Chapter 169 The Trio of Old Bridge Town (Third Update)

An hour later, in Old Bridge Town.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. motorcade stopped in front of a house with the address 1001.

"Miss Wizard, please sit in the car for a while. We need to get out and take care of some things. We'll be quick!"

Coulson greeted Jerry.

Jerry looked at the magic book in his hand that specifically explained the Unseen Stretch Spell, and waved to Coulson to indicate that he didn't need to worry about him.

It was Jerry who used the Transfiguration Charm to transform into Hermione.

Jerry wouldn't normally get involved in such trivial matters; that's how S.H.I.E.L.D., or any relevant department in the country, generally operates.

However, when he heard the names Jane Foster and Eric Shavig, he suddenly remembered that Thor's girlfriend in the first Avengers movie was named Jane Foster.

And Professor Erik Sullivan is the same professor who helped S.H.I.E.L.D. research the Space Stone at the very beginning of the Avengers. He was later controlled by Loki with his Mind Scepter and had a wormhole opened on the roof of Stark Tower, letting in the Chitauri army.

That's why he closed the magic book and got out of the car.

"Miss Wizard, their weather data may have recorded the appearance of Thor's hammer, which will be very helpful for the base researchers' next steps!"

Coulson explained helplessly.

Coulson finally agreed to Jerry's suggestion, then helplessly touched his handsome side-swept hair:

"I don't want to end up with a nickname like 'Braised Egg' like Chief Fury. After this is all over, I'm going to see a cello performance!"

"Very good!"

Upon hearing that Coulson was genuinely willing to return their equipment and notes, Jane and the other two's expressions immediately brightened.
