Night Rose

Chapter 60 I Like You

Yes. I like you.

Zhou Zheng answered in a hoarse voice. He didn't want to run away from this question anymore. Even if he didn't dare to think about the future, he didn't want to miss the present.

Su Jin smiled with her eyes narrowed, staring at his handsome lips, and couldn't help but lean forward and kiss him.

I knew you liked me.

Zhou Zheng looked at her in shock, knowing she was drunk, but he couldn't let go of her, holding her waist tightly, afraid she would run away at the last minute.

He said in a low voice, "Su Jin, you provoked me yourself, don't regret it."

Su Jin knew what he was talking about; after all, she could sense his enthusiasm.

Her hands were so soft; everything she touched felt like a tease. Her fingers, like snakes, traced down his abdominal muscles, giving them a gentle squeeze.

Zhou Zheng's neck suddenly arched upwards, veins bulging, and he breathed heavily as he grabbed Su Jin's hand.

"Let's get this straight, I don't want to bully a drunkard. If you make another move, then I'll be acting in self-defense."

Su Jin wrapped her arms around his neck, leaned close to his ear, and whispered with a smile, "I don't regret it, Brother Zhou."

Zhou Zheng's eyes instantly changed, gleaming like a hungry wolf. "You said it, remember that!"

He wrapped his arms around Su Jin's waist, suddenly flipped her over, and pinned her to the sofa.

Their lips intertwined, and Zhou Zheng tasted the cherry juice on those soft lips, carrying the fragrance of red wine, which was intoxicating.

For this moment, he secretly learned kissing techniques, no longer kissing raw like the first time, as if he wanted to devour the other person.

He wasn't in a hurry to hunt; he replicated the techniques on the paper one by one on Su Jin.

As it turned out, he was a very good student and learned everything very quickly.

Su Jin quickly melted into a puddle under his kisses, her hands limply wrapped around his shoulders, almost suffocating from his wicked seduction.

Su Jin tilted her head back, panting heavily, gripping Zhou Zheng's back tightly, and calling his name urgently.

"Zhou Zheng!"

"I like it when you call my name, keep going." Zhou Zheng took a moment to kiss her lips.

The rain started pouring down outside, the fine raindrops gradually growing larger as thunder rumbled in the distance, pattering against the window.

The thunder was mixed in with the dark clouds, and when the lightning struck, the thunder roared.

The window was open, and raindrops occasionally splashed into the room, hitting the beauty's tear-stained cheeks.

Zhou Zheng raised his hand to wipe the water droplets from her face, his eyes tender, but his actions were anything but gentle.

It's raining.

He seemed to be chatting casually with Su Jin, who bit his shoulder, as if venting her anger or acting coquettishly.

"Be careful not to bite your teeth."

Zhou Zheng mischievously rubbed her chin, bullying her even more.

The rain continued until nightfall.

Su Jin was drowsy when Zhou Zheng carried her into the room. She moved around restlessly, but his hands and feet were held down and his face was wiped clean.

Then, Zhou Zheng lay down next to her, turned off the light, and left only a warm and cozy atmosphere in the room.

He pulled the person into his arms, and the exhaustion of his body swept over him, engulfing him completely.

The next day.

Su Jin's alarm clock went off. With her eyes closed, she used her memory to reach for her phone and swipe off the alarm.

She buried her head in the blanket, wanting to sleep a little longer, when she was woken up by an arm around her waist.

Zhou Zheng was still unconscious, and instinctively pulled the person into his arms.

Su Jin touched her arm around her waist, and memories of last night flooded back. She covered her flushed cheeks and it took her a while to recover.

Oh no, she really got her brother.

Su Jin turned around in his embrace and saw Zhou Zheng's sleeping profile. His face, so sharply defined, was still flawless even from such a jarring angle.

She reached out and gently stroked Zhou Zheng's eyebrows and eyes. Thinking of how he had been talking nonstop last night, she poked his forehead with a little force.

"Zhou Zheng, you're such a little rascal!"

After playing with Zhou Zheng's ears in bed for a while, Su Jin had nothing to do, so she got up to wash up.

Before bed, Zhou Zheng changed her into a set of pajamas. She looked very clean and fresh. It seems that even though he was a bad person, he still understood her little germaphobia.

Su Jin was brushing her teeth in the bathroom, humming a song, when her phone rang. It was a call from Ling Keke.

As soon as she answered the phone, she heard Ling Keke shout on the other end: "Su Su! Contestant Li is awake! You need to get back to New York today!"

The earliest flight wasn't until an hour and a half later, and she didn't have time to waste.

Zhou Zheng was fast asleep in bed. Yesterday's high-intensity exercise had taken a toll on his body, and he wouldn't wake up for a while.

After hanging up the phone, Su Jin didn't wake Zhou Zheng; she couldn't possibly take him with her to New York.

So she leaned over and kissed Zhou Zheng on the cheek. Zhou Zheng didn't wake up; he just turned over.

She breathed a sigh of relief, quickly changed her clothes, left the keys with Zhou Zheng, and left Nanyuan with her laptop.

She didn't even have time to leave a message for Zhou Zheng before she boarded the plane.

When Zhou Zheng woke up, he subconsciously reached out to grab the person next to him, but only touched an empty space.

The spot next to me was already cold, but the pillow still smelled of Su Jin's hair.

He lowered his head and sniffed, then lay back down in his seat, savoring the memory, almost thinking it was just a beautiful dream.

Zhou Zheng called out a few times with his eyes closed, but no one in the room responded.

After regaining his senses for a moment, Zhou Zheng reached for his phone and called Su Jin.

"Sorry, the number you dialed is currently switched off. Please try again later."

"Shut down?"

Zhou Zheng suddenly sat up in bed. He rubbed his temples; the red wine he drank last night still gave him a headache.

He was looking for someone in the room wearing shorts. There was a new set of toiletries in the bathroom, and Su Jin's pink toothbrush was still wet, indicating that she had washed up at home that morning.

Zhou Zheng walked into the living room, where the computer that had been on the table last night was gone.

"Where did he go? He didn't even say goodbye. It's like I've been abandoned by a heartless man." Zhou Zheng sighed.

He wandered back to Su Jin's room. Next to the bed, on the bedside table, was a bunch of shiny keys that gleamed at Zhou Zheng.

Zhou Zheng picked up the bunch of keys, which contained not only the apartment key, but also other keys and a newly purchased pendant.

It didn't seem like it was just randomly left here. He knew Su Jin had a plan; the key was hanging by the door, and she wouldn't bring it into the room.

Her obsessive-compulsive disorder made her extremely cautious in everything she did.

So this set of keys was something she specially left for him? Zhou Zheng picked up the keys, pondered for a moment, and then put them in his pocket.

There were still clothes from last night in the laundry basket, so he took them to wash and hung them out to dry on the balcony.

He took out his phone and leaned against the balcony to check his messages.

Su Jin didn't send him a message as expected; she swiped her finger up a few times and reached the top.

He and Su Jin rarely chatted online; they mostly talked about training. He would call Su Jin directly if he needed anything, so their chat history was very short.

Zhou Zheng pressed the chat interface and sent a message to "Chen Shimei".

Zhou: Sister, you're going to deny it after you've slept with me?
