Chapter 6 Orochimaru vs. Magellan
Chapter 6 Orochimaru vs. Magellan
"You mere intruder, how dare you be so insolent before me!" Magellan's tone was chilling, his body swirling with purplish-black venom, like churning lava from hell. "Who exactly are you? Why have you infiltrated Impel Down?"
Orochimaru's smile vanished, his golden eyes fixed on Magellan, radiating a chilling killing intent. "Who I am is unimportant," he said, each word deliberate, his voice calm yet carrying an undeniable authority. "But you, as the warden of Impel Down, your methods of managing prisoners seem rather questionable."
Magellan stared coldly at Orochimaru, slowly raising his right hand, a purplish-black venom gathering in his palm. "No matter who you are, trespassing into Impel Down is a capital offense! I will personally interrogate you to uncover the truth!"
Orochimaru chuckled lightly, his gaze calmly fixed on Magellan. "Heh, interrogation? I'm afraid you won't have that chance," he said slowly, a hint of coldness in his voice.
Magellan flew into a rage, his purplish-black venom churning and roaring all over his body like a living thing. "How dare you! You think you alone can take on the entire Impel Down?"
"Heh, who said I'm alone?" Orochimaru said with a mysterious smile.
Just then, a commotion suddenly erupted from the upper floors, a mixture of the guards' roars and the prisoners' shouts. Immediately afterward, a piercing alarm blared through the air, and the entire prison seemed to boil over.
"You bastard! What have you done!" Magellan's expression changed instantly. The riot by the criminals in the fifth level of the prison was no longer a simple matter to be handled.
Orochimaru, however, remained unusually calm, a slight smile playing on his lips: "I merely released those poor wretches you had imprisoned. They wanted freedom too."
Orochimaru's words were like an iron nail, piercing Magellan's heart. The veins on the latter's forehead bulged, and his face turned ashen.
"You deserve to die!" Magellan roared, his purplish-black venom coalescing into a thick, long whip, which lashed out at Orochimaru with immense force. "Even if I have to turn Impel Down upside down, I'll tear you, you fool, to pieces!"
"Hidden Shadow Snake Hand!"
Seeing the venom hurtling towards him, Orochimaru let out a low shout, and instantly countless venomous snakes slid down from his arm, rushing straight at Magellan's poisonous whip.
"Hiss!"
The snake and the poisonous whip collided rapidly in the air, and countless white snakes and venom splashed everywhere. The moment the white snakes hit the ground, they turned into a pool of black water.
Orochimaru retreated swiftly, his pupils contracting sharply as he stared intently at the ominous puddles of black liquid on the ground. He realized that the opponent's venom was far more terrifying than he had imagined.
"This guy's poison is more than ten times more potent than Hanzo's! We absolutely cannot touch it!" Orochimaru quickly formulated a battle plan in his mind.
"Ha, a Devil Fruit user, you think you can act arrogantly in front of me just because of that?!" Magellan roared, and with a sudden wave of his hand, several poisonous whips whistled past.
Faced with this sudden and deadly attack, Orochimaru remained completely calm. He swiftly formed hand seals and shouted, "Earth Release: Earth Flow Wall!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the ground suddenly shook, and countless clods of earth and gravel instantly gathered together, solidifying into a solid earthen wall in front of Orochimaru.
"Bang!"
Magellan's poisoned whip lashed heavily against the earthen wall, producing a muffled thud, and instantly sprayed venom in all directions, corroding large pits into the wall.
"This!" Magellan glared fiercely at Orochimaru, his face terrifyingly grim. "What kind of Devil Fruit user are you? How can you manipulate the ground?"
Orochimaru didn't answer, but instead swiftly formed hand seals with movements as fluid as flowing water. A cold killing intent flashed in his golden eyes.
"The Illusion of a Hundred Snakes!"
Magellan felt a blur before his eyes, and his body was instantly entangled by countless snakes, which tightly bound his limbs and torso, rendering him unable to move.
"What is this?!" Magellan's pupils contracted sharply. He tried to break free but found that the snake was coiling around him tighter and tighter, almost crushing his bones.
In the brief moment Magellan was stunned, Orochimaru had already swiftly formed hand seals, his movements as fluid and rapid as flowing water.
"Earth Release: Earth Flow River!" With Orochimaru's low shout, a stream of mud and water suddenly gushed out from beneath Magellan's feet, converging into a turbulent mudslide like a flash flood, sweeping straight towards Magellan.
Magellan's feet sank, the mud and water reaching above his calves, trapping him firmly in place. The mud and water continued to rise, binding his body layer by layer.
"Damn it!" Just then, Magellan gritted his teeth and shouted, suddenly opening his eyes and breaking the illusion.
Orochimaru frowned slightly, not expecting Magellan's mental strength to be so powerful, able to break free from the illusion in an instant solely through willpower.
But he did not panic; instead, he immediately formed a hand seal.
"Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet!" He shouted, his fingers interlacing.
Rumble! The earth trembled violently as a massive dragon head burst from the ground, its gaping maw roaring at Magellan.
Immediately afterwards, countless huge chunks of earth and rocks roared out of the dragon's mouth, raining down on Magellan's entire body.
Magellan's pupils constricted as he watched the stone projectile hurtle towards him. He gritted his teeth and, despite being bound by the mud, struggled to raise his arm to try and deflect the incoming projectile.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Stones rained down on Magellan, engulfing him in dust. He let out a muffled groan, but it was quickly drowned out by the sounds of more impacts.
The surrounding prisoners stared in disbelief, speechless with shock. They never dreamed that Magellan, whom they feared so deeply, would be in such a sorry state.
"Hahaha! Magellan is finished! We're getting out!" A prisoner with a crazed expression laughed, his eyes flashing with madness.
The entire cell erupted in chaos, with the prisoners screaming like madmen.
"Kill Magellan! Kill him!"

"Let us out! Let us out!"
Frenzied roars rose and fell, echoing in every corner of the prison.
Orochimaru, however, remained vigilant, his eyes fixed on the smoke and dust, his expression cold and stern. He knew full well that it was impossible to completely defeat Magellan with these attacks alone. The opponent's terrifying strength was far beyond the reach of ordinary ninjutsu.
Just then, a group of prison guards, drawn by the commotion, rushed toward the battlefield, weapons in hand, attempting to aid Magellan.
Orochimaru caught sight of the approaching jailer, and a sharp killing intent flashed in his eyes.
"Summoning Ninja Art: Ten Thousand Snakes Formation!"
As soon as he finished speaking, an invisible bond emerged from the main god space, forming a spiritual passage between the two realms.
Orochimaru suddenly dropped to the ground, and countless venomous snakes spewed from his mouth, instantly transforming into a waterfall composed of venomous snakes.
The swarm of venomous snakes pounced on the jailers, instantly engulfing them. Screams rose and fell, mingled with the hissing of snakes and the sounds of flesh being torn apart, creating a horrifying symphony of death.
One of the giant snakes charged straight towards Magellan. It was enormous, entirely emerald green, and its eyes gleamed with an evil red light.
Just as it was about to plunge into the smoke and dust, a human figure emerged halfway out of the snake's mouth.
It was Orochimaru!
He suddenly opened his mouth and spat out a long sword from his throat.
"Swoosh—" The blade shot out, its sharpness fully revealed, emitting a terrifying cold light.
This sword is none other than the legendary weapon of the ninja world: the Kusanagi Sword - the Blade of the Sky!
"Die!" Orochimaru roared, his voice hoarse and crazed. Veins bulged on his face, and all the power in his body was concentrated in this one sword strike.
Suddenly, the blade extended, like a silver lightning bolt, heading straight for Magellan in the smoke.
However, just as the blade was about to pierce Magellan...
"What?!"
Orochimaru's pupils contracted sharply as he felt the sword in his hand sinking into the mud, making it impossible to move forward. Clearly, it had not struck anything!
