Marvel's Hogwarts Wizard

Chapter 146 The Birth of a Legend

Chapter 146 The Birth of a Legend (Third Update)

Of course, Jerry wondered if this would give Dumbledore a little something to say. He didn't think it would. Although Dumbledore valued Harry the most, he didn't show any prejudice against the young Slytherin wizards.

He's hailed as the greatest wizard of our time, so he should at least have this much magnanimity.

Even if he did have some objections, Jerry didn't care too much, because he had already learned his lesson through the Christmas gift-giving incident.

Dumbledore's heart belongs only to Harry, and there's no way to win him over. His biggest backer is Professor Snape. Only by resolutely following Professor Snape can he gain more benefits in the future.

He even sometimes wondered if he should wait until he was stronger, find a way to make Dumbledore retire early so he could enjoy a peaceful old age, and then let Snape take over as headmaster.

If Snape were to become the headmaster, he would no longer have to be so constrained in many ways at Hogwarts.

Two weeks after the Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff match, a month after the start of the school year, Slytherin faced their second opponent, Ravenclaw.

Jerry, once again carrying his Nimbus 2000, joined the other members of the Slytherin team and arrived at the Quidditch pitch, just as before.

Perhaps because the last match against Gryffindor ended so quickly, many people didn't believe it. This time, there were even more people in the stands. They wanted to see if Jerry's success was just luck or if he truly had unparalleled skill.

Even Dumbledore, the headmaster who hadn't appeared before, showed up in the audience this time.

Moreover, there were several adult wizards around him who were clearly not from the school, one of whom was even taking pictures of something with a magic camera.

Amid cheers and the sounding of Mrs. Hooch's whistle, the competition officially began.

And then, that was it.

This Quidditch match between Slytherin and Ravenclaw was almost identical to the previous match between Slytherin and Gryffindor.

The game ended as soon as it began. The Golden Snitch had just been released, and before its little wings could even flap a few times, it reluctantly fell into Jerry's clutches.

The outcome of the match was a foregone conclusion, and neither side had any real experience.

However, the enthusiasm in the arena was exceptionally high. No one was dissatisfied with the short duration of the match; instead, everyone stood up and applauded. Some of the young girls among the Slytherin wizards even shouted themselves hoarse with excitement.

"Jerry...Jerry..."

Ahh ...

Because the feeling of all the viewers now is that they are witnessing the birth of a legend, and this legend is from the same school, or even the same year, the same college, the same class, or even a friend.

Perhaps years from now, after they graduate from Hogwarts and start working, they can proudly tell their colleagues, their children, their friends, and their relatives:

"Do you know Jerry Carmen? He's the most amazing and legendary Seeker in the world. I went to the same school as him, and I was there in his first few breakout games. I witnessed it all!"

It felt like a school soccer game where a player suddenly appeared who, as long as the ball was passed to his feet, could kick it into the opponent's goal with 100% certainty.

Even if it was a shot he took right under his own goal.

Such a legend, you know he will definitely become the most legendary and awesome presence in the entire World Cup in the future. Even if his match starts and ends in a flash, you will be incredibly excited when you watch it.

This is the current situation.

After the match.

Jerry was trying to sneak away from the frenzied crowd because he felt that if he didn't leave soon, he would be overwhelmed by the excited little wizards.

Just now, he had been kissed by more than seven upperclassmen Slytherin, and hugged even more times, with girls from other houses also coming over.

Sometimes, when the atmosphere is right, many people will briefly lose their temper and do some crazy things.

He could accept being kissed on the cheek by a senior female student, but the real problem was that some senior male students who were already a bit too excited wanted to kiss him too, which shocked him so much that he almost sent them flying with a particle cannon.

In order to avoid bloodshed, he used the Disillusionment Charm to escape when no one was paying attention.

However, he had only slipped out of the Quidditch pitch a short while when he was caught red-handed by Snape, who flew down from the stands.

"Good job! Come with me to the principal's office!"

"To the principal's office?"

Jerry was taken aback when he heard that they were going to Dumbledore's office instead of Snape's.

It was normal to go to Snape's office, because after the start of the semester, for some reason, Snape seemed to have become nicer to him. Although he still had a stern face and no expression, he gave him extra magical guidance much more often.

He even felt that it wouldn't be long before Snape would teach him his exclusive spells, such as the Shadow Step Charm, the Upside-Down Bell Charm, and the Flight Charm.

Although he had already learned the Divine Sword Shadowless Spell and the Upside-Down Golden Bell Spell, he was very envious of the Flying Spell.

However, Snape was referring to Dumbledore's office, which confused him.

Could it be because he stole Harry's thunder, which displeased Dumbledore?

After thinking about it for a moment, Jerry felt that the possibility was extremely small. Dumbledore shouldn't be so likely!

Snape's expression was always "expressionless," and even though Jerry was his favorite student, he rarely smiled in front of Jerry.

Along the way, Jerry asked what had happened, and Snape simply replied that it was good news and he would find out when he got to the office.

Hearing Snape say it was good news, he felt relieved.

Reaching the eighth floor of the castle, and walking along the long corridor to a stone beast with closed eyes and a gargoyle spout, Snape said coldly:

"Sour and Explosive Candy!"

The stone beast with the dripping spout immediately opened its eyes and jumped to the side, while the wall behind it split in two, revealing a spiral staircase that slowly moved upwards.

As Jerry climbed the stairs, which spiraled upwards, Dumbledore's office came into view.

It was a spacious, beautiful circular room filled with all sorts of funny little noises. On a table with long, slender legs, there were many strange and wonderful silver objects, spinning and emitting small puffs of smoke.

The walls were covered with portraits of former headmasters, both men and women, all gently snoring in their frames. There was also a huge table in the room with claw-shaped legs.

There were three people sitting around the table, and a person holding a magic camera was standing next to them.

Of the three seated men, Jerry only recognized Headmaster Dumbledore; he did not recognize the other two, who appeared to be middle-aged wizards in their forties.
