Ancient Wizards Return to Hogwarts...

Chapter 415 Breaking News: I looked up and saw someone fighting Voldemort!

In the midst of the turmoil, the colored lights that once illuminated the road leading to the stadium were all extinguished. The woods were filled with people, children were crying, and tense, anxious shouts and voices echoed in the cold night air.

"Flash! Where are we going?" Hermione used a glow charm to illuminate the surroundings, and the four of them formed a small circle, surrounding Aries in the middle.

"Can we leave here quickly?" Aries asked. She didn't want to linger here for even a second longer and wished she could run away to some deserted place where no one knew her right now.

"That's impossible. We can't abandon Rice and leave here," Daphne replied immediately. "We'll wait for him here."

"Rice?!" Cedric exclaimed, "With the mysterious person in the roof—"

Cedric was stunned.

That's the mysterious man! The most terrifying dark wizard in half a century, and he clearly possesses the power of a domain. Rhys is actually fighting him?

Cedric didn't have a deep impression of Rice, only knowing that he was a close friend of Daphne and Astoria, and that he was implicitly considered the leader of the three Slytherins. He knew Rice must be very strong, but he hadn't expected him to be this strong. Cedric's understanding of Rice was completely refreshed.

"Shh!" Astoria gestured for Cedric to shut up. There were still quite a few wizards around. Although the environment was noisy and most people were preoccupied, there was always a chance that others might overhear their conversation.

If passersby were to actually hear Rice fighting Voldemort, they'd be in for a lot of fun.

"Oh right!" Daphne slapped her forehead and quickly cast a distraction spell to prevent passersby from hearing their conversation.

"You don't know—" Aries was getting a little anxious. She was genuinely worried that the powerful expert in that field wouldn't be able to stop Voldemort and would be caught up and wiped out by him.

"We know for sure that Rice will win," Daphne said confidently. After spending so much time together, she didn't believe Voldemort could defeat Rice. Although he was the infamous Voldemort, she had never seen Rice suffer a loss in terms of their domains.

The little girl was so determined that even Aries was swayed.

"Can we win?"

"We will win!"

Aries: ...

"Alright then." She could only accept reality and sincerely pray that Rice could defeat Voldemort.

"So why do you think the mysterious man will keep chasing you?" Hermione finally asked the question that had been buried in her heart for a long time.

She found it really strange. What secret did this woman hold that made the mysterious man keep thinking about her?

Aries: Huh?

Aries was taken aback for a moment.

Hermione: ?

Judging from Aries' reaction, she had a strange premonition...

"Hmm... now that you mention it, it seems like he really doesn't have any reason to keep chasing after me..." At first, Aries felt like she didn't have anything worth worrying about, but then she suddenly realized: her own body was Voldemort's reason for chasing her.

"Huh? I've never heard that Voldemort was a womanizer?" Daphne looked puzzled. How could something like this have happened?

"It's his domain," Aries explained to the young wizards, emphasizing the unique nature of Voldemort's domain.

"Those who are consumed by Voldemort's domain will become his puppets and enslaved by him. You should have seen it just now on the stadium roof; he summoned the dead Death Eaters, and another Star Guardian has also been enslaved by him."

Wizards with domains are rare, and Voldemort wouldn't pass up the opportunity to devour Aries. He had previously restrained his desires because Aries was his last bridge of communication with the Secret Order. Now, with Polaris's tacit approval, Voldemort would no longer hold back.

I reckon tonight will be the end for Aries.

"I see." Now all the young wizards present understood.

After discussing it, the group decided to return to camp and wait for Rice's triumphant return.

"We can prepare a pot of hot soup for Rice, and some desserts as well," Daphne suggested.

Astoria nodded in agreement. Cedric and Hermione, though finding the decision somewhat absurd, did not object.

They walked slowly along a path, and after a short while, Daphne, who was at the front, suddenly stopped.

"How-"

"Shh!" Daphne gestured for Hermione to be quiet, then cast a Disillusionment Charm on her companions.

Soon, they heard the voices of a family talking. From the familiar accents, they easily recognized that it was the Malfoy family speaking.

"You all go back first, I'll stay here and observe for a while longer." That was Lucius's voice.

"No!" Draco angrily rejected his father's suggestion.

Lucius paused for a moment, then sighed and said in a commanding tone, "Draco, I'm not discussing anything with you. If that person..."

Lucius paused for a moment, then continued, "You two go home first. If I don't make it back or he comes looking for me, immediately use the Floo Network to get to Hogsmeade, and make sure you get into Hogwarts. Remember, no matter what it takes, you must see Dumbledore."

"Lucius..." Narcissa called her husband's name anxiously.

"The mark is completely on fire, that's him, he's back." Lucius's tone was more like crying.

He knew all too well how deadly his actions were. If it weren't for the fact that he had previously enjoyed the Dark Lord's deep trust, and that there were many others like him, Lucius would have already fled with his wife and children.

Even so, he had to bite the bullet and go see the Dark Lord to try and gain his forgiveness—this was a true test of life and death. The Dark Lord wouldn't punish everyone, but he would definitely choose one or two as examples to teach a lesson. The probability of him being used as an example was extremely high, and what was worse, he had also lost that item…

"If that kind of thing really happened, besides Gringotts, I also have some reserves in other places, located in..."

At this point, the family's voices were tinged with tears.

Suddenly, a loud crack echoed through the air. Lucius jumped up like a rabbit, pulled his wand from his pocket, and stared nervously at the source of the sound.

"It's me, Yaxley!" A deep male voice came from the darkness.

Lucius breathed a sigh of relief, but still did not put down his wand.

"Shouldn't you be busy dispersing those spectators?"

Yaxley waved his hand, indicating that he didn't have the time for that. If his colleague hadn't stopped him when the mark started burning, he would have Apparated away long ago.

He looked around and lowered his voice, saying, "Lucius, I have some big news. Someone's fighting with that guy."

Lucius initially thought it was an Auror from the Ministry of Magic, but Yaxley shook his head.

"That's not the point. The point is that I saw that person kill more than a dozen people with a single spell right from the start, and later he was beating up the Dark Lord. It was terrifying."

Lucius: ? ? ?
