"I'm leaving now, see you later."

Kugizaki waved and got into a taxi.

"Okay, see you later."

Mashiro nodded.

After watching Kugizaki leave, Mashiro turned to Shika and asked, "What about you?"

"I'll take you back."

The little deer said, "Today I am still a maid."

"We're already at your doorstep, why are you still using a maid?"

Mashiro chuckled and said, "Alright, let's go then."

Back at the apartment, Xiaolu put her bags in the entryway.

"Then, that concludes our day as a maid."

"Thanks for your hard work."

Mashiro waved his hand and yawned.

"I'm leaving."

Xiaolu greeted them, turned and went out, gently closing the door behind her. The apartment fell silent again.

Mashiro stood in the entryway, looking at the pile of bags, and couldn't help but smile.

Then Mashiro went back to her bedroom and took a nap.

------------

Time passed, and the days went by one after another.

Yuji Itadori returned to the high school and continued his energetic daily routine.

After Yukichi told him that the Tenting had been repaired, Itadori was so happy that he didn't sleep all night. The next day, with dark circles under his eyes, he dragged Fushiguro Megumi to Kyoto.

At first, Fushiguro Megumi was unhappy with his dead fish eyes, but when they came back, they both had expressions of lingering enjoyment on their faces.

Speaking of Fushiguro Megumi, he seems to have gradually found a balance with Tsumiki and Kurusu Hana.

The three of them grew closer and closer, and after Fushiguro Megumi and Kurusu Hana returned home from their missions, they could enjoy meals cooked by Tsumiki.

Laughter and cheerful voices became a long-lost, warm and cozy daily routine for the Fuhei family.

Kugizaki Nobara is still as energetic as ever, going on missions, shopping, and trying to find a boyfriend, although only the first two are relatively successful.

Occasionally, she would also invite Mashiro and Kojiro to make up for the places they hadn't visited last time.

Gojo Satoru still had that same carefree attitude.

Since he became the principal, his work has become much easier, and he's always smiling.

Occasionally, when he returns from a business trip, he will bring back some desserts for Mashiro and then try to challenge her to a duel.

After returning from his vacation in Malaysia, Qi Haijian was tanned, but he looked more mature and reliable.

He smiled and said that next time he wanted to go on a trip with everyone.

Mai confessed her feelings to Maki directly, although Maki was startled and tried to run away.

However, with a single sentence from Mayu, "My power as the head of the family is unlimited," Mayu forcibly dragged Maki to the wedding.

Of course, Mashiro had some doubts about Maki's claim of "forcibly dragging" her away. Was it so easy to drag the Heavenly Tyrant away?

But then she thought, what does the little fun between the sisters have to do with her?

So Mashiro happily continued listening to Maki recount how her sister had ruthlessly exploited her.

Speaking of confessing one's feelings, Yukichi also mustered up the courage to confess to Kasumi Miwa.

It is said that he was so nervous that he was shaking all over that day, but he still managed to say it in the end.

Kasumi Miwa blushed and nodded.

Otsuko and Rika got married under the auspices of Gojo Satoru and Mashiro.

I heard that Yi Gu is now taking on missions every day, and preferably those that require long-term business trips.

Together with Yagami-ji, they slowly maintained the balance and order between the world of sorcery and ordinary people.

Ri Che continued working as a lawyer, while Shi Liulong went to learn culinary skills and became a true master chef.

......

Mashiro lay on the sofa in her apartment, scrolling through her phone.

On the screen were messages reporting that everyone had completed their missions safely.

"I don't need to lift a finger today."

Mashiro put down her phone and stretched out a big yawn.

The sunlight outside the window is just right. She is now retired and is incredibly lazy every day.

It seems that Xiaolu has developed some strange interest after wearing the maid outfit, or perhaps it's because she looks so颓废 (颓废 is a difficult word to translate directly, but it implies a state of listlessness, decadence, or apathy).

She would occasionally come to see Mashiro dressed as a maid and then drag her out of the house.

However, Mashiro didn't seem to mind.

These ordinary and peaceful days have just begun, and they will probably continue forever.

Author's Closing Remarks!

Wednesday, November 2026, 9.

"Curse Returns: The Demon Void Girl Doesn't Want to Be a Weakling" (also known as "As a Demon Void Girl, I Went to Curse Returns to Fight Sukuna!") has officially ended!

Clap! Clap clap clap!

Oh dear, that must have been tough!

Although it seems a bit too sudden, I don't want to keep padding the word count. I'll probably write some extra chapters later!

I had actually written a note before, initially in the author's note section, but it was limited to 300 words!

What kind of reflection is three hundred words? So I wrote one and posted a screenshot at the end of the chapter.

But it seems like it got swallowed up by tomatoes; I didn't see a single person (sad).

I've forgotten what I wrote back then, and the screenshot has disappeared.

Then I'll rewrite my current thoughts.

First and foremost, I want to thank all my readers who have supported me!

Love you all, meow!

Without you guys, there would be no HimiMi today, meow~

Then comes the writing process of this book.

I started reading this book in May when I went back to school to prepare for my thesis defense, and then I read that legendary cursed novel on my bed in the dormitory.

That's right, it's the book called "As a Special-Class Assassin, I'm Going to Annihilate Su Nuo!"

I looked at Lord Jiejian and said: How can you write something so amazing?

Holy crap, I want to write that too.

So what should I write?

The initial idea was to have everyone gender-swapped, with a gender-swapped version of Itsuji as the main character.

At that time, I didn't expect the curse to become more and more miraculous, and as I thought about it, I felt it wasn't going to work.

First, I don't know if readers will accept it; second, it's not easy to write.

Then I started thinking about the second thing I saw on Tieba—the Demon Void Girl.

When I thought of it, inspiration struck! It's so interesting that I want to write it down right now!

Because I enjoy reading, I've fantasized about writing novels and have even conceived certain plots in my mind.

So around 5 PM on May 22nd, the account "Hahahaha Ji Mi" was successfully registered, and the first book was published on Tomato Novel Network.

It was also the first novel that I conceived and began writing.

As a complete novice, the writing experience taught me the reality that a novice writer can only update 10,000 words a day.

On May 22nd, I posted two chapters totaling 4,500 words. Then, after midnight, which was the next day, I posted four more chapters totaling 9,000 words.

Just as I was about to post Chapter 5, a notification popped up saying that the limit had been reached.

I was stunned. There's a word limit?

After thinking about it, I washed up and went to bed, since I had stayed up almost all night.

My creative passion is really burning bright, hahaha...

Then, the next day, I discovered that people were actually watching, and some even posted comments.

I hadn't even signed a contract yet, so to be honest, I was really touched.

Then it was just a matter of writing, signing contracts, writing, and looking at the data, step by step.

Seeing the data slowly rise every day is indeed a happy thing.

I slowly wrote until I reached 80,000 words, which was the recommended word count.

Tens of thousands of units were sold on the very first day!

After I posted it in the authors' group, they all praised me for my talent. So this is what it feels like to be a star in front of others!

Then the data fluctuated, but overall it was steadily improving.

The novel I originally wrote just for fun has actually generated income for me.

The royalties for May were 20, but the royalties for June were a staggering nearly 5,000.
