Loving You: A Blessing or a Curse?

A young girl dressed in a yellow sun dress walks over. She has a tall and slender frame, long hair and features that are slightly above average.

Her head is raised high like a proud peacock and her right arm is intertwined with a man who looks to be in his late forties.

"Su Lian it really is you, the second young miss of the Su family." Her voice is extremely arrogant and laced with ridicule.

Murong Ning.

Su Lian never would have guessed that the first person she would meet after arriving in China would be this obnoxious person.

Murong Ning is a friend of her half sister, Su Mo Chou.

After Tang Xiu found out about her husband's illegitimate daughter, she was furious and wanted to move out. He would not let her take the children with her so she could only wait until they were completely divorced as she would try to win full custody over them. Su Mo Chou moved into their home because there was no need to continue hiding her existence. Being two years older than Su Lian, Su Mo Chou felt that she was the rightful heir of every thing her father, Su Feng owned. With that thought in mind she acted arrogantly and tried to make things difficult for Su Lian and Su Qiong. She blamed them for her having to live hidden in a rundown apartment for sixteen years of her life. Things got worse after Tang Xiu died and Su Mo Chou's mother moved in. They were greedy and made sure to keep all good things out of reach of the brother and sister pair.

Their father, Su Feng was completely oblivious to all that this. He has all of his attention focused on money, becoming wealthy is his only concern in life.

Su Feng is the third son from an ordinary family. His father is a retired police officer, his eldest brother also became a police officer while the other one is currently a high school teacher. He on the otherhand tried his luck in some business ventures and ended up being successful. He now owns a small company which is expanding doing well. Although he is not extremely rich, he is not poor either. He is an existence that some people wouldn't dare offend.

With this status, how could Mo Chou and her mother be humble? They felt on top of the world and attracted 'friends' who were after their wealth.

Murong Ning was one of these 'friends'. She grew up in an ordinary home and wanted to make connections with wealthy girls her age. She had approached Su Lian who couldn't be bothered by her. She was in not in need of friends, especially not fake ones.

Murong Ning felt embarassed, she thought Su Lian was looking down on her. So when Su Mo Chou came along and befriended her, she used every moment as an opportunity to get back at her for having rejected her.

Su Lian felt quite unlucky, she didn't have time for this person right now. She wanted to go visit the preschool with her son.

She hadn't even seen that unruly sister of hers yet she was unfortunate enough to run into one of her rabid dogs.
