Make my Mom Fall in Love with Dad

"Are you aware how beautiful you are right now?" Damon caressed Hestia's lower lip and then tenderly kissed her on the lips. The kiss was sweet and at the same time gentle, it was conveying Damon's love for her.

Damon tentatively broke the kiss when he tasted her tears, alarmed at the sudden turn of events, he hugged Hestia tightly and kissed her head. "What's the matter sweetheart? Did I offend you?" He rubbed her back and repeatedly kissed her head to comfort Hestia.

Hiccuping, Hestia shaked her head to answer no to his questions. When she felt that she can speak, Hestia gazed at Damon "I-I" she paused to clear her voice. "What's so good about me that you care for me so much?" Hestia was really having a hard time understanding why such a man like Damon even likes her. She was told by those she once loved that she was nothing, an unimportant and an easily replaceable woman.

Damon's perceptive eyes saw the hurt and insecurity that flashed in her eyes, 'who have hurt Hestia so much that she can't realize her true worth?'

Hestia turned pink when she saw the adoration in Damon's eyes, once upon a time her ex-lover looked at her that way but it turns out that he was a good actor. "Sweetheart you're the only woman who made me feel love and of course for having Ichigo. Don't doubt your self-worth, for me and Ichigo you're the best, excellent, amazing and one of a kind woman. No one can rival you for my love because I am already giving you my whole heart." Damon kissed Hestia's tears away before confessing, "Hestia, call me crazy but I really do love you." Every word he uttered was dripping with love that the confession took Hestia's breath away. She did not expect to hear him confess this soon. Her mouth opened and closed but no words came out.

The conflicted expression of Hestia dampen Damon's mood a tiny bit but he knows that he can't rush her to reciprocate his feelings back. "Don't worry I am not rushing for an answer and I am not also expecting you to accept me right away but that doesn't mean that I'll stay away from you." He smiled charmingly at Hestia before dropping the bomb, "I'll make you fall in love with me, so in love that you can't live without me."

Hestia should feel annoyed by his smugness but instead she can't help but smile and for the longest time she felt beautiful.
