The door was ajar. The sound of machinery running could be heard from inside.

Han Yingying pushed open the door and went inside.

It is a huge workshop.

Hundreds of culture chambers were placed in the workshop. The culture chambers were filled with a green liquid.

Each culture chamber contained a woman.

These women all looked exactly alike. Their eyes were closed. They were naked. Their bodies were covered in tubes.

The tube connects to the robotic arm above.

A robotic arm is modifying the woman's body. It cuts open her skin, implants a metal skeleton, and installs weapons.

Wang Jianguo stared in disbelief.

"Is there something wrong with this game's rating system?" Wang Jianguo swallowed hard. "Can this even be broadcast?"

"Shut up," Han Yingying said.

She walked to the nearest culture chamber and looked at the panel on it.

[Mass-produced combat maid. Codename: Succubus.]

Ah Jie walked over and looked at the data on the panel.

"Zero is mass-producing monsters," Ajay said. "Once these monsters are completed, they will be released into the real world."

"This place must be destroyed." Old Li said, holding a submachine gun. "We can't let them get out."

Footsteps echoed from deep within the workshop.

It was very heavy. The sound of metal hitting the ground.

A tall figure emerged from the shadows.

They are the guards of the workshop.

He stands three meters tall. His entire body is covered in heavy black armor. In his left hand is a massive Gatling gun. In his right hand is an electric heat axe.

It has only one red electronic eye on its head.

"Intruder. Eliminate." The supervisor announced in an electronic voice.

The Gatling gun in my left hand begins to spin. The barrel is preheating.

"Find cover!" Han Yingying shouted.

The six people quickly dispersed and hid behind the incubation chamber.

The Gatling gun fired. Bullets rained down.

The glass of the incubation chamber was shattered. Green liquid spilled all over the floor. The woman inside fell out, still connected to tubes.

The bullet struck the metal floor. Sparks flew everywhere.

Chen Pi held up the tower shield, standing in front of Han Yingying. Bullets struck the shield, forcing Chen Pi to retreat.

"The firepower is too intense!" Chen Pi shouted. "We can't hold on."

"Old Li, Jianguo, shoot it in the eye," Han Yingying said.

Old Li peeked halfway out from behind the bunker. He fired his submachine gun. The bullet struck the foreman's armor and bounced off.

Wang Jianguo loaded armor-piercing rounds. He fired one shot.

The shotgun blast struck the foreman in the head. The armor was dented, but not penetrated. The electronic eye remained intact.

The supervisor turned his head. Gatling aimed at the incubation chamber where Wang Jianguo was hiding.

The culture chamber was smashed. Wang Jianguo scrambled to hide behind another culture chamber.

"It's no use. The armor is too thick," Wang Jianguo shouted.

Han Yingying looked at the supervisor.

Heavy armor. Heavy firepower. Slow movement speed.

The weakness lies in the joints or the energy backpack on the back.

"Lu Chen," Han Yingying called out.

Lu Chen understood her meaning. He entered stealth mode and circled around to the supervisor's back.

Han Yingying picked up a piece of broken glass from the ground and threw it at the supervisor.

The glass shattered against the foreman's armor, turning to dust.

The supervisor's electronic eyes locked onto Han Yingying. Gatling gun fire.

Han Yingying moved between the culture chambers. She used the culture chambers as shields against bullets.

Lu Chen reached behind the supervisor.

Behind the foreman was a red metal box connected to several thick cables.

Lu Chen raised the purple butterfly knife and stabbed at the cable.

The blade slices through the cable's insulation. Sparks fly.

The overseer sensed the attack from behind. It didn't turn around. Its right hand swung backward. The electric axe, radiating intense heat, cleaved towards Lu Chen.

Lu Chen lowered his head. The axe grazed his scalp, burning a few strands of his hair.

He rolled on the ground to create distance.

The cable was only cut halfway. The foreman paused for a moment. The Gatling gun's rate of fire slowed.

Just then, gunshots rang out at the workshop entrance.

Venomous Fang and his men have arrived.

Venomous Fang observed the situation in the workshop. Instead of attacking Han Yingying, he raised his sniper rifle and aimed at the energy tank behind the supervisor.

"Give them a hand," Venomous Fang said to his two henchmen.

A sniper bullet hit the energy tank, creating a hole.

Two henchmen threw high-explosive grenades. The grenades exploded at the foreman's feet.

The supervisor lost his balance and knelt on one knee.

Han Yingying glanced at the venomous fangs by the door.

The fangs are laughing.

He wasn't helping. He was stealing the monster's kill.

The final blow from the boss. That will earn you the highest reward.

"Jianguo, Chenpi, stop them," Han Yingying said.

Chen Pi, shield in hand, charged towards the door. Wang Jianguo followed behind, his shotgun aimed at Venom.

"Second Guild's grandson. Get out." Wang Jianguo fired.

Venomous Fang dodged to the side. Two of his men opened fire. He then exchanged fire with Wang Jianguo.

Han Yingying ignored the doorway. She drew her longsword and charged towards the kneeling supervisor.

The supervisor looked up. His electronic eyes were red. His left hand, holding a Gatling gun, was aimed at Han Yingying.

The cable was half broken. The Gatling gun was still spinning.

Han Yingying didn't dodge. She stepped on a broken incubation chamber on the ground and leaped up.

The longsword pierced through the gap in the armor on the foreman's neck.

The blade is stuck inside.

The foreman swung his electric axe at him.

Han Yingying loosened her grip on the sword hilt. She grabbed the edge of the supervisor's electronic eye with both hands and pulled it outwards forcefully.

Not enough strength. Can't pull it apart.

Lu Chen charged in from the side. He plunged the butterfly knife into the gap in the electronic eye and pried it open forcefully.

The glass cover of the electronic eye shattered.

Han Yingying pulled the tactical straight knife from her thigh. Following the crack in the fabric, she plunged it deep inside.

The straight blade pierced the shank, severing the main control chip inside.

The supervisor's body stiffened. The Gatling gun stopped spinning.

The red light went out.

Han Yingying drew her straight knife. It fell to the ground.

At the entrance. Venomous Fang saw the Boss killed. His face turned ashen.

"Withdraw," said Venom.

The attempt to steal the monster failed. Bai Ye received the reward. There was no point in continuing.

Venom threw down a smoke bomb. He then left the workshop with two of his men.

"Stop chasing them," Han Yingying called out to Wang Jianguo and Chen Pi. "Conserve your energy."

Ah Jie walked to the foreman's body and picked up the purple blueprint.

"Good stuff," A-Jie said. "We can build mechs when we get back."

Han Yingying looked at the incubation chambers scattered all over the floor.

The women submerged in the liquid. Some of them were still moving.

"Burn this place down," Han Yingying said.

Old Li took out a can of gasoline. He poured it on the ground, lit a match, and threw it down.

A fire broke out and engulfed the workshop.

Six people walked through the workshop and headed towards the door at the very back.

Push open the door.

It is a circular control room.

The walls were covered with screens. The screens displayed real-world surveillance footage.

Streets. Shopping malls. Schools.

Monsters are everywhere. Firelight is everywhere.

In the center of the control room, there is a huge console.

A woman stood in front of the control panel.

The woman turned around.

She was wearing a tattered black leather jacket. The jacket clung tightly to her body, revealing large patches of pale skin.

Her left side of her face is human. It's beautiful. Her right side is metal skeleton. There's no skin covering it.
