Loving You: A Blessing or a Curse?

Su Lian ignored her and pulled her son along towards the door, but Murong Ning stood in front of them, blocking their path. She was still holding on to the arm of the middle-aged man as if he was her lover.

"You no longer have any manners. Not only did you elope with an old man for money, but you have also become illiterate."

Murong Ning's voice was not low and it drew a lot of gazes towards them. People looked at her in complete contempt. Su Lian immediately realized that this was probably a rumor started by Murong Ning and her dear sister, Su Mo Chou.

Murong Ning touched her cheek and started cursing loudly, saying vulgar words and ruining the mood for everyone who was eating lunch inside.

The man saw that she was drawing a lot of attention. He had a panicked expression on his face and swiftly threw Murong Ning's arm that had been clinging around his away.

Su Lian saw that this man clearly had a wedding band on his finger. Murong Ning did not have one on hers. So he was married, but she was not.

She wouldn't be surprised if she was. Murong Ning would do anything for money. She was accusing her of eloping with a man, while she herself was involved with a married man. Was this not a pot calling a kettle black?

After she left, Su Lian also left and went inside her car with Su Yichen. She took off his glasses and saw his eyes were red and puffy. He had been crying.
