The Secret of the Yoga Club: The Women's Identity is Not Simple

Chapter 69 Shen Qianqian's mother discovered it.

As they walked back from the fountain square, Shen Qianqian held Lin Feng's hand the whole time, their fingers interlaced and palms touching.

The neon lights around Wanda Plaza were on, and the lights from the shop windows shone on the sidewalk.

When passing a milk tea shop, Shen Qianqian stopped and bought two cups of lemonade. She took out her phone with one hand to scan the QR code, while holding her hand with the other.

When the shop assistant handed over the milk tea, his gaze lingered on the two people's clasped hands for a moment, then looked at Shen Qianqian before pushing the milk tea towards her.

The two walked slowly along the shopping street.

Shen Qianqian drank lemonade through a straw, her cheeks slightly slurping it in. Lin Feng held her hand with his right hand and carried a milk tea in his left.

When they passed a jewelry store, Shen Qianqian pulled him inside for a stroll. They stopped for a while in front of the earring counter, picked up a pair of silver kitten earrings, compared them to her ears, and turned to ask him if they looked good.

Lin Feng said it looked good, so she bought it.

There weren't many people on the subway.

The two sat side by side, Shen Qianqian resting her head on his shoulder, her hair cascading over his shoulder, the sweet scent of lemonade mingling with the floral and fruity fragrance emanating from her.

Her fingers gently scratched his palm, her nails tracing the surface. The tunnel lights outside the window flickered by. Her eyelashes drooped, and the corners of her mouth curved into a small smile.

We'll be arriving at the station soon.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the subway station to the entrance of Shen Qianqian's residential area. The streetlights cast long shadows of the two people on the sidewalk, their shadows close together.

Shen Qianqian's canvas shoes pattered lightly on the floor tiles, her long legs beneath her super-short denim shorts moving step by step.

We arrived at the entrance of the residential area. The lights in the guardhouse were on, and the security guard was looking down at his phone.

Shen Qianqian stopped and turned around to face him.

She tiptoed and pressed her lips to his. This time, it wasn't the kind of light touch followed by a quick kiss like in the movies.

The kiss lasted a long time.

People occasionally come and go at the entrance of the residential area. An older woman carrying groceries passed by, glanced in this direction, and then looked away.

Shen Qianqian moved her lips away from his, her forehead resting on his chin as she breathed heavily.

Her cheeks were flushed, a red that ran from her cheekbones to her ears, and her earring flashed under the streetlight. She lifted her face from his chin to look at him, her brown pupils reflecting the streetlight's light, sparkling brightly.

"Then I'll go in."

"Mmm!"

She took a few steps toward the entrance of the residential complex, glanced back at him, then swiped her access card and went inside.

The figure in the white short-sleeved shirt grew farther and farther away under the streetlights in the residential area, disappearing after turning a corner around a building.

Lin Feng stood at the door watching her figure disappear. Then he sighed, turned around, and immediately saw Ye Qinghan not far away.

The other person was standing about three or four meters behind him. She was wearing the bureau's summer duty uniform, a light blue short-sleeved shirt tucked into dark blue trousers, and a belt around her waist.

He wore dark blue uniform trousers with wide legs and black leather shoes.

He was carrying a briefcase, his hair was still neatly cut short, and his expression had a slightly ambiguous smile.

"Aunt Ye." Lin Feng's ears turned red instantly.

"Xiao Lin." Ye Qinghan walked over, her gaze lingering on his face for a moment, then looking in the direction where Shen Qianqian had disappeared at the entrance of the residential complex. "Bring Qianqian back?"

"Yeah. We went to see a movie, and just brought her back."

The curve of Ye Qinghan's lips became even more pronounced.

Two faint smile lines appeared on her round face, exactly like Shen Qianqian's when she smiled. "No need to explain. Auntie has been through this too." She reached out and gently patted his arm. "Be careful on the road."

I swiped my access card to enter the community.

As she reached the corner, she turned back, waved at him, and then turned the corner.

Lin Feng stood at the entrance of the residential compound, his ears still red, and turned to walk towards the subway station.

When he got home, his mother was already asleep, and the living room lights were off. He tiptoed into the bedroom, changed his shoes, and put his schoolbag on the bed.

Shen Qianqian's message has arrived. "Are you home yet?"

"Just arrived. How about you?"

"Just finished taking a shower." A photo followed.

She lay on the bed wearing that black lace slip dress, her hair wet and scattered on the pillow, with water droplets still clinging to her collarbone.

The baby face wasn't in the shot; only the area below the chin was visible. Her fair skin glowed brightly in the warm yellow light of the bedside lamp.

Lin Feng clicked on the photo to enlarge it, then zoomed out. "All done?"

"Hmm! Aren't you going to comment on the photos? Hmph!"

"It looks pretty good."

Shen Qianqian sent a cat facepalm emoji. "What's that neighbor girl you mentioned tonight like? I'd like to know!"

Lin Feng thought for a moment and typed, "We grew up together. He's three years older than me. He's lived across from my house for over ten years."

Do you like her?

Raymond Lam's finger hovered over the top of the screen for a moment. "We've known each other for so long, I can't tell if it's liking or just habit. It feels like we're almost family."

Shen Qianqian's screen displayed "typing" for a long time before a line of text popped up: "What about me?"

"no the same."

"What's different?"

"I can't really explain it, maybe it's because we didn't spend enough time together!"

Shen Qianqian was silent for a few seconds.

"We have a long road ahead, let's keep going!"

Then he posted a series of cat rolling around emojis, and after a while he posted a photo.

This time, I was wearing a nightgown and sitting on the bed, taking the photo from the side. One leg was bent, and the hem of the nightgown slipped down to my upper thigh, revealing the smooth and delicate white skin on the inside of my thigh in the warm light.

"Don't show this to anyone else."

Lin Feng quickly saved the photos.

The two talked a lot, from elementary school to high school, from their favorite foods to their least favorite colors.

Shen Qianqian said that when she was a child, her breasts developed earlier than her peers, and she was always stared at by girls during physical education class. Later, she stopped liking to wear tight clothes.

Lin Feng said she didn't seem like someone who cared about these things. Shen Qianqian said she didn't care, she was just annoyed. It was one thing for the boys to stare, but the girls were also staring and whispering among themselves.

The two talked about bra size, genetics, height, and how Shen Qianqian's knees hurt when she grew too fast in elementary school.

At the end of the conversation, Shen Qianqian sent a voice message, her voice sounding groggy and nasal.

Raymond Lam replied with a text message saying, "Go to sleep."

The other person replied with a cat covered by a blanket emoji.
