HP North Star's Radiance

Before this, Prarese understood familial love but not romantic love, and Miles' love made up for this.
Prarese felt no guilt; she had invested genuine feelings in the relationship. She truly approached Miles with the intention of trying dating, and Miles did reap rewards.
A basic form of brain shut-in involves not thinking about anything; a more advanced form involves suppressing one's emotions. But a truly flawless form of brain shut-in uses genuine emotions as a curtain to conceal deeper, more hidden feelings.
For example, if Moody encounters a beginner in Occlumency, he can easily recognize that the other person is using Occlumency because there is a lock clearly hanging on the other person's door.
When Moody encountered Praris from a while ago, all he saw were simple memories devoid of emotion or thought. Because Legilimency is brief, he might not have been able to discern anything, but he certainly didn't sense Praris's wariness towards him at the time.
But if Moody were to meet Praris now, he would see memories imbued with genuine emotion, her simulated love, hate, and memories rich in feeling—she could have anything she wanted, and she could match the required emotions to the vast majority of love by tailoring her own memories.
She spent so much of her time and almost let down a sincere heart. Does anyone really think she would let Moody off the hook?
If he really is a mentally unstable Auror, then Prareas will find a way to kick him out of Hogwarts.
If he does indeed have problems as Prarese suspects, then Prarese needs to figure out his purpose and see what he intends to do to the professor.
Prareas looked down and carefully examined the documents Hermione had brought, asking Hermione questions and asking her for more information.
"Bagman intended to tell Harry the way to victory?" Praris narrowed his eyes. "I've heard Bagman is a gambler?"
Hermione said in surprise, "It seems so. Fred and George even made a bet with him at the World Cup."
Prarese said to Hermione, "Bagman is cleared of suspicion."
“What do you mean?” Hermione frowned. “Because he loves to gamble?”
Praris sneered: "First, we need to figure out what Bagman did. In the hearts of true gamblers, there are no morals, no family ties, and no faith. Coincidentally, a senior student told me that Ludo Bagman lost a lot of money in the World Cup—and still hasn't paid her back."
“What does this mean?” Hermione asked.
"This isn't the first time Bagman has gambled, and it won't be the last," Prarese said. "Guess what made him want Porter to win so much that he revealed the answer?"
"He bet Harry?!" Hermione exclaimed in surprise.
Praris whistled: "Yes, he must have bet on Potter."
Hermione looked puzzled: "Isn't it possible that he put Harry's name in the Goblet of Fire to win money, and then bet on Harry?"
“A very interesting guess.” Praris shook his head. “First, as I said before, he doesn’t have the ability; he’s an official who came from a Quidditch background. Second, when he heard that Harry had been chosen, he was no less surprised than we were.”
"Third, if it's just to ensure he wins the bet, then betting on other contestants is no different; he can still leak the questions. There's no need to tamper with the selection of contestants and risk his official position."
Leaking exam questions is a very feasible task, but adding a member will definitely be reported to the International Wizarding Federation.
It's clear which is bigger and which is smaller.
Hermione suddenly realized: "Yes, he could bet on other players, Beauxbatons, Durmstrang, they would be happy to get the answer. He didn't need to add another one!"
Prareas added, "It's not a good look if someone from another country wins, and he might choose Cedric. But Cedric isn't familiar with him and is very honest, so he might not agree to his request. Porter is different; you guys already know him, don't you? And he's younger and much easier to fool. That's probably why he ultimately chose Porter."
“But Harry didn’t agree to his request,” Hermione said.
“Yes, unfortunately,” Praris said. “Actually, his choice of Durmstrang was quite good; Karkaroff would certainly have been happy with the collaboration.”
“As for Crouch…” Prarees shook his head, “not enough. His suspicion can be put aside for now. Crouch was far more interested in the Ministry of Magic’s work than in Harry. If the person who orchestrated the conspiracy wants to keep it under control, then he cannot remain detached from the conspiracy itself for long.”
"So you still doubt Moody?" Hermione asked hesitantly. "You've always been so trustworthy, and of course we trust you too, but I..."
Praris calmly said, "When all the impossibilities are ruled out, what remains, however incredible, can only be accepted as the truth. *If you really can't believe it's the truth, you should at least be wary of it."
No one would deny that it was an equal exchange. She obtained Moody's intelligence, and Hermione and her companions also received her warning.
It's hard to reason with someone who deserves to die. What does it matter to her if the Gryffindors are going to their deaths... But she should still try to persuade them. At least if they live, it's a way out for Praris.
Prarese's further acquaintance with Hermione stemmed both from his admiration for her and from a double-edged sword.
If the Mystic were to truly be resurrected, she would be a Slytherin; if the Mystic were to be defeated by Potter again, the politically astute Granger would be her second option.
Prarese continued reading and immediately decided to retract her opinion of Porter from yesterday. Porter's plan for the first game came from Moody, who reminded him to use the flying broomstick.
Truly excellent lies are always a mix of truth and falsehood. Before this, Moody even explained his method of sending notes, but still no one suspected him.
Keep in mind that this was the only way Praris could think of to bypass the age limit, even with Winnie's Compressed File cheat code.
Prarese continued reading, and Porter mentioned that he had gone to Moody's office. Granger then meticulously pieced together everything Porter could remember—no wonder she only admired Granger, right? Who else possesses such drive and insight?
One of the most noteworthy features is the strangely noisy viewing mirror.
Moody explained that there was too much interference at the school.
Praris sneered. Moody's disguise was riddled with holes, but the problem was, he was also a skilled tailor.
“That’s it, do you understand?” Praris said while rinsing the reagent bottles. “There’s no doubt he’s covering up something wrong with himself!”
“Is that so? In my opinion, there are far too many questions.” Snape’s speech even had a slight inflection. “Let’s see. Perhaps he’s just paranoid? Perhaps he’s afraid Potter will be killed by the dragon’s breath? Perhaps his scouting mirror is broken? Perhaps his extensive Auror experience has given him the answer?”
"You don't really think so, do you?" Praris asked incredulously.
Snape said coldly, "Miss, my belief alone is of no use."
Praris was somewhat indignant: "Ha, Dumbledore? Why didn't he—"
“Be careful what you say, Miss,” Snape interrupted her. “He is not stingy with his suspicions, nor with his trust.”
Praristin smacked the potion bottles with a clanging sound, venting his frustration.
Snape didn't stop Prader's outburst. He knew perfectly well that even if Prader was angry, she wouldn't actually break anything in the office.
Amid Prares's deliberate and noisy work, Snape suddenly spoke.
“Listen, Miss,” Snape said sternly. “He just wants to get us—my fault. He’s an experienced Auror, and he thinks you’re my accomplice. What you should be doing is not chasing after him, but making sure he doesn’t chase after you.”
Snape said sternly, “In other words—you should stay further away from me than you have for the past two semesters.”
Praris had too many classes last semester, so this semester she has to practice Winnie's spells.
Compared to her first and second years, she was indeed less likely to frequent the potions office as much in her third and fourth years.
Praris nearly dropped the potion bottle in his hand: "What did you say?"
"Stay away from me," Snape repeated.
"You know I wouldn't do that!" Praris said, somewhat flustered. "You can't do this, I've always listened to you!"
Snape said coldly, "That's good. Hopefully you can do it now."
"Looks like you're planning to abandon me too?" Prareth put down what she was holding and strode up to Snape. "Like my mother, you're going to throw me away? You know you're all I have left!"
Snape avoided her eyes and said calmly, “Miss, I assume your sanity hasn’t been stolen? You know I have no intention of abandoning you; this is only temporary.”
Snape said with some difficulty, "Sprout cares about you too, as do Brown and Purnell."
“It’s not the same, you know it’s not the same.” Praris squatted down next to his chair, clinging to his armchair and pleading, “Professor, Christmas is coming soon, don’t do this to me.”
Snape looked at her silently.
After a long silence, he said, "Do you want to go back to Diagon Alley for Christmas?"
Praris slowly shook his head, looking at him incredulously.
She stood up and took two steps back.
After a long pause, her dark eyes stared intently at her professor, her family: "Professor, this isn't the real reason, is it? Your arm—"
"Watch your words!" Snape's voice was sharp.
Prarese had no intention of listening to Snape.
She'd had enough! Enough with these heartless Princes!
Chapter 88 An Invitation from a Rose
"Professor, what is your choice?" Praris's smile was strained. "Tell me, what is our choice?"
“If your choice is the same as before—” Praris’s expression suddenly changed, “Winnie knows many spells, and I’ve learned some uncommon ones. We can devise a plan to keep that Auror quiet for a few months—”
"Silent and without a trace!"
Snape could no longer listen to the child say even one more word.
He didn't expect Praris to say such a thing.
He cursed her kindness, and he cursed her Gryffindor-like courage, just like her mother.
But in essence, he doesn't actually hate these things.
Otherwise, he wouldn't have developed feelings for someone with the same qualities.
“You’re being very irrational!” Snape warned her sharply. “Plares, you don’t understand what you’re saying. You know, if anyone else said these stupid things to me—”
Praris stiffened his neck and glared, looking like he would rather die than admit his mistake.
Like any child who argues with their parents, she didn't seem to think she was at fault at all.
You can only be a thief for a thousand days, how can you guard against thieves for a thousand days!
If Professor Snape really intends to side with Mystic like he did more than a decade ago, then tricking Moody would be a meritorious deed, wouldn't it?
However, Professor X's attitude and Dumbledore's trust had already given Praris the answer: his choice was not Mystic.
—This is a more difficult road to travel.
Snape, pale-faced, waved his hand to lift her silencing.
“Then you might as well lock me up in solitary confinement!” Praris said sarcastically.
Snape said coldly, "You're deliberately trying to provoke me."
Confinement at Hogwarts is a form of after-school service.
For Praris, this hardly counts as punishment.
“Otherwise, why would you tell me the answer?” Praris’s expression returned to calm. “You’d rather carry everything on your own, wouldn’t you?”
She knew all along that Professor Snape had sided with Dumbledore.
But she didn't expect that even if Voldemort might be resurrected, he would remain so steadfast.
“This has nothing to do with you,” Snape said with a cold expression.
Praris sneered, "Too late, sir. After you wrote that first letter, everything became my concern."
Snape finally realized that his child had grown up.
If a person stands in the dark for too long, they will lose their way and forget what they look like.
