Tokusatsu: How come this knight drama is different?!

While Hidetoshi Ukiyo was protecting the people with Nene Kurama and Kagekazu Sakurai, Yutsu found Mitzme and Izumi. Without further ado, he told them that the key to breaking the deadlock lay with Hidetoshi Ukiyo…

Afterwards, during the battle, the appearance of the Demonic Disciple Divine Tree transformed the Demonic Disciple soldiers into Demonic Disciple generals.

Hidetoshi Ukiyo and Kagekazu Sakurai gradually couldn't hold on any longer.

Kurama Nene desperately wanted to help the two, but despite her best efforts, she could only defeat one of the demon generals.

Her strength is too weak.

Kurama Nene cried out in resentment.

Just then, Juen appeared and handed his Laser Riser to Kurama Nene. Encouraged, Kurama Nene transformed into her Phantasmagoria Nene Laser Riser form.

Afterwards, Kurama Neon and the giant lion king that Jun transformed into fought together and defeated a large number of demon generals.

At the end of this episode, Hidetoshi Ukiyo looked at his fellow countrymen and smiled from the bottom of his heart.

He has companions...

They were not afraid to fight the powerful demonic tree.

End of episode 42.

……

A week later, episode 43 premiered, but the situation did not improve; the Demonic Tree continued to produce Demonic Generals in an endless stream.

Despite their best efforts, Hidetoshi Ukiyo and his companions were unable to completely eliminate the threat.

Even though Kurama Nene has the ability to create illusions, she still materializes when she launches an attack.

The face of the tyrant bull within the divine tree has been covered by the vines of the demonic tree, and he is about to completely fall into the demonic path.

At that moment, Tsumuri and Mitzme arrived at the battlefield.

The little fox, Ukiyo Hidetoshi, immediately became furious.

Even if it meant fighting to the death, he couldn't bear to see his mother, whom he had finally found, hurt again.

Mitzme and Tsimli exchanged a glance and then nodded to each other.

Then, Mitzme and Tsumuri clasped hands tightly, and a surge of divine power emanated from them, instantly turning their hair as white as snow.

Ukiyo Hidetoshi's eyes widened, and the next moment, he felt his body suddenly enveloped by a powerful energy. The buckle at his waist emitted a light, and as the light dissipated, the white Fox Mark 9 buckle appeared in Ukiyo Hidetoshi's hand.

Hidetoshi Ukiyo successfully evolved into his final form.

This is the Extreme Fox Mark 9 form—because Ukiyo Hidetoshi is not yet the Creator God, this form does not have the Creator God suffix.

The divine tree seemed to sense the threat and immediately launched an attack on the Extreme Fox.

However, Ukiyo Hidetoshi's operations and stats were all maxed out. With one stomp, nine energy beams directly surrounded the Demon Disciple Divine Tree, and then suddenly closed in.

This battle is all about flashy graphics and high stats; there's absolutely no skill involved.

After all, the Demonic Tree doesn't have legs, so it can't run away.

In the end, the Demonic Tree was destroyed by Hidetoshi Ukiyo, and Michinaga Azuma escaped from it. However, in the air, a red fruit surged, beating like a heart...

Yu Che looked at Fukiyo Hidetoshi and asked, "Can it be destroyed?"

Hidetoshi Ukiyo attempted to launch an attack, but the attack failed to penetrate the red fruit's defense.

Ukiyo Hidetoshi frowned and pondered for a long time before stepping forward: "My current power should be able to suppress the power of the evil disciple. Let me seal it."

Just then, Yu Che grabbed Ukiyo Hidetoshi's shoulder.

Hidetoshi Ukiyo looked at Yu Che with a puzzled expression.

Then he saw You Che look at him with clear eyes and say seriously, "Let me do it."

Ukiyo Hidetoshi was somewhat surprised.

Kurama Nene and Sakurai Keikazu, who were standing to the side, also stared wide-eyed.

"Yu Che?! You!" Tsumuri stepped forward, looking anxiously at Yu Che.

Izumi, who had given all her divine power to Hidetoshi Ukiyo, was now powerless and just an ordinary girl.

Yu Che turned and looked around, then took a deep breath and said with utmost seriousness, "If Ukiyo Hidetoshi is bewitched by the God of Evil Disciples, then everything will be over, so..."

You Che fell silent as he spoke.

He then smiled at Hidetoshi Ukiyo: "If I really lose control..."

We'll do what you want then.

As he spoke, Yu Che walked up to the fruit and reached out to touch the red, heart-shaped fruit...

The fruit seemed to know that this was its only chance, and instead of resisting, it even took the initiative to come forward.

After all, given the choice between a fully evolved Extreme Fox and Yu Che, who only recently acquired an enhanced form for free, it naturally knows which to choose.

Yu Che took a deep breath, looking at the red fruit in his hand that was throbbing like a heart...

Then, I took a bite...

End of episode 43...

Chapter 55, Episode 44, premieres.

Ah... I'm going to die... I'm really going to die without Jihu watching...

What the heck is this plot?! Seriously?! Why make all this mess if you just let Ba Niu die already?!

[This is just to pad the runtime, right?! It must be to pad the runtime, right?!]

[Holy shit! Toei, you bunch of bastards, come out here!]

[Why?! Why should such a well-developed character be replaced when someone who's been acting crazy since episode 10-12?!]

[Upstairs, what are you changing?! Yu Che isn't dead!]

[Given Toei's track record, there are still several episodes left to air. If everything goes smoothly, how do you think they'll write these remaining episodes?]

[Holy crap, I thought it was Reiwa Exyder, you bastard, don't tell me it's Reiwa Ryuki!]

[Has no one talked about Ace's final form? How about saying it's kind of cool?]

[He's definitely handsome, and judging from the data card, the little fox's final form seems to have the ability to create worlds.]

[Ugh! Let me watch just one more episode! Can't I even watch one more?!]

The impact on viewers at the end of episode 43 was enormous.

After all, looking at the Kamen Rider series in recent years, there have been countless happy endings. Even if the last episode seems to be about life and death (like Zi-O), it still ends up being a happy ending.

Near the end, there's a high chance someone will just log off... This has never happened in recent years with Knights.

However, judging from the current situation, this trend seems very likely for JiFox this year...

The audience did not find it difficult to accept the ending where someone died.

Putting everything else aside, if Ba Niu wins in the end, the audience won't feel anything is wrong; they'll probably even set off firecrackers to celebrate.

However, starting from episode 10-12, the character You Che was formally established. He is intelligent, capable of formulating strategies, has the drive to take action, and can carry out his strategies. This has brought a very positive impact to the story of Extreme Fox.

It can be said that the character You Che connects the entire plot from the moment he appears.

Although this additional rider only transforms after more than ten episodes, and still uses the Fox Magnum suit, it gives the impression that Toei didn't want to waste the suits, so they used the additional rider's suit along with the protagonist Hidetoshi Ukiyo's suit. However, it turns out that as long as the plot is good, using the protagonist's suit is not a bad thing.

Don't you see how many people have handled the Faiz leather case? Does anyone have a problem with that?

Conversely, what's the point of creating a new costume for each character if you can't tell a good story?

Ultimately, for films and television shows like this, telling a good story is more important than anything else.

A week later, a new episode of Extreme Fox was released.

Many viewers said they wouldn't watch even if Jihu updated, they would wait until all of Jihu was updated before watching it all at once.

But as it turns out...

When a knight has both a good-looking suit and a good story, this "best match" is what makes it irresistible for viewers to click in.

……

Episode 44 starts right off with the opening theme.

The opening theme of "Gekijou" (or "Gekijou: The Witcher"), or rather, the opening themes of many Toei's knight dramas, are actually very good.

For example, Exyde's opening theme is not only catchy but also full of references:

—In the Knights community, when someone spams "(I gotta believe)," someone else spams "(Hey~ heckling.jpg)"—

For example, Gabe's opening theme song, which hasn't been released yet, is also very catchy, not to mention Build and Zio.

When the opening theme played, the screen was instantly filled with viewers' comments.

One of the bottles that happened to be watching was suddenly surprised.

Wow, that fast?!

The live stream has only been going on for less than three minutes and the chat volume is already this high...

It's no wonder it's the hottest weekly tokusatsu drama right now.

[It's here! We've finally waited for it!]

[Holy crap, this is outrageous! This idiot skipped the opening sequence for me! The episode is only 21 minutes long and he skipped a minute and a half? Do I even need him to skip it?]

[Waaaaah, I promised myself I'd wait until the update was finished before watching, but I just couldn't resist when I saw the update notification! I just couldn't resist!!!]

……

The opening sequence ends, and the camera focuses on Hidetoshi Ukiyo's villa...

[Wait, did the entire production crew only rent two villas?! Besides this place, it's also Neon-chan's house, right?]

【You know what, it's actually possible. We can't waste this opportunity, lol.】

Hidetoshi Ukiyo and Keikazu Sakurai helped Michinaga Azuma back to the villa.

As soon as she entered, Izumiri saw this scene and quickly came over to help Azuma Michonji.

"Ace, that's great, you've saved the Taoist priest."
