Ancient Wizards Return to Hogwarts...

Chapter 521 It's Dumbledore who doesn't want to take action.

Chapter 521 It's Dumbledore who doesn't want to take action.

When Hermione mentioned her concerns about Salazar's alleged infiltration, Godric was somewhat embarrassed. There was no doubt that he was one of the infiltrators. However, he quickly suppressed his unusual emotions and stated that it was all for the good of Hogwarts and the wizarding world.

In short, Harry's private lessons can now be started.

Ron and Hermione ran around, gathering the people on the list during a Hogsmeade open day, and then Harry revealed some information to everyone. After emphasizing the urgency of the situation, those present expressed their willingness to learn defense spells with Harry.

This made Harry quite happy.

With the help of Godric and Hermione, Harry's tutoring classes were finally up and running.

The following time was calm and long, so calm that it was as if Fudge's assassination had never happened, and Voldemort had never existed. But everyone firmly believed that this was just the calm before the storm.

"It sounds a bit strange, but the desserts at this bar are really good. You should try them." Rice pushed a plate of desserts in front of her towards Godric.

The two were currently in the crowded Three Broomsticks bar, but with their magical abilities, it was a piece of cake for them to make themselves unrecognizable to those around them.

Godric downed his cocktail in one gulp, then waved his hand to indicate that he wasn't particularly interested in sweets.

"Be careful, you are still a minor." Rice frowned.

Godric gave him a strange look.

"It's quite surprising that the Dark Lord, who strikes fear into the hearts of the entire magical world, would care about the law prohibiting minors from drinking alcohol."

"Am I a cruel person?" Rice retorted. "I only severed the Ministry of Magic's reach into Hogwarts and executed a few heinous criminals. I haven't attacked the Ministry of Magic yet, and I've stopped and restrained the Death Eaters' activities."

By the way, do you need me to explain the origins of the first animal protection law in Muggles?

Godric shook his head, indicating that he didn't care about any of that.

He just wanted to know why Salazar had asked him to come out today—it couldn't be that he was too bored on Azkaban Island and wanted to come down and chat with him, could it?

"Life on the island is so boring, I'm dying of boredom—I've been teaching the Dementors a modified version of Quidditch lately. Want to guess what the Blink, Quaffle, and Golden Snitch are made of? If you guess right, I'll buy you a drink."

Godric remained silent.

"Let's get down to business." He raised his hand, and a glass full of wine flew into his hand.

Rice skillfully tossed a Galleon into the cash register drawer.

"I need you to find a way to guide Harry into the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic to retrieve a crystal ball." Rice took out a quill and wrote down an address for Godric.

That's the number of the crystal ball and its specific location on the shelf.

It has to be said that while the combat effectiveness of the Ministry of Magic's employees is debatable, their 5S (Social Management System) practices are quite impressive. Each shelf displaying crystal balls is numbered, the areas on the shelves are clearly marked, and they even have a list!

This makes it very convenient for visitors to take their respective crystal balls.

Of course, whether this "visitor" is legal is another matter.

"May I ask why?" Godric put the note into his pocket and then asked Rice this question.

"Because this is a prophecy involving a messiah, I think it can greatly influence destiny." Rice shared his plan very seriously with Godric.

Godric raised an eyebrow.

"Alright, I'll figure something out. But the [Savior]..." Godric glanced at Rice with amusement, "Don't tell me you want to destroy the world?"

"Huh? Can I?!"

"Don't say things like that in such an excited tone!" Godric used magic to raise the fork on the table and slammed it down on Rice's head.

"And with your current power, can you really destroy the world?" He looked at Salazar with suspicion.

Everyone's situation should be similar. Godric asked himself if he could do it, but Salazar looked eager to try.

Rice smiled at him and didn't delve deeper into the topic.

Sometimes, magic isn't necessary to accomplish great things; potions might be more effective.

However, since his old friends objected, he decided to use conventional methods.

"By the way, I think I'm one of the people mentioned in the prophecy, right? Then..." Godric had a bold conjecture.

"Don't even think about it. After Voldemort fell more than a decade ago, Harry Potter was the only savior. Don't try to piggyback on that." Rice nipped Godric's audacious idea in the bud.

Rice and his men analyzed the crystal ball and concluded that only Harry could obtain it.

After parting ways, Rice returned to his Azkaban castle to quietly await news from Godric, while Godric met with Helga and Rowena, hoping to get some advice from them.

How can we lure Harry to the Ministry of Magic and get him to pick up the crystal ball?

Ultimately, on Rowena's advice, Godric adopted an extremely simple approach.

He told Harry the whole prophecy, and Harry was completely shocked.

Was my fate rewritten because of such a prophecy?

He couldn't help but glance at Godric again. His fate, like his own, had been rewritten because of that crystal ball. Godric hadn't even been able to have the title of savior like him.

Harry usually dislikes being called "the savior," but compared to Godric's situation, he feels like he's gotten a better deal.

"Why are you bringing this up with me?" Harry decided to change the subject.

"I want that crystal ball," Godric said bluntly. "I want to hear the contents of that prophecy. My fate was changed because of it, but I've never even heard of that prophecy before. Isn't that ridiculous?"

Harry stood there, stunned.

……

Dumbledore has been very busy lately.

Godric made a slight mistake in his assessment of Scringer.

This man is a slight improvement over Fudge. After Azkaban fell, he did not remain indifferent, but kept in contact with Dumbledore, intending to retake Azkaban.

The one who truly didn't want to take action was Dumbledore.

The reason he didn't want to start the recapture of Azkaban was the Hufflepuff Cup that Lucius had sent him.

Dumbledore recognized it; the golden cup was undoubtedly Tom Riddle's Horcrux.

Clearly, Rhys Lint wanted to eliminate Tom Riddle first.

Coincidentally, Dumbledore thought the same thing.
