HP North Star's Radiance

Just as his twin uncles hated Uncle Percy when they were young, James hated Altani Malfoy the most.
If there's anything even more terrifying, it's Artanis's mother, a senior member of Wizengamor, a Potions Master, a Duelist Master, a Charms Master, the Deputy Headmaster of Hogwarts, and the Head of Slytherin—Plares Prince. Enough, there's no room for all these people here!
Altani is annoying not because he is as arrogant as his father, nor because he is as capable as seven people, but because he is someone else's child.
James could imagine what kind of person Altani was at school.
You and he ran for prefect, he won and you lost, and this guy still has to come over and comfort you, telling you that the failure was not because of your ability but because of your suitability, and that there are more suitable positions for you in the school, such as Quidditch captain—OK, fine, then you are very suitable to be a prefect!
Perfection is that old Princeton style that's wrong in every way yet right in every way!
Extra new generation
After welcoming Harry and seeing him off at graduation, Hagrid finally welcomed Harry and Ginny's first child.
Sitting in the small boat, James looked around with an excitement of being on an autumn outing with his family, and Hagrid had to remind him to be careful not to capsize.
"Hagrid, what's the Sorting Ceremony like?" he asked with great interest.
Hagrid's laughter seemed to come from his chest: "I can't tell you, James."
James grinned and said, "My mom and dad told me to tell you they love you."
“I love them too,” Hagrid blinked his left eye and laughed, “but I still can’t tell you.”
James turned his head away, pretending not to care, but he was actually a little nervous and expectant inside.
The uncles said it was incredibly exciting, but Teddy and Viktoria said not to worry too much… In Diagon Alley, James met Altani and his grandmother, Mrs. Purnell, who said, “The value of life lies in the experience; you’ll see when the time comes.”
James: Here we go again, this loading.
He decided not to tell Albus at the time, so that his younger brother could fully experience the tension and excitement.
They disembarked and were led by Hagrid to a large oak gate. Standing before the gate was a witch with black hair, black eyes, a long black robe, and a black wizard's hat—an old acquaintance, Praris Prince—the "Prince" that was Albus's middle name.
James first met Prince when he was a child. That day, his father and mother were preparing afternoon tea in the kitchen when Sirius announced that a guest was coming to visit.
"Of course, everyone loves Dumbledore," Sirius said, shrugging. "And Prader, and her husband whom nobody likes."
"Who is Prarese?" James asked curiously, "and her husband!"
Sirius said, "Praris is Praris, hmm, probably a very clever witch!"
"Is she as smart as Hermione?" James asked.
Sirius Black, in his honest opinion, said, "Pretty much!"
"Then she must be a Gryffindor!" James's world was too small; he thought Gryffindor was the best.
"No, she's a Slytherin," Sirius said. "While I hate Slytherins, there are some who are barely acceptable, like my brother Regulus."
"Okay..." James said, a little disappointed. "What about her husband?"
"Hmph, Malfoys, a bunch of snobbish bastards!" Sirius muttered to himself. "That kid caused a lot of trouble when Harry was in school... cough, I mean, James, Malfoy's relationship with Harry and Ginny was so-so, he just liked to follow Prader."
James was shocked. So his father had been bullied in school! He clenched his fists, determined to get revenge for his father—he had never considered that Harry was the kind of person who wouldn't stand up for himself.
At two o'clock in the afternoon, James heard voices and peeked out from the attic. Standing behind Dumbledore were a wizard and a wizard in black robes; the witch had black hair and black eyes, and the wizard had blond hair and light-colored eyes.
Mom and Dad were taking turns hugging the witch, laughing heartily, just like when they met Hermione and Luna. When it came to the wizard, they simply let him in.
James can swear he saw Malfoy give his family a disdainful look!
"James!" Ginny's voice came from downstairs. "Come down for some snacks—Sirius, have you seen James?"
"Mom, I'm here!" James ran up to the second floor like a shot, then slowly walked down—she only felt heard when he was in her sight.
He walked over to Sirius and complained softly, "Every time Mom calls me, I wish I could grow wings and fly down!"
Ginny, hands on her hips, said, "If you hadn't been so slow, why would I have needed to call you so many times!"
"Ginny," the black-haired witch said slowly, "children and adults take different strides, so he goes downstairs much slower than you."
"I see?" Ginny looked enlightened and quickly accepted it. "Okay, Mom was wrong. Go wash your hands!"
James had never seen his mother so easy to talk to; even his father couldn't persuade her so easily!
"That's really something," James thought.
Mom and Dad prepared cake and black tea, along with some cookies. As usual, they first inquired about Dumbledore's health. James thought Dumbledore was in excellent health, but Mom and Dad didn't quite agree.
"It's stable," Prince said calmly. "There won't be any problems in the short term, but aging is an inevitable and irreversible process."
"Oh dear!" Dumbledore said with a grin, "Why worry about the future today? Prarese, say something nice!"
Prince glanced at Dumbledore: "It sounds nice."
Malfoy abruptly lowered his head, his shoulders trembling.
Mom and Dad were also suppressing their laughter, causing the table to tremble with their movements.
A good opportunity! James stealthily reached out to tug at the corner of the tablecloth near Malfoy's side.
"Let go," Prince suddenly spoke up. "James Potter, isn't he?"
The adults around the table were stunned.
"While we're all laughing, gently tug at the tablecloth to knock the teacups over."
James: You weren't laughing!
"But that's not your real purpose. When you went downstairs, you had a magical item in your pocket that looked like a quill pen. If I'm not mistaken, it's the Weasley Trick Room's tickling quill pen, and it's in your sleeve now."
"The closest seats to you were occupied by Dumbledore and Draco. And you sat down after Draco had already done so."
"You plan to spill black tea on Draco, pretend to find a handkerchief to wipe it off, and then tease Draco with a tickling quill hidden in your sleeve."
"But what you don't know is that Draco is an alchemist. His work is very risky, so his wizard robes are custom-made to protect him from unexpected dangers. Your tickling quill will bounce back like most spells that hit the Ironclad Charm."
Prince raised his teacup and gestured to James: "Very creative, and you know how to seize opportunities. But you must remember not to act rashly when you don't understand your opponent, or you'll only hurt yourself."
"James!"
Ginny and Harry finally realized what had happened, confiscated their eldest son's prank quill, and sent him upstairs to reflect on his actions.
James turned around at the corner on the first floor and saw Malfoy leaning his head toward his wife, seemingly saying something, while Prince gave him his first smile since entering the room and gently patted him on the shoulder.
I completely understand now. That despicable Malfoy and his perverted wife probably have compound eyes like Billy Wiggins hiding in their black eyes, capable of seeing 270 degrees!
His parents were very angry about his prank, but his twin uncles praised him for his talent, saying that he was very young and had a bright future in pranks!
When James saw Prasers Prince on his Hogwarts acceptance letter, his excitement about going to school suddenly diminished by seven or eight tenths, but the thought of outsmarting this wicked witch in the future rekindled his fighting spirit.
Vice Principal Prince led the students into the hall and sorted them into their respective houses. James was overjoyed to be sorted into Gryffindor, the same house as his parents and uncles.
The only one disappointed was Teddy Lupin, who had been hoping James would come to Hufflepuff to be with him.
“At least they’re not Slytherin,” James said with a grin. “That’s something to celebrate!”
“Slytherin isn’t so bad.” Teddy actually spoke up for Slytherin. “Vice Principal Prince is a very nice person, and so is Altani.”
Teddy would certainly speak up for Vice Principal Prince, because that's how she treated werewolves too.
“There’s no curfew yet!” James asked sincerely. “Are you dreaming?”
Teddy said sincerely, "No, Altani is actually quite good."
Before enrolling, he had heard many rumors about Slytherin, but the Slytherin school under Prince's rule was not like that. There were quite a few half-blood and Muggle wizards, and they could barely get along with pure-blood wizards.
All of this is because of Vice Principal Prince.
Last semester, Teddy witnessed the malice of pure-bloods for the first time when a group of Slytherins surrounded a student and warned him, until Teddy stood up for that student—a Squib and Muggle child.
"And yet you still speak well of Slytherin!" James said indignantly.
“That bullied student was also a Slytherin,” Teddy added.
He quickly helped the Slytherin up, intending to report it to Professor Longbottom, but the Slytherin stopped Teddy, saying, "Thank you, Lupin. But this is a matter for us Slytherins."
This Slytherin is called Gareth.
Gareth was bullied because he tried to befriend Altani—at least that's what Teddy thought.
Altani was known for his wide range of interests; he wanted to try everything, was curious about everything, and was so relaxed, it was like he was visiting Hogwarts, not at all like a Slytherin. But unlike others who were jacks-of-all-trades and jacks-of-all-trades, he was a jack-of-all-trades and master of all.
Gareth became interested in the Training Gem invented by Professor Malfoy, thinking it could be used to create illusions and make Halloween even more Halloween-like. He then approached Professor Malfoy's son, Altani, and shared his idea.
“Altanni is very interested in Gareth’s idea,” Teddy said, seemingly equally interested. “So he did some research and even found a training gem to modify according to Gareth’s vision. Our Halloween might be going to be interesting!”
Oh no, we've gone off-topic.
Gareth is the son of a Squib and a Muggle. His friendship with Altani, based on shared interests, has clearly displeased some people, who have warned this Mudblood Gareth—since Squibs are no different from Muggles in their eyes—to be more sensible.
James immediately understood: "They don't dare warn Malfoy, so they bully Gareth!"
“Yes.” Teddy also looked down on such people. “Gares said he didn’t need our help, but Viktoria and I are very worried.”
But over the weekend, Teddy discovered that the Slytherins had been put in solitary confinement by the Ravenclaw headmaster, apparently caught red-handed for violating school rules.
On the same day, Teddy saw Altani and Gareth talking animatedly about something.
Gareth spotted Teddy passing by and quickly greeted him. He also said something to Altani, who looked enlightened and turned to smile at Teddy.
"Did Malfoy do it?" James asked uncertainly.
All he could say was that Slytherin was Slytherin, unmatched in their ability to summon the undead.
Teddy thought that was it: "There's no one else. The one locked up is the wizard who bullied Gareth that day, no more, no less."
Regardless of what Gareth said to Altani, Altani did not show favoritism towards either purebloods or mixed-bloods based on their identities. He didn't even seek his mother's help, but handled the matter himself, and the punishment given to the other party was handled very appropriately.
Afterwards, Gareth and Altani's relationship remained unchanged—Gareth did not become Altani's follower, and the two continued to work on modifying Mr. Malfoy's work.
“That doesn’t mean Malfoy is some particularly good person,” James retorted stubbornly. “Garres got into this mess because of him, shouldn’t he be held responsible?”
“This shows that Slytherin isn’t what the rumors say,” Teddy said, acting like the older brother. “As Vice Principal Prince said in her previous speech, prejudice prevents us from truly knowing someone. She hopes we can take off our glasses of prejudice and try to understand each other with our hearts.”
James pursed his lips, not entirely convinced.
But honestly, the fact that Mom and Dad became friends with Principal Prince means she's not a bad person...
He was wrong, Prince was a bad guy!
“The Invisibility Cloak.” Professor Prince snatched the treasure James had taken from his father and said with her all-knowing eyes, “Ten points deducted from Gryffindor for Mr. Potter’s Night Out. To get it back, you need to avoid losing points in my Potions class until the end of the semester, and get an ‘E’ in Potions class at the end of the semester.”
“That’s entirely up to you!” James argued, his eyes wide. “You can deduct points from me whenever you want, and give me whatever score you want!”
