To be honest, I've been writing on Qidian for almost three years, completed three books, and had all three flop. I've taken many detours. At my peak, my monthly royalties were over three thousand yuan (less than half of what I earned as a salesperson), while at my lowest, they were only four or five hundred.

But I persevered through it all, simply because I loved it. I loved staying home all day, spending my time writing, cooking, and watching TV without having to worry about anything else.

No need to attend five or six meetings every day, no need to listen to the boss spouting motivational nonsense, no need to insincerely try to build rapport with clients every day, no need to be exhausted and still have to go out for dinners, drinks, and discuss performance.

Can you imagine how painful it must be for someone who absolutely dislikes socializing to work in sales for five years? They've done telemarketing, face-to-face sales, and conference sales; going to work every day felt like going to a funeral.

This book is finally showing some promise. The editor said that if I keep writing, it has the potential to become a masterpiece. I also sincerely thank all the readers for their support.

Finally, let me mention the update.

After it's released, I'll basically maintain three updates a day. Tomorrow, the first day, there will be five updates. If the first subscription exceeds 1,000, I'll add one more chapter for every 100 more subscriptions. I'll also add more chapters for donations and monthly tickets. I'll gradually make up for the extra chapters on top of the three updates.

(I mainly thought it wouldn't be available until the end of the month, so I hadn't had time to save a few chapters.)
