Chapter 197 The Gem Reappears

"Mind Storm," Wes casts his magic once again.

A powerful spiritual force erupted from his body, spreading outwards like a surging tide.

The vampires felt as if they had been hit on the head with a hammer, and a sharp pain shot through them.

Their minds instantly became confused, and they were unable to concentrate.

Under this powerful mental storm, they collapsed to the ground like wheat, losing the ability to resist.

Thus, all the vampires in the underground palace were captured.

"It's strange that the elders of this tribe have gone to such lengths. Why didn't they personally conduct the ceremony on such an important day? Could they have run away?"

Wes searched everywhere but couldn't find the vampire elder.

"Well, today was a great day."

Weiss muttered to himself, a satisfied glint in his eyes.

Looking at the subdued vampires around him, he felt a surge of accomplishment.

These powerful creatures, once the source of fear in people's hearts, have now become his materials.

Wes followed the same method and began to transform vampires into the Philosopher's Stone.

As the magic was cast, the vampires' bodies gradually melted, turning into clusters of mysterious energy.

Guided by Wess, this energy continuously condensed and compressed, eventually transforming into Philosopher's Stones that shimmered with an eerie light.

He walked up to Lilith's statue and examined it carefully with his wand.

The tip of the wand gleamed faintly, as it probed for danger in its surroundings.

After some investigation, Wes determined that there were no traps or curses.

The entire statue is nearly 30 meters tall.

The statue is made entirely of black gold.

Black gold is a rare material; its hardness and toughness far exceed those of ordinary metals, and it also possesses the property of conducting magic.

"That's quite an achievement. This statue was probably only possible and could only have been built during the vampire dynasty," Wes remarked.

This statue offers a glimpse into just how powerful the vampire dynasty was at that time.

Without any hesitation, he took the statue away. Under his magic, the huge statue gradually shrank and finally became a small statue model, which he put into his pocket.

Wes continued his search through the palace, hoping to find other valuable items.

He carefully examined every room and every corner, but found nothing else that satisfied him.

Finally, Wes left. His figure faded into the darkness, leaving behind only a silent underground palace.

Weiss was preparing to leave London and set off immediately for Europe.

However, suddenly, a strong energy fluctuation caught his attention.

The surge was like a raging sea wave, instantly shattering his original plan.

The Mind Stone began to tremble and flicker incessantly, drawn by this powerful force.

Wes immediately realized that only treasures of the same level could do this.

In other words, other Infinity Stones have come to Earth.

"The Reality Stone!" Wes realized instantly.

A surge of intense excitement and vigilance welled up within him.

The power of the Infinity Stones is so great that each one contains enough energy to change the fate of the universe.

However, the people around were completely unaware of this energy fluctuation.

They continue to bustle about the city streets, living their ordinary lives.

However, Wes could clearly feel that powerful force.

His eyes were fixed on the direction from which the energy fluctuations were coming.

Without the slightest hesitation, they crossed half of London by air.

The wind whistled past his ears as he stared intently at his destination.

Soon, he arrived at an abandoned factory.

The factory was dilapidated, with mottled marks on the walls and broken windows.

"This is it!"

His eyes gleamed with excitement and wariness as he flew straight into the factory without hesitation.

Upon entering the factory, he immediately noticed something unusual.

He looked around and was surprised to find that this could no longer be considered Earth, but rather another space.

What's frightening is that this space is unstable, with spacetime rifts everywhere.

Those cracks, like hideous wounds, exuded a dangerous aura.

Mysterious light shimmered within the crack, connecting it to an unknown world.

The space, which could collapse at any moment, makes one feel as if they are on the edge of the apocalypse.

Not a single mistake, not a single poem, not a single post, not a single piece of content, not a single look!

Knowing the dangers of this space, Weiss quickly added several protective shields to himself.

These protective shields shimmered with a mysterious light, like solid barriers protecting him from the threat of spacetime rifts.

He carefully followed the energy fluctuations to avoid the spacetime rift, taking each step with extreme caution.

Finally, he entered another space.

This space is more mysterious and dangerous than the previous ones.

Here, a woman floats in the air, her expression one of great pain.

Her body trembled slightly as she endured immense pain.

Wes stared intently at the woman, his gaze sharp as a hawk's, as if trying to pierce through her body and uncover every secret within her.

He could clearly feel a violent power within her, a power like a surging tide, constantly crashing against her fragile body.

The Reality Gem is inside this woman.

He was well aware of the Reality Stone's immense power; it was a treasure coveted by all the powerful beings in the universe.

This woman was just an ordinary Earth woman, her life as fragile as a flower, teetering on the brink of collapse under the impact of this powerful force.

I don't know whether to call her lucky or unlucky.

The fact that such a precious gem as the Reality Gem chose her as its host is an unimaginable stroke of luck.

However, her fragile body was simply unable to withstand the immense power of the Reality Gem.

That power was like a raging beast, ready to devour her at any moment.

Even Wes and Loki could only use the Mind Stone through their scepters, carefully guiding the stone's power.

This woman, however, was chosen by the Reality Stone without any preparation, and it was already extremely lucky that she was not overwhelmed by the power of the Reality Stone.

Wes sighed inwardly.

He could imagine the pain this woman had endured, a torment beyond the comprehension of ordinary people.

Her body, under the impact of the gem's power, was like a small boat in a storm, on the verge of capsizing at any moment.

"Jane!!" A loud shout came from behind.

The voice was deafening, like thunder, and filled with anxiety and worry.

Wes could sense something flying toward him at such a speed that it was impossible for him to react.

[Thor has arrived.] Wes instantly understood.

So the thing flying towards him was Mjolnir—Thor's hammer.

That was Thor's powerful weapon, containing boundless thunderous power.

The hammer swept through the air with tremendous force, as if it would crush anything that stood in its way.
