Super Mechanic: God of Superpowers!

Chapter 97 A New Nickname, The Second Advancement Quest

With his lightning armor and teleportation abilities, Ye Xiu's movement speed is astonishing.

If it weren't for the limitations of its power, its average speed would definitely be faster than that of a regular civilian airliner.

After returning to the Xiaojiaoshan settlement, Ye Xiu's main body remained for cultivation, while his clones, wielding the Thunder Laser Sword or relying on other supernatural abilities, visited the nomadic settlements and warlord forces in eastern Star Dragon.

They were given only two choices: submit or die.

In no time, Ye Xiu's fame grew on Aquamarine Star. He was a household name, known to both superhumans and ordinary people.

On the other side, Han Xiao was not to be outdone, and directly dumped all the information he knew about the Sprout sub-bases on the six kingdoms.

As the two acted, the situation on Aquamarine became increasingly turbulent.

Many years later, some scholars said that this was the fuse for a new era of warfare!

This also marks the beginning of Aquamarine's legendary journey!

……

Time passed as Ye Xiu continuously earned bounties and killed super criminals in the wilderness.

While gaining a wealth of experience and wealth, he also gradually became stronger and further developed his special abilities.

The title "King of Superpowers" has become increasingly feared by underground forces, and his assassin ranking has finally risen to ninth. While gaining some legendary status, the underworld has also given him a new nickname:

—The Emperor of Superpowers!

It's a very sophisticated name; there's no such thing as a bad nickname, only a bad code name.

[Planet Legend (Aquamarine): King of Superpowers (Dark Web Assassin Ranking) – "Legend has it that he possesses mysterious and powerful superpowers, capable of countless transformations, and unparalleled combat strength. When he arrives at your door, it means the tolling of death has already sounded." – Austin Holden, the legendary assassin of Aquamarine, codenamed [Black]]

"The Emperor of Superpowers, the Emperor of Superpowers, why does that sound a bit strange? The emperor among superpowered individuals?" Ye Xiu stroked his chin, thinking to himself.

With his handsome looks and dazzling combat skills, Ye Xiu is the most active assassin in the underworld during this period. His alliance with the Dark Web organization has reached a friendly level, while his alliance with the Blood Pact Alliance has reached a respectful level.

Despite Wang Yuan's strong opposition, the Blood Pact Alliance has decided to groom him as their new star.

According to data from the Dark Web organization's statistics department, since the rise of the Superpower Emperor and Black Phantom, the Blood Pact Alliance's business has finally stopped declining and even increased by thirteen percentage points, boosting the commissions of other assassins and leading the way in mission completion volume.

Meanwhile, two months later, with the intelligence provided by Han Xiao, the six kingdoms no longer hid their fangs and launched a direct war against the nascent threat with unwavering determination.

……

"War is about to break out..."

Bennett looked worriedly at the hazy sky, his mood seemingly affected by the gloom.

Wang Yuan, standing beside him, whispered, "Relax. The alien emperor has been very cooperative with our operations lately."

He paused for a moment, then said, "He is exceptionally talented and powerful, and he likes to cultivate relationships with the higher-ups in the organization. In a few years, I plan to let him take the reins of the dark web organization after I retire."

Bennett's expression softened a bit. After thinking for a moment, he said, "This kid is indeed quite good. He's ambitious, capable, and loyal. I recently heard that he personally rejected the Sprout Leader's request."

Your considerations are not without merit.

"However, it's too early for that. We old folks need to get to work and officially start the shelter plan."

Wang Yuan looked up at the sky, a determined glint in his eyes. "Alright!"

……

Headquarters of the Budding Organization on the continent of Andia.

"Bang!"

The fist, encased in a black glove, slammed into the wall with a loud thud. The terrifying force caused a large section of the wall to collapse, revealing the specially made steel bars inside, while the fist remained completely unharmed.

"Damn the Alien Emperor, damn Zero!"

The leader of the budding creatures murmured, taking a deep breath, his lungs seemingly unfathomable, like a whirlwind. His entire body radiated an intensely brilliant aura, surging with his rage.

The subordinate beside him was slightly out of breath, trembling with fear, afraid of offending the boss.

Thinking of the alien emperor, he felt extremely depressed. He first sent Hela to invite him, but was rejected. He then took the initiative to contact the other party himself, promising the position of deputy leader. The other party refused on the surface, but secretly said that he would think about it. However, he just wanted to raise the price.

"Heh, Alien Emperor, you think you can string me along and play games with me?!" The Sprout Leader sneered. "Who do you think you are?"

Just when his subordinates thought the Alien Emperor was about to be put on a bounty by the organization, their leader suddenly ordered, "Use special encryption methods to send a message to the Alien Emperor that Sprout has already evacuated from the organization's branch base. If he is willing to help me stop the attacks by the armies and superhumans of the six countries, I can consider his request."

"Yes."

……

Inside the Xiaojiaoshan settlement, Ye Xiu silently honed his strength in the training room.

As for his clones, aside from keeping one by his side, he sent the rest out to assassinate superhumans who resisted him. These included those from the six nations, those from the Budding Clan, and those from the Dark Web.

In Ye Xiu's eyes, anyone who dares to resist him is his enemy.

With the ability to disguise himself, Ye Xiu wasn't afraid of being exposed; instead, he could shift the blame to others.

At that moment, the screen of the communicator on the table suddenly lit up. He picked it up and saw that it didn't display the sender's name first, but only five short characters:

The latest novel is first published here!

"I can fulfill your request."

His gaze swept over them, and Ye Xiu's lips curled into a wicked smile. "So you finally agreed?"

His ambitions are certainly not limited to so-called dark web organizations.

It's fair to say that he wants the dark web, but he wants the sprouting organization even more.

Ye Xiu plans to integrate the two major forces and all other superhuman forces on Aquamarine Star into the strongest superhuman force in the history of Aquamarine Star.

Having this power will be helpful, both for reaping player experience and for him as he prepares to enter the Star Sea.

At the same time, Ye Xiu gained a lot of experience points during his two months as an assassin.

The secondary class 【Star Warrior】 has already been unlocked, providing the feat 【Starry Sky】 and the active skill 【Starry Burst】.

This secondary profession leans towards strength, and Ye Xiu's total level has now reached level 40, but he's stuck at the next level.

This advanced mission is somewhat special:

[Second Advancement]: Gain two points of Planet Legendary Points, current progress 1/2]

For ordinary superhumans, achieving a planetary legend status is undoubtedly an extremely difficult task.

After all, every person with legendary status is a household name.

Of course, with Ye Xiu's current strength, it wouldn't be too difficult for him to gain any more legendary status.

"To gain legendary status, you need two things: battle record and events with significant impact. There is a certain connection between the two." Ye Xiu stroked his chin, his eyes flashing slightly, and he quickly came up with a suitable plan in his mind.

Because he was stuck on advancing, Ye Xiu invested his experience into superpowers and skills.

He upgraded his D-level ability [Force Field Manipulation] to C-level and gained the specialty [Basic Force Field Affinity].

The remaining task was to upgrade all the acquired skills to the maximum level, which not only increased their basic attribute points but also greatly enhanced their power.

I'm a bit busy right now, working on the outline and building up my drafts. I'll try to maintain a steady two updates a week, and maybe even three.
