One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

The lark's clear, melodious voice, like that of a nightingale, drifted down from the top of the mast watchtower.

"Everyone else, take your positions! Unfurl the sails! So Colonel Rorschach can use his Devil Fruit powers to assist the warship in its passage at any time!"

Luo also loudly issued the order.

His rank was Major, making him the second-highest-ranking officer on the warship after Rorschach.

"Yes!"

The soldiers worked with great enthusiasm, carrying out orders methodically under the instructions of Luo and Yun Que, maintaining the ship's steady position as it advanced toward the gradually opening Gate of Justice.

With a violent jolt, the ship shook violently. Standing atop the watchtower, Hibari shouted, "Now! Use your abilities, Brother Rorschach! Speed up and charge!"

"learn!"

The young man was full of vigor, his snow-white cloak fluttering behind him, and a category 12 hurricane suddenly rose on the turbulent sea.

Luo Xia floated in the air, his hands outstretched, manipulating the invisible yet tangible air currents that pounded against the full sails, causing the warship beneath him to shoot like an arrow, skimming the deep sea, riding the wind and waves, and breaking through that narrow, insurmountable gap.

"boom!"

The warship crashed through the towering waves, landing heavily on the gently sloping ocean current.

"Alright! Sailing another five kilometers will bring us to Impel Down!"

The lark's call came from the top of the mast.

"What a close call! Hahaha!"

Rorschach laughed heartily, released the rudder, and couldn't wait to go inside Impel Down.

Last time he came, he only went down to the third floor where the Dekalb brothers were imprisoned.

They did not enter the legendary infinite hell.

This time, he finally got Sengoku's permission to go to Infinite Hell to see those legendary great pirates.

Propelled by his ability to manipulate air currents, the warship covered a mere five kilometers in just over ten minutes, arriving at the port on the first level of Impel Down's sea.

From afar, Luo Xia spotted several distinctive figures standing at the port.

"Colonel Rorschach, I am Hannibal Lecter, the newly appointed warden of Impel Down. Nice to meet you!"

Before the warship had even come to a complete stop, a man wielding a trident, dressed in the attire of an Egyptian pharaoh, and sporting an obese belly, had already spoken first.

Chapter 165 Magellan, King of Prisons

"Haha, Deputy Commissioner Hannibal, Commissioner Magellan is watching you from behind."

Upon hearing Hannibal's voice, Rorschach poked his head out of the warship and grinned.

"what?"

Hannibal was so frightened that his face turned pale and his body froze on the spot.

"He's lying to you. Chief Magellan is still on the toilet right now."

Beside him, Domino, the deputy warden of Impel Down, dressed smartly in a short military uniform with rose-colored stockings, spoke calmly.

"Damn it! Colonel Rorschach, how dare you lie to me! You almost scared me to death."

Hannibal shuddered and looked at Rorschach, who was jumping off the warship, with a resentful expression.

Luo and Yun Que also jumped down.

Bepo and the others also wanted to get off the ship, but Domino stopped them by raising his hand.

"Please abide by the rules of Impel Down. Colonel Rorschach's application only allows no more than three people to enter the Deepsea Impel Down."

"Bepo, you guys stay on the ship and wait!"

Luo nodded and immediately shouted aloud.

"Okay~," came Bepo's reluctant reply from the warship.

"Chief Hannibal, it's been months, and your belly is almost as big as Chief Magellan's. I wonder if your strength has increased since then? How about a spar?"

Rorschach stepped forward and patted Hannibal's large belly, causing the man's face to darken.

Hannibal, who was initially annoyed by Rorschach's actions, immediately broke out in a sweat when he heard Rorschach say he wanted to spar.

"Haha, hehe, my strength is certainly improving by leaps and bounds every day. But let's forget about sparring. Colonel Rorschach, your mission is more important. Come with me, I'll show you around Impel Down first."

Hannibal chuckled, then quickly turned and left without hesitation.

Last time Rorschach came with Zephyr, this guy showed off his power to his face, using Magellan's name to intimidate Drake, who came along, and he was completely stunned.

Rorschach, however, was also somewhat interested in Hannibal, a man who seemed unreliable but actually had some backbone, so he stepped forward and fought him.

As a result, when he pulled out the ten-ton Dragon Halberd and placed it on Hannibal's trident, Hannibal immediately knelt down.

The electric current on the Heavenly Dragon Halberd caused this simpleton to lose control of his bladder on the spot, thus stealing Magellan's personal toilet.

Proceeding along the only wooden port, less than a hundred meters ahead at the end of the road lies the first level of Impel Down's sea.

Exposed on the calm sea surface is a massive, dark fortress, like a ferocious beast coiled on the sea, its bottomless maw about to swallow everything in sight.

It's incredibly oppressive!

Dozens of large warships were fan-shaped out on the surrounding sea, completely surrounding the entire Impel Down.

This is the deep-sea prison, known as an impregnable fortress.

"Hannibal, why are you running so fast? Do you think I'm more terrifying than the monsters in Infinite Hell? Wait, I have something to ask you."

Rorschach caught up with Hannibal in a few strides and grabbed his arm with a grin.

"Ask Domino if you have any questions. As the deputy warden of Impel Down, I'm very busy with official duties, Colonel Rorschach."

Hannibal looked clearly displeased.

"Oh? Is that so? That's a real shame. I was originally planning to recommend you to Marshal Sengoku so you could become the warden of Impel Down..."

Rorschach sighed.

"Colonel Rorschach! Ask me anything! I'll tell you everything I know."

Hannibal's expression instantly changed, revealing an extremely fawning smile.

He removed his Pharaoh's hood, gently fanned Rorschach, and smiled broadly.

"Have any important figures been imprisoned in Impel Down recently?"

"Big shots? There are no big shots, just petty thieves. The most powerful ones are just those pirates you sent over a few months ago."

"Did anything unusual happen when you were in the city?"

"What special event? Does Magellan's daily squatting in the toilet count?"

"Uh, never mind."

After some haggling, the group quickly entered the heavily guarded deep-sea prison.

Don't be fooled by the small size of Impel Down that is exposed above the sea.

The true main body of this deep-sea prison is a giant tower-like structure hidden underwater.

The prison is divided into one level above the sea and six levels underwater.

The six levels beneath the sea, from bottom to top, are: Crimson Lotus, Ferocious Beast, Hunger, Scorching Heat, Extreme Cold, and the lowest level, LV6 Infinite Hell.

The deeper into the prison, the more dangerous the prisoners become.

By the time you reach the third level of the Hunger Hell, it's where criminals with bounties exceeding fifty million Berries are imprisoned.

The deepest level, the Infinite Hell, is where the most notorious criminals and pirates in history are imprisoned.

Soon, Rorschach and his two companions followed Hannibal into the elevator shaft leading to the underground floors.

Upon reaching the third level of the Hungry Hell, Domino separated from him, taking Ro and Lark with him, to go find their mission objective: the giant Palmer.

Rorschach, wanting to enter the Infinite Hell, needs to continue downwards.

"Click-click-click!"

With a heavy, amplified sound from the elevator shaft, the massive iron gate made of sea stone in front of Luo Xia was slowly hoisted upwards.

As soon as the large iron gate was raised, a wave of intense heat rushed in from all directions, making it feel like being in a sauna on this floor.

A deep, resonant voice then reached Luo Xia's ears.

"Welcome to the scorching hell, Colonel Rorschach."

He looked in the direction of the sound and a smile immediately appeared on his face.

In the passageway outside the elevator shaft stood a burly man nearly five meters tall.

He was dressed in a black prison warden uniform, with two horns on his head and two wings on his back.

Just standing there gives off an extremely dangerous feeling.

"Long time no see, Director Magellan."

The man before me is Magellan, the warden of this impregnable prison, the King of Hell!

Magellan nodded to Rorschach, then glanced at Hannibal standing to the side and frowned.

"Hannibal, why didn't you prepare a gas mask for Colonel Rorschach? What if one of Professor Zephyr's students gets hurt because he inhaled my exhaled gas...?"

"Then the director can step down from his position, and I can become the new director."

Hannibal blurted it out instinctively.

"What did you say? You're making me so angry, hiccup~."

Magellan gritted his teeth in anger and couldn't help but burp.

Immediately, Rorschach saw a wisp of purple poisonous mist emerge from Magellan's mouth and drift towards him and Hannibal.

"Help! Magellan has openly plotted to murder the next warden of Impel Down!"

Hannibal grabbed his own throat, and foam began to come out of his mouth.

"Hmph! Serves you right for neglecting your duties."

Magellan snorted and looked at Rorschach with some surprise.
