After hearing Oscar's description, Chen Hong felt as if a thousand alpacas were galloping through his mind.

Flander confidently assured the Technology Chamber of Commerce that he had a way to resolve the side effects of a martial soul possessed by a student with a top-tier beast martial soul, and that the Technology Chamber of Commerce would provide him with educational funds to facilitate his work.

The results of it?

You bastard Flander!

What you mean by having a solution is spending money to open a brothel outside the academy?

No wonder I didn't see your so-called "method" inside Shrek Academy.

You have no shame at all for not opening that thing on campus!

call.

Chen Hong let out a heavy sigh of relief. He had to admit that even in the Sage's Ring state, he was almost speechless at Flander's move.

"No! Oscar, don't talk nonsense! The dean clearly built that simulated training environment for me!"

Ma Hongjun, standing next to the Shrek Academy dean statue, was blushing and still trying to argue.

"Hmm, a good name."

Chen Hong's face darkened, and without turning his head, he walked towards the college's office building, which appeared grand and luxurious on the outside but was extremely empty inside.

Seeing this, Ma Hongjun and Oscar quickly followed, trying to persuade Chen Hong not to clash with Dean Flander.

Boom boom boom!

The expected scene of Oscar and others kicking down the door did not happen. Chen Hong stood quietly outside the dean's office and gently knocked on the door.

"Please come in." A somewhat languid voice came from inside.

creak!

Chen Hong pushed the door open and entered the office. As soon as he entered, he saw Flander, wearing glasses and an exquisite suit, dressed impeccably. He was sitting in a solid wood red armchair behind his desk, his hands supporting his chin, looking every bit the handsome and profound dean.

"Mr. Chen Hong, School Director? May I ask what brings you here?"

As Flander spoke, he subconsciously tapped his glasses with his finger. The sunlight from the window reflected a faint white light onto the lenses of his glasses, obscuring his eyes.

Looking at Flander's flamboyant appearance, Chen Hong didn't know what to say.

He was perfectly fine a few days ago in Soto City, so why did he become so flamboyant as soon as he returned to Shrek Academy?

"On behalf of the Technology Chamber of Commerce, I express my dissatisfaction with the current state of Shrek Academy. Your school has a strong faculty, but it cannot make good use of it, which makes me sincerely worried about the future of your school."

Chen Hong and his two companions entered the impressive dean's office from outside the door. They casually found a mahogany sofa in the center of the room and sat down. Chen Hong took out a manual from his spatial ring and placed it on the coffee table in front of him.

When Ma Hongjun saw the words "Shrek Academy Investigation Report" written in large characters on the outside of the manual, he immediately had a flash of inspiration. Seeing that neither Flander nor Chen Hong made any move to get up, he quickly took the "Investigation Report" with both hands, ran to Flander, and placed the manual on the desk in front of Flander.

Flander gave Ma Hongjun an approving look, then picked up Chen Hong's investigation report and began to read it carefully.

Oscar, who was standing not far from Chen Hong, suddenly noticed that Ma Hongjun next to Flander was frantically winking at him. He glanced at Chen Hong, who was sitting on the sofa with a normal expression, and immediately got a flash of inspiration. He took a teacup and tea from the table next to him and filled Chen Hong's bowl with steaming hot tea.

Chen Hong nodded slightly to Oscar, picked up his teacup to blow away the steam, and, while drinking water, calmly addressed Dean Flander, whose brows were slowly furrowing behind his desk: "Dean Flander, do you think that given the current state of your school, it is possible to realize the great ambitions of you, the teachers and students?"

The Shrek Academy Investigation Report can be summarized in eight words: "Incorrect beliefs, narrow-mindedness."

The term "distorted beliefs" refers to the controversy surrounding Shrek Academy's founding principles and the confusion surrounding academic beliefs among the academy's faculty.

The proverb "a frog in a well looking at the sky" refers to Shrek Academy, a makeshift organization that doesn't understand what it takes for an academy to grow and thrive. As a result, when faced with many problems, this makeshift organization chooses to avoid them instead of confronting and solving them.

These two reasons ultimately led to the fact that despite receiving investment from the Technology Chamber of Commerce for more than a year and spending over 500,000 gold soul coins, Shrek Academy's final results were merely superficial.

As for Shrek Academy's strange aesthetic style and nouveau riche architectural style, Chen Hong didn't want to talk about it anymore. There was no point in saying more. Biodiversity is what makes the world colorful, and Chen Hong respected biodiversity.

Flander used education funds to move that so-called "mimetic environment training room," and Chen Hong didn't say much. Although this matter seemed absurd and was not realistic at all, Chen Hong had to admit that it did make some sense when applied to Ma Hongjun.

Although few in number, they do exist, and Chen Hong does not deny Flanders's "method that is not a method".

"A year should be enough time for your esteemed institution to understand that what has been hindering the development of your college has never been money, but rather your own beliefs."

"Shrek Academy only admits monsters. In other words, your school wants the best students. But why would these top students choose your school? Is it because of your faculty, which averages Soul Emperors and Soul Saints?"

"I wonder if Dean Flander has ever heard the saying, 'A good teacher is not necessarily a powerful Soul Master, but a powerful Soul Master is...'"

Ma Hongjun's eyes lit up, and he immediately blurted out, "He must be a good teacher!"

Chen Hong's gaze lingered on Ma Hongjun's face for a moment, then he slowly shook his head and said, "A good teacher is not necessarily a powerful Soul Master, but a powerful Soul Master is definitely a powerful Soul Master."

"Huh??" Ma Hongjun, Oscar, and Flander were all stunned by Chen Hong's words.

Chen Hong blew away the steam from the teacup again, without offering any further explanation.

However, Oscar, who was standing next to him, rolled his eyes and whispered, "There's no necessary connection between a Soul Master and a good teacher?"

Chen Hong smiled slightly upon hearing this, put down his teacup, and said softly to Flander, "You see, your school has no shortage of gifted students, but why do you, as teachers, always seem so arrogant?"

"Powerful Soul Masters are more likely to focus on themselves, thus making it impossible for them to teach according to students' aptitudes and pay attention to the differences among students."

"Although this may be a bit offensive, I have to say that Shrek Academy's strong faculty has actually become a stumbling block to your growth and development."
