Primordial Era: I am a gourd vine, starting with seven gourds combined into one.

Chapter 17: Emerging from seclusion, heading to the Moon Star.

After all, a set of thirty-six Sea-Stabilizing Pearls is like the Four Immortal-Slaying Swords plus the Immortal-Slaying Formation Diagram, or the Five Innate Banners gathered together, equivalent to an innate supreme treasure.

"Now we can go to the Moon."

Lin Yang has mastered the Twelve Heavens and is planning to emerge from seclusion. He also intends to make another trip to Taiyin Star.

The Sun has already gone, so there's no reason for the Moon not to go as well.

Moreover, if he has time, Lin Yang also plans to visit all the major stars in the starry sky.

Let's see if we can encounter any opportunities.

In the primordial starry sky, there are countless stars, and countless stars are constantly being born and dying.

Almost every moment, stars are born and stars are destroyed.

But some stars are eternal.

For example, the sun and moon stars that Pangu's eyes transformed into, as well as a total of 365 main stars and 14,800 secondary stars.

These stars are indelible. In fact, if they are damaged, they will immediately attract the backlash of the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, and be burdened with endless karma.

At the same time, the Sun Star, the Moon Star, the 365 main stars, and the 14,800 secondary stars are also the backbone of the Zhou Tian Star Array.

The rest of the stars are just branches and leaves.

In other words, these stars are the foundation of the primordial starry sky. If someone controls these ten thousand-plus stars, it's equivalent to controlling the entire primordial starry sky.

Lin Yang didn't have such grand ambitions; he just wanted to see what mysteries these many stars held, which might be beneficial to his cultivation.

If Lin Yang were to advance further to his current level, he would become a Primordial Golden Immortal.

As mentioned before, to reach the level of a Primordial Golden Immortal, one needs to condense one's own Dao.

However, this step cannot be achieved through seclusion and arduous practice.

One needs to broaden one's horizons and comprehend as many of the great principles as possible. Ultimately, one should take the universe and nature as one's teacher and the myriad great principles and laws as one's reference.

Only then can one find their own path.

Lin Yang has actually comprehended quite a few laws, but the main ones are the Law of Creation and the Law of Fire.

Among them, Lin Yang takes the laws of creation as his foundation.

They are walking the path of enlightenment through creation.

In later generations, Hongjun preached the Dao three times in Zixiao Palace, saying that there are three methods to attain enlightenment.

Proving the Dao through force, severing the three corpses, and accumulating merit.

But the laws and methods in the world are countless. As the saying goes, there are three thousand great paths, but that is just a figure of speech.

In reality, the Great Dao is infinite and inexhaustible. And since the Great Dao is like this, the methods of attaining the Dao are naturally not limited to just three.

Even three thousand methods are still too few. The three methods of enlightenment that Hongjun spoke of were merely pointing out three paths for the world.

Furthermore, these three paths contained much of Hongjun's wicked intentions, which resulted in only six saints emerging in the primordial world of later generations, and all six saints attained enlightenment through merit.

Merit-based enlightenment is the weakest of the three methods of enlightenment, and the saint who achieves it is naturally the weakest saint.

Furthermore, considering the series of changes that followed in the prehistoric world, Lin Yang absolutely refused to believe that Hongjun hadn't interfered.

On the other hand, there are countless methods to attain enlightenment, but they vary from person to person because everyone has different reasons and opportunities, and therefore the methods to attain enlightenment are also different.

There may be countless methods of enlightenment suitable for one person, but there may also be very few.

Until that point, no one can say for sure.

Even Lin Yang was not quite sure what method he should use to prove his Dao at this time.

However, before that, it is definitely right to deepen one's own knowledge and experience.

After dismantling the formation, Lin Yang collected the Twelve Heavens and the Chaos Gourd, and then flew towards the Taiyin Star.

The Moon and the Sun are two completely different stars.

Because the attributes are completely opposite.

One is the most yang star, while the other is the most yin star.

The closer Lin Yang got to the Moon Star, the colder he felt.

Some stars near the Moon are often covered in ice and snow, with thick ice blocks on them.

Along the way, Lin Yang also collected quite a few rare and precious materials with the attribute of ice and cold.

The most common type is Taiyin Xuanbing.

This Taiyin Xuanbing is similar to the Sun God Pearl that Lin Yang obtained before.

The Sun God Pearl is formed by condensing boundless true fire from the sun.

This Taiyin Xuanbing is formed from the condensation of Taiyin power.

And so, Lin Yang traveled along the way, stopping and starting, and finally arrived at Taiyin Star on this day.

Stepping onto the Moon, the cold was already terrifying.

When Lin Yang arrived at the Sun Star, he felt very uncomfortable because his true form was a gourd vine with innate spiritual roots.

It wasn't until later, when he gained insight into the Great Fire Law of the Nine-Headed Primordial Poison Dragon and mastered it, that he gradually adapted.

But now, encountering this Yin energy, he still feels uncomfortable.

"A single yang cannot produce life, and a single yin cannot grow. It seems I still need to comprehend the principles of yin and yang when I have time," Lin Yang muttered to himself.

Then the Twelve Devas appeared, casting down streams of magical power to protect themselves and resist the cold.

They began to admire the scenery on the moon.

Similar to the Sun Star, the Sun Star is home to fire spirits such as the Primordial Poison Dragon, Fire Crow, and Fire Dragon.

The same is true on this Taiyin Star, where many Taiyin spirits such as ice toads and snow rabbits hop and jump around.

Although he dared not approach Lin Yang, this uninvited guest, he merely watched him from a distance.

Lin Yang ignored the little guys, but he was looking forward to encountering a powerful character like the Nine-Headed Primordial Poison Dragon, which would be great.

Perhaps I could add a few more pets.

At the same time, Lin Yang thought that on the Sun Star, there was the Fusang Tree, Di Jun, Tai Yi, as well as the Hetu, Luoshu, and Chaos Bell. What about the Moon Star?

What is on the Moon?

Xihe, Changxi? Laurel tree? And what else?

In later legends, Emperor Jun was born with the Hetu and Luoshu, and Taiyi was born with the Chaos Bell.

But why is it that when it comes to Xihe and Changxi, their companion treasures are not mentioned?

Lin Yang thought of a legendary deity of the moon, even more ancient than Xihe and Changxi, namely Wangshu.

"At this time, Wang Shu is probably still alive, isn't she?" Lin Yang thought to himself.

In fact, it was precisely because of this consideration that Lin Yang did not immediately come to Taiyin Star when he was not in peak condition after his previous battle with Zhanlong Emperor.

Instead, he waited until he had recovered before visiting this place.

Lin Yang composed himself and began to venture deeper into the Taiyin Star.

Sure enough, there were even more rare and precious materials on this Taiyin Star, especially the Taiyin Profound Ice, which Lin Yang collected until his hands were sore.

Lin Yang neatly cut the Taiyin Xuanbing into pieces and collected them.

In addition to the Taiyin Xuanbing, there is also the even more precious Taiyin Xuanyu.

It is precious, but also extremely rare.

Lin Yang collected them all, intending to use them to refine treasures in the future.

After all, he had obtained the Creation Cauldron, a supreme treasure for refining artifacts, which could be used to refine innate spiritual treasures. Therefore, he naturally developed this collecting obsession.

In the past, when Lin Yang encountered some rare and precious materials on the road, he would feel that the quality was not good enough and would be too lazy to pick them up. But now, as long as they are rare and precious materials, no matter what, Lin Yang will collect them all. Even if they are useless, he can still keep them as collectibles.
