"What about Daido Katsumi and the others?" Terui Ryu frowned. "We're no match for that guy right now. Even they from the other world almost lost to him that time if it weren't for special circumstances."
"No rush." Lin Chen smiled. "This W is completely different."
Just then, the office doorbell rang.
The three exchanged a glance, all somewhat puzzled. Who could be coming at this time?
Lin Chen got up and walked over, opening the door. A middle-aged woman stood in the doorway, her long, black, wavy hair casually draped over her shoulders, wearing a long black trench coat that completely covered her slender yet upright figure.
Her eyes were sharp, like those of a hawk, scanning the interior of the firm.
"Is there something you need?" Lin Chen asked her calmly.
The woman didn't answer his question and walked straight into the office, as if she were looking for someone. A barely perceptible glint flashed in her eyes as her gaze swept over the 18 T2 Gaia Memory chips on the table.
Terui Ryu also stood up, staring at the woman with a serious expression. Lin Chen walked back to the table and stood with Terui Ryu and Kadoya Tsukasa, forming a triangle formation as they scrutinized the uninvited guest.
Lin Chen recognized her. It was Daido Miki, the mother of Daido Katsumi, who created Never and the other immortals.
The woman stopped in her tracks, looking at the three wary men. She pulled a police badge from her pocket, flashed it in front of them, and said coldly, "I am Maria S. Cranberry, affiliated with an international intelligence agency. I'm here to find a boy named Philip. Where is he?"
Just as Terujiro was about to expose her lie, Lin Chen reached out and stopped him.
"Excuse me, you've come to the wrong place," Lin Chen said calmly. "We don't have anyone named Philip here. Officer, please look somewhere else."
"Is that so?" Maria stared into Lin Chen's eyes for a few seconds, seemingly trying to find some flaw in his expression. But Lin Chen's expression did not change at all; his eyes were as calm as a deep pool of water, making him unfathomable to her.
“I might be mistaken.” Maria finally looked away, took a business card from her pocket and placed it on the table. “This is my contact information. If you remember anything or have any news about him, please let me know.”
After saying that, she turned and left without any hesitation.
Once the office door closed, Terui Ryu couldn't help but speak up: "Why didn't you let me expose her? She's not an Interpol agent at all; she's Daido Katsumi's mother, Daido Miki! Last time, it was she who deceived Shotaro and the others, which led to so many disasters!"
"What good would it do to expose her?" Lin Chen picked up a business card from the table and casually tossed it into the trash can. "With Philip gone and the 19 memory chips in our hands, she can't cause any trouble. We might as well let her go and see what tricks she has up her sleeve. Our priority right now is to prevent large-scale casualties in Fuuto. Once Shotaro and the others return, everything will be resolved."
On the other side, Miki Daido, who had just walked out of the detective agency, leaned against the wall and gasped for breath. Her back was already soaked with cold sweat.
What a terrifying man.
As a top scientist capable of creating immortal beings, her perception of danger far surpasses that of ordinary people. The moment Lin Chen opened the door, she felt as if she were being stared at by a prehistoric behemoth; the hairs on her body stood on end, and even breathing became difficult.
She hadn't planned to come here. But today's events had completely exceeded her expectations. Philip, the one who could help Keji achieve his dreams, had vanished into thin air. Even with such a huge mess in the wind, W hadn't shown up yet.
What alarmed her even more was that this group had already collected most of the T2 Gaia Memory.
She touched the Gale Memory in her pocket, hesitated for a long time, and finally gave up the idea of forcibly taking it. With that Kamen Rider named Terui Ryu around, and those two unfathomable men, forcibly taking it was not a wise move.
"I need to tell Katsuki all this right away." Miki Daido quickly left the street.
Meanwhile, in the living room of Sonozaki Manor.
Sonozaki Saeko stood before Ryubei, frowning, and said, "Father, there was an explosion over Fuuto today. The police say it was the work of terrorists. This city is already chaotic enough; now this happens again. How can our plans proceed?"
"Don't worry." Ryūbei sat on the sofa, slowly sipping his tea, his tone calm. "They're just a bunch of clowns. They can't cause any trouble in the face of the family's ultimate plan. You don't need to worry about these messy things now. Your only task is to find the person who came and Wakana's whereabouts as soon as possible. Understand?"
"Yes, Father." Saeko nodded and turned to leave the living room.
After Saeko left, Swartz slowly emerged from the shadows of the living room. A smile of unreadable expression played on his lips as he said, "Mr. Ryubei, it seems your plan is facing quite a few problems. At this rate, when will the King finally appear?"
Ryubei put down his teacup, looked up at Swartz, and said, "It's just a temporary setback. Swartz-san, you call yourself someone who assists the king, don't you even understand this simple truth? Achieving hegemony is never smooth sailing."
After saying that, he stood up and walked out of the living room, leaving Swartz standing there alone, his face slightly unpleasant.
Chapter 170 Exploding Caesar
Ryu Teruichi stood on the edge of the rooftop of the Fuuto Tower, his clothes fluttering in the wind. He glanced down at the various hidden corners of the tower, where he had just planted powerful explosives.
He wasn't one to sit idly by and wait for death. In another memory, Dao Keji's plan required using the Wind Tower as a core to unleash a shockwave capable of covering everyone and turning them into the undead. If things ultimately unfold as he remembered...
I will blow up the Wind Tower myself.
"What you're doing is tantamount to holding my family hostage, as I deeply love Fengdu."
Kirihiko's voice came from behind him. He walked slowly to Terujiro's side, looking at the crowd flowing downstairs with a complicated expression in his eyes.
He didn't want to show himself, but seeing Terujiro carrying explosives into the Fuuto Tower, he couldn't help but feel uneasy.
“Deeply in love with Fuuto?” Terui Ryu sneered, turning to look at him. “As someone who once recklessly sold Gaia Memories in Fuuto, you, Sudo Kirihiko, have no right to say that. If it weren’t for the special circumstances now, I would be the first to throw you in jail.”
“Yes.” Kirihiko didn’t refute, but just smiled self-deprecatingly, “I love Fuuto so much, yet I have hurt it countless times with my own hands.”
"What are you doing here?" Teruji Ryu withdrew his gaze and looked back into the distance.
“First, this is a place I frequent. Second, Kimura-kun knows you're here alone and is worried something might happen, so he asked me to come and help. Never is no ordinary person.”
"Kimura? Who is that?" Terui Ryu asked, somewhat puzzled by the name Kirihiko had mentioned.
“Oh. I forgot again, you guys are more used to calling him Lin Chen.” Seeing Terujiro’s puzzled expression, Kirihiko explained.
“Lin Chen?” Teruji Ryu frowned. “Do you know who that guy really is? Zuo and You trust him completely.”
"If even you don't know, how would I know?"
No sooner had Wu Yan finished speaking than a loud "boom" suddenly came from the bottom of the tower! The entire Fengdu Tower shook violently.
The two exchanged a glance; Never had arrived at this hour. They both rushed towards the stairwell.
When they rushed to the main hall at the bottom of the tower, it was already in complete chaos.
Screaming passersby scattered in all directions, smashing tables and chairs to pieces. Four strange men stood in the middle of the crowd, indiscriminately attacking those who hadn't yet managed to escape.
The Moon Goddess Dopant's arm stretched out like rubber, smashing the counter to pieces; the Metal Dopant punched through a concrete wall and chased after the fleeing person.
"asshole!"
With a roar, Terujiro slammed the Accel drive shut.
"Transform!"
A crimson light flashed, and Kamen Rider Accel, wielding his Engine Sword, charged forward like a red lightning bolt.
"Oh? So this is the Kamen Rider of Fuuto? Let me have a go at you." The Luna Doppelganger sneered, its arm instantly extending several meters, lashing out at Terui Ryu like a whip.
Terui Ryu dodged to the side, his engine sword slashing out with flames. With a clang, it struck the arm of the Moon God hybrid, sparks flying. But the opponent's arm merely swayed, leaving not even a mark, and instead, it wrapped around the engine sword.
"Is that all the strength you have?" The Moon Goddess hybrid pulled hard, and Terujiro lost his balance and almost fell.
Seeing this, Kirihiko pulled out his Caesar phone, quickly tapped the keys, and entered the transformation command 913. The keys clicked, the phone flipped shut, and a mechanical "Standing By" sound echoed around him.
He inserted the transformation phone into the slot of the Caesar belt at his waist. The buckle clicked crisply, and the electronic sound of "Complete" echoed in sync. In an instant, a dazzling stream of golden photons surged out from the belt, flowing and coiling along the meridians of his limbs, the light surging and churning on his body.
The thick, dark-colored base armor was pieced together and snapped together layer by layer along the photon trajectory, with patterns outlining sharp contours along the gaps in the armor. The helmet, breastplate, and shoulder armor took shape in sequence. After a brief burst of intense light, it quickly subsided, revealing a complete set of black and gold knight armor covering the body.
Kamen Rider Kaiser stood still, slightly moving his wrist, the metal joints making a soft cracking sound, as he held the Kaiser Blade in his hand.
He raised his hand and fired three photon bullets, striking the arm of the Luna dopant. Golden sparks exploded, and the dopant cried out in pain as its limp arm, which was wrapped around the engine sword, instantly loosened. Taking advantage of the moment, Terui Ryu withdrew his weapon, took two steps back, shook his numb arm, and without turning around to say thank you, charged headlong at the metal dopant, engine sword still flaming.
Caesar casually switched his Caesar Blade to sword mode and was about to follow when a whooshing sound suddenly came from above. He looked down sharply, and two blue energy blasts grazed his helmet, blasting two large craters into the wall behind him.
The Trigger Doppelganger stood on the second-floor railing, twirling two energy guns in his hands. He blew on the muzzles and unleashed another round of bursts. Caesar could only dodge sideways, his golden sword forming a wall of light to block the bullets, but one still grazed his shoulder armor, leaving a scorch mark.
On the other side, Terujiro slashed at the metal dopant three times, each slash sending sparks flying, but the metal dopant didn't even leave a white mark.
The metal dopant grinned, and his fist, as big as a clay pot, came crashing down with a whooshing sound. Zhao Jinglong parried with his sword, and with a loud "clang," the engine sword trembled. The huge impact sent him flying five or six meters away, crashing heavily into a marble pillar.
The scorching dopant seized the opportunity to rush forward, its feet wreathed in orange-red flames as it kicked towards Terujiro's face.
Upon seeing this, Caesar immediately turned around and unleashed a golden blade of light with a Caesar Slash, forcing the Fiery Hybrid to hastily retract its fist and retreat.
In that brief moment of opening, the Moon Goddess Dopant's soft arm coiled around his waist like a python, violently pulling him to the ground. The Metal Dopant followed up with a kick, slamming it into Caesar's back, causing Caesar to groan.
Three hybrids slowly surrounded him, triggers raised behind them, ready to fire at any moment. Terui Ryu, leaning against a pillar, struggled to his feet; his right arm was dislocated from the impact and hung limply at his side, unable to be lifted. Caesar, using his Caesar Blade as support, stood up; his left shoulder armor was blackened by the intense flames.
"So strong!" Terui Ryu gritted his teeth and reached for the engine sword on the ground with his uninjured left hand.
"I didn't expect to be using the new equipment so soon." Wu Yan said, and then took out an object that looked like a backpack from behind.
The backpack features a striking gold X logo printed on the front, and its metal casing gleams coolly under the light.
Trigger Dopant, standing behind, scoffed and fired two blue energy blasts: "What nonsense are you spouting!"
Kirihiko dodged the bullets to the side and slammed the backpack against his chest. With a crisp "click," the backpack instantly unfolded and transformed into a black and gold reinforcement module covering the original Caesar Driver, revealing a deep groove in the center that perfectly matched the Caesar phone.
Without hesitation, he reached out and pulled out the transforming phone from his belt. His fingertips moved so fast they left afterimages as he tapped 913 three times in quick succession.
The phone screen flashed with a blinding golden light, and a deep, booming electronic notification sound rang out: "BURST STANDBY."
He inserted his phone into the slot of the enhancement module, and the next second, a deafening "KAIXA BURST COMPLETE" rang out throughout the entire hall.
Golden photon blood burst out of the enhancement module, instantly engulfing Caesar's entire body.
The original black and gold armor shattered at every seam, sending fragments flying everywhere. The new matte black armor rapidly assembled, a full circle thicker than before, with sharper, more angular edges, and a huge, glowing golden X symbol appearing in the center of the chest plate.
Two pairs of translucent golden photon wings slowly unfolded from his back, their edges crackling with intense energy sparks.
Teruji squinted at the newly appeared figure—a new power?
Caesar looked up; the compound eyes on his helmet had turned a blazing gold. He stretched his shoulders; the previous breastplate and shoulder armor were gone, replaced by a brand new, indestructible suit of armor.
Wu Yan felt an incredibly powerful force within him. Without saying a word, he flapped his photon wings on his back and transformed into a golden lightning bolt, rushing out.
The metal dopant, like a reckless fool, charged forward with its fist clenched.
The two met face to face, and Wu Yan raised his hand and grabbed the metal dopant's fist. The metal dopant had barely exerted its strength when a crisp "crack" was heard, and its arm was broken. Caesar casually tossed it aside, and the metal dopant crashed into the wall and was buried under a pile of rubble.
The remaining three exchanged glances, wondering how they could have suddenly become so strong. The Moon Goddess immediately unleashed all her soft arms to wrap around Caesar's legs, while the fiery hybrid's hands condensed fireballs that shot towards Caesar. The trigger hybrid's twin pistols were also aimed at Caesar's back, and the triggers were pulled.
Caesar pushed off with his feet, leaping up onto the moon goddess's soft arm, the scorching flames grazing the soles of his shoes. He spread his wings in mid-air, swiftly passing the trigger's location, and slashed at the trigger-infiltrated weapon with his Caesar Blade Pistol, severing it in two.
The moment he landed, Luna's soft arms wrapped around his waist. Caesar didn't struggle; instead, he grabbed her and yanked her back, pulling her directly in front of him. Caesar kicked her in the chest, sending Luna's hybrid flying backward and crashing into the metal body that had just crawled out of the rubble. The two rolled around in a heap.
The Caesar Blade Spear gathered a blinding golden light, intending to eliminate one of them first.
Just a second before the golden light was about to erupt, an impatient click of the tongue came from the entrance of the hall. The pure white armor gleamed coldly, the yellow compound eyes were particularly conspicuous in the dim hall, the blue arms hung naturally at his sides, and the jet-black cloak trailed on the ground behind him. Daido Katsumi walked through the mess on the ground as if taking a stroll, stepping over the fallen Trigger Hybrid without even glancing at it.
“Four people.” He tilted his head, the Eternal Dagger twirling between his fingers. “They couldn’t even last ten seconds.”
The energy slash slashed diagonally, striking the bladed spear squarely. With a loud clang, Caesar was jolted back half a step, the golden energy dissipating instantly. Only then did Dao Keji point the tip of his blade at Caesar, his voice coming from inside his helmet, a hint of weary amusement in his voice: "Charging for so long, too slow?"
Tatsumi, leaning against the pillar, clenched his grip on the engine sword—Eternal. Even from dozens of meters away, he could feel the oppressive, suffocating aura of pure death. He truly didn't know how Sora and Uso had managed to defeat this monster.
“Kyosui, Yuhara, Izaka, Lucifer.” He took two steps forward, his cloak billowing behind him without wind. “Get up. Stop lying there pretending to be dead. You are immortals, not trash.”
The Trigger Dopant Izumi Kyosui, lying on the ground, coughed up blood but chuckled softly: "...Captain, you didn't come here to save us, did you?"
"Save you?" Da Dao Keji suddenly accelerated, his cloak leaving a dark shadow behind him, his blade aimed straight for Caesar's throat. "I just didn't want you to get in my way while I was killing people."
