Author's Note on the Launch of Chapter 90

Many readers must be surprised. Didn't it update at midnight? Why is it updated again? But when they clicked in, they found it was the author's note on the book's release.

It's kind of embarrassing, actually. It couldn't compete with other shows from the same period, so it couldn't be listed on the Three Rivers list and had to be put on the shelves.

But the author who failed has already done his best and is very grateful for everyone's support along the way. If it can't be published, it can't be published.

To be honest, the current success of this book has surprised me a bit.

When I first started writing, I only spent two or three days brainstorming ideas, then wrote a detailed outline for the opening chapter, and then I began writing.

I wrote the opening chapter and posted it directly in the backend. It was almost 30,000 words before the backend sent me a private message to sign the contract. I would like to give a special thanks to Yexiao for helping me get it published.

Returning to the novel, some parts are indeed rather casual, which may be why I've been struggling for years and can't beat others in competitions.

However, I wrote very seriously later on, and I also carefully conceived the plot. But there are still some flaws. On the one hand, it is due to the author's own limited understanding. On the other hand, in a fast-paced story, the plot logic has to give way to the enjoyment. I can only try my best to make the plot reasonable.

As I write this, I still have many feelings to share, but I think I'll leave it at that, or rather, I should wait until this book is longer before bringing them up again.

After all, going on sale is just the beginning; there's still a long and arduous road ahead.

I will update 20,000 words on the day of publication. That's what I promised, and I won't go back on my word.

After that, it will be updated daily, with a word count between 8000 and 10000.
