining the curves from her shoulders to her waist. The waist was very narrow, and the hem of the skirt reached above her knees.

She wasn't wearing a bra, only two flesh-colored nipple covers, faintly visible at the edge of the deep V-neck opening, swaying slightly with her breathing. She carried a small handbag and wore nude stiletto heels.

Lin Feng leaned against the door frame, rubbed his eyes, and said, "Director Ouyang, it's not very appropriate to dress so sexily so early in the morning."

Ouyang Qian didn't respond to his words. Instead, she turned slightly to the side, as if to let him see more clearly, a smile playing on her lips. "When in Rome, do as the Romans do. I'm considered conservative even on the streets of Berlin. Don't be too surprised if you see German women running naked later."

She stepped forward and naturally took his arm, the inside of her arm touching his forearm. "When we go to Audi headquarters to discuss business later, I'll play the role of your wife. That way, the atmosphere will be better during the negotiations. Consider it a perk for you, don't overthink it."

"Now that you mention it, I'm starting to overthink things." Lin Feng glanced down at her; from the angle of her collar, he could see the curve below her neckline, dazzlingly white. He looked away. "Wait ten minutes."

He quickly washed up, changed into a dark blue shirt and dark gray trousers, and tousled his hair in front of the mirror. When he came out, Ouyang Qian was leaning against the corridor wall scrolling through her phone. Seeing him come out, she straightened up and took his arm.

The hotel restaurant is on the first floor, offering a wide variety of buffet breakfast options.

Ouyang Qian only ate two slices of whole-wheat bread and a cup of black coffee, saying she was used to a lighter diet. Lin Feng ate more, finishing all the bacon and scrambled eggs on his plate, and also ordered a serving of fruit.

After the two finished eating, they came out of the restaurant. The wind at the door made Ouyang Qian's skirt stick to the front of her thighs. She raised her hand to hold down the skirt, while her other hand was still holding onto Lin Feng.

We left the hotel at 9:30, and the Mercedes-Benz van was already waiting at the door. The driver was a gray-haired German man wearing a black suit and tie. When he saw Ouyang Qian, his gaze lingered on her chest for a moment before he quickly lowered his head to open the back door.

Ouyang Qian confirmed the route with the driver in English, and the car smoothly drove out of the hotel area and merged into the streets of Berlin.

She sat by the window on the way and turned her head to look at Lin Feng.

The morning light from the car window shone on the skin of her collarbone and chest, making the burgundy dress appear even darker in the light.

"The main purpose of this visit is to discuss procurement channels for a batch of mid-range imported models. We are interested in Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz, but the specific amount of the deal will depend on the on-site inspection. Although the domestic market for BBA (Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz) has been impacted by domestically produced new energy vehicles, a large segment of consumers still choose these brands' gasoline and hybrid versions, especially government agencies and large enterprises. If we can directly connect with this supply chain, Shuke's business scope can be greatly expanded."

"Have you been in contact with people here before?" Lin Feng asked.

"Before coming, I emailed Mr. Will, the general manager at Audi headquarters, and he replied that he was very welcoming. He is a senior executive at Audi Europe and has some understanding of the Asian market, so communication shouldn't be too difficult." Ouyang Qian casually tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear as she spoke. "In the email, I briefly mentioned the size of our car dealership and its opening data. He must have seen those numbers to be so enthusiastic."

"Good data gives us confidence," Lin Feng said.

The street scenes of Berlin were moving past the car window. As they passed a park, Ouyang Qian pointed out the window and said, "Look over there."

Lin Feng followed her gaze.

Several naked people were jogging on the grass in the park, their steps light and their posture natural, seemingly oblivious to passing vehicles and pedestrians.

After two men ran past, a middle-aged woman followed behind, wearing nothing but shoes, running without batting an eye.

Ouyang Qian smiled, looked away from him, and said, "I told you, the style here in Europe is completely different from that in China."

"That's just a cultural difference." Lin Feng looked away. "But if you wore that over there, you'd probably be considered conservative compared to them."

"Of course, I thought this outfit was too revealing back home, but it seems normal here." Ouyang Qian leaned back in her seat, the hem of her burgundy skirt sliding up slightly, revealing a section of her fair thigh above her knee. She didn't pull the hem down, letting it slide there.

The car drove for nearly forty minutes before stopping in front of the Audi headquarters. The main building is a silver-gray geometric shape with clean, sharp lines, and the glass curtain wall at the entrance reflects the morning light.

Three people stood in the doorway. The middle one, a tall German man with a thick beard, wore a dark blue suit, had a slightly protruding belly, and a tightly tied tie. Beside him were a man and a woman, both with typical European features, dressed in similarly tailored business attire.

Ouyang Qian took Lin Feng's arm and walked down the steps to greet him. She introduced herself in fluent English and then introduced Lin Feng.

The bearded man extended his hand, shook hands with Lin Feng first, then turned to Ouyang Qian, bent slightly, and gently pressed his lips to the back of her hand. The gesture was precise but not forced, exuding the unique politeness of a European businessman.

Ouyang Qian remained calm and naturally withdrew her hand.

Will welcomed them in English and briefly introduced the positions of his two colleagues. Ouyang Qian translated in hushed tones, translating Will's every word into Chinese concisely.

She never let go of Lin Feng's hand, her body slightly turned towards him. When translating, she would move closer to him, speaking at a steady pace, clearly and concisely.

"He said the gentleman next to him is Hans from the international marketing department, and the lady is his administrative assistant, Lina. Today, Hans will mainly be showing us around, and he will be responsible for the technical explanations," Ouyang Qian whispered to Lin Feng.

Will led them into the building.

The lobby has a very high ceiling, and a classic silver-gray sedan hangs in the center. Lights shine on the car from different angles, showcasing its sleek lines and glossy paint. The floor is marble, polished to the point of reflecting images, and the crisp sound of heels clicking as people walk by is clear and distinct.

As you walk along the corridor, the walls on both sides are adorned with old photos of Audi from its founding to the present day, as well as physical displays of historical models, from the earliest metal bodies to the later streamlined designs, with each decade featured in a separate exhibition area.

Ouyang Qian walked beside Lin Feng, occasionally leaning closer to explain the background of a particular exhibit. Her arm was always linked with his, and the two were so close that they could smell the jasmine scent emanating from her, mingling subtly with the German air.

"This is one of Audi's earliest racing cars, which raced at Le Mans in the 1930s," she said, pointing to a small silver car in the glass case. "Back then, the body was handcrafted, with an all-aluminum shell."

Lin Feng stopped and glanced at it. "You even know this?"

"I did my homework before coming," Ouyang Qian said. "I can't just go to their headquarters and not even know a thing or two about their history."
