Chapter 316 The Admirable Jerry (First Update)

There are no secrets that stay hidden forever.

Jerry's actions of dragging the Dementors along had already attracted the attention of many young wizards. Although they dared not get off the train, they all opened the windows.

At that moment, Ron also jumped off the train and, seeing the first-year wizards following Hagrid down the path they had once walked, couldn't help but make a joke.

After the four of them got off the carriage, they followed the crowd to the path next to Hogsmeade Station, where they boarded a carriage pulled by Thestrals and headed towards the castle gates.

However, as Jerry passed by the castle's two magnificent wrought-iron gates, he noticed two hooded Dementors standing guard beside each of the stone pillars on either side of the gates.

Clearly, besides a small group of Aurors leading some Dementors to block the train halfway, another group of Aurors with the remaining Dementors had already laid an ambush at Hogwarts.

Fudge probably thought that since Sirius Black escaped from prison to avenge Voldemort, his target must have been either on the Hogwarts Express where Harry was, or at Hogwarts where Harry was studying.

To this, Jerry can only say, "Thanks for sending the Dementors, guys!"
