Lance wiped his tears when he was shushed by the kid. He ruffled the kids hair, "You really like my brother this much that you're willing to leave him alone with your mother?" He asked the boy.

Ichigo smiled in satisfaction when he saw his dad and mom walk towards the car hand in hand, "Yep! He is the one I've been looking for to be my father." He glanced at his dad's brother and saw him smile mysteriously.

Ichigo raised an eyebrow and asked his uncle about the meaning of his smile.

Lance was a bit surprise that Ichigo was this perceptive. "Don't glare at me because I won't hinder your plans, you can count me in instead!" He smiled sincerely to show his pure intent to help the kid and his brother to win Hestia's approval.

Ichigo nods his head, he had a hunch that his dad told the situation to his brother. He then raised his right hand forward for a handshake, "welcome to 'Operation make my mom fall in love with dad." Lance smirked at this cute little schemer and shaked his hands. "I am honored to be part of the crew." Lance now know exactly why his brother and this kid click instantly, they are both made in the same mold. He feels sorry for Hestia for having two mischievous schemer on her side.

Hearing the car door open, Ichigo quickly leans forward towards the passenger seat. He was all smiles at his mother. "Mom, you and dad both look good together!" Ichigo stated every word with so much emphasis, his statement made his mom's face even redder.

Hestia covered her face from embarassment, "what are you talking about sweetheart!?" She does not know where her son inherited this unabashed character of his, she just wished it wasn't from his biological father.

Damon entered the car and saw Hestia covering her face, "what happened?" He looked at his son with a mischievous smile.

"I just said that mom and dad look good together." Ichigo smiled brightly. Damon chuckled and gave his son a thumbs up, "Of course we do! it is because we are match made in heaven."
