One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

My surprise turned into envy.

Then, envy turned into shyness.

"Don't look at me like that, Auntie. I've already told you I'm still a minor."

Luo Xia sighed, manipulated the airflow within a hundred-meter radius, propelling the large ship beneath him forward and accelerating towards the direction he had sensed earlier.

Sera pouted, glaring at him angrily: "Who are you calling 'auntie'? I'm only 17 years old, okay? I'm just..."

She glanced down at her overly exaggerated pectoral muscles, her cheeks flushed slightly, and her voice lowered, "It's just that I've developed a little too much."

Why are you blushing?

I've already told you you're not my type.

Your heavy metal style outfit does resemble a certain tall, muscular man from Totland.

It's just that the other person is more than three times your height, and you two aren't fish-men, so your sizes might not match.

Rorschach suppressed the urge to complain and continued to push the ship faster under the awe-inspiring gazes of the bounty hunters.

"Hey! What are you doing over there? That's not the way to Queen Spring City," Sera asked, puzzled.

"Of course I know. But your big companion seems to be being eaten by some passing sea king. Are you sure you don't want to go and save him?"

"What did you say?"

Chapter 250 'A Thousand Transformations' Gulliver

On the vast and boundless sea.

A large ship, missing its mast and sails and riddled with holes, was speeding across the sea, looking incredibly eerie.

If this were seen at night, it would definitely become another legend of a ghost ship.

"What? You mean that Moria might be a fake?"

Rorschach looked at Sera standing beside him with a surprised expression.

"Ah."

Sera nodded, but instead of immediately answering Rorschach's question, she asked, "Do you know the name of Vice President Gulliver on the high seas?"

Rorschach shook his head.

He knew about Gulliver's Travels, but he really didn't know about Vice President Gulliver.

Let alone the vice president.

Before the incident involving Gene Ango, William Hanks, and Morishita Ichiro, he had never even heard of the so-called King of Hunters in the Bounty Hunter Guild.

The world is so big that there are more than 170 member states of the World Government alone.

There are at least dozens of non-member states, otherwise the Revolutionary Army wouldn't even be considered a force to be reckoned with, and wouldn't be feared by the World Government.

In addition, there are the four seas in the east, west, south, and north, the Grand Line, the Calm Belt, the Red Line that encircles the world, and countless floating sky islands.

This world is so big, it's not just about those famous big shots on the surface.

There are also many more unassuming but powerful individuals scattered throughout the world.

If Conqueror's Haki is something that only appears once in a million times...

With at least a billion people in the world, that's enough to produce over a thousand Conqueror's Haki users.

Even with a population of 100 million, there can be 100 Conqueror's Haki.

Who knows which hidden corner might harbor a powerful figure comparable to the Four Emperors or a general?

Before Fujitora became famous, he pretended to be blind in the casino every day and was bullied by a group of thugs.

Seeing that Rorschach couldn't answer, a smug look appeared on Sera's face.

"The ever-changing Gulliver, that's the nickname the people of this sea gave him."

"A thousand transformations? You mean, the Moria from before was Gulliver in disguise?"

Upon hearing the words "a thousand changes," the first things that came to Rorschach's mind were Bon Clay and Katrin Deppon.

Both of them have the ability to easily impersonate others.

Among them, Feng Kelei's ability to imitate requires him to touch the face of the person being imitated in order to transform into that person's appearance.

Katarina Devon's Mythical Zoan Nine-Tailed Fox form can transform into the other person's appearance without any need for touch.

Could it be that this Gulliver the Thousand Faces is also a copycat?

“But… wait a minute, if that Moria is Gulliver in disguise, how come he even has the ability to manipulate shadows? Only Moria has that Devil Fruit ability.”

Rorschach still harbored doubts.

Gulliver is called the Thousand Shapeshifter because of his Devil Fruit ability.

Sera slightly raised her snow-white chin, placing her hands behind her back. "He's a Paramecia-type Copy-Copy Fruit user. His ability is to copy himself into other people's appearances. This copying even includes the other person's race, talents, physical skills, swordsmanship, and Devil Fruit abilities..."

"and many more!"

Before Sera could finish speaking, Rorschach interrupted her.

Rorschach's face was filled with shock.

"If the ability to copy a Devil Fruit can replicate an opponent's talent, physical skills, swordsmanship, and Devil Fruit abilities, then wouldn't having this fruit mean possessing all the Devil Fruit abilities in the world? Wouldn't that make Gulliver invincible?"

If what Sera said is true, and the Copy Fruit's ability is so powerful, then Gulliver would be able to transform into anyone in the world at any time.

He can be Akainu today, Kizaru tomorrow, Aokiji the day after, and Kaido the day after that.

You send Aokiji to hunt him down, and he transforms into Akainu to fight you.

With so many Devil Fruit abilities, there's bound to be one that can counter you.

However, if the Copy Fruit were truly that powerful, then Gulliver wouldn't still be a vice president.

With that ability, he could easily become one of the Four Emperors in the New World.

As expected, Rorschach was right.

Then Sera continued, "Gulliver can copy the appearance of any ordinary person, but there are some limitations if he wants to copy someone with abilities."

"What restrictions?"

Rorschach pressed for an answer.

"First, the strength of the ability user copied by him cannot exceed that of Gulliver himself."

Second, for the ability he can copy to be successfully copied, the user of that ability must be defeated by him personally.

Third, there is a limit to the number of ability users Gulliver can copy. I don't know the exact number, but it's certain that it exceeds three. Furthermore, this number is not fixed and will increase as Gulliver's strength improves and his mastery of the Copy-Copy Fruit increases.

Fourth, this is very important…

Sera looked at Rorschach seriously, "Gulliver's ability to copy other people's Devil Fruit powers has a cooldown period after use."

He can't keep switching between copied abilities. For example, he copied Moria's Shadow-Shadow Fruit and Crocodile's Sand-Sand Fruit at the same time.

He can use the Shadow-Shadow Fruit after using the Shadow-Shadow Fruit, but he cannot use the Shadow-Shadow Fruit again.

It requires a relatively long interval before you can use it; I'm not sure exactly how long. Also, the copying capability cannot be used simultaneously.

"There are many restrictions, but... even so, this copy fruit is still quite terrifying."

Rorschach couldn't help but feel a little emotional.

He suddenly thought of another question.

"There are limitations to copying ability users, but no limitations to copying ordinary people. So what if he copies powerful people who don't have Devil Fruit abilities? Like the Navy hero Garp."

"You also need to defeat the opponent yourself to copy them. But this kind of copying of non-ability users can be used in turn without any time interval."

"That's still very powerful. If he works hard and defeats dozens of strong opponents who are on par with him, wouldn't that be equivalent to having the physical skills, swordsmanship, and combat techniques of dozens of strong opponents all in one person?"

Rorschach was somewhat taken aback.

This ability is bugged, isn't it?

This is yet another powerful ability that hasn't appeared in the comics.

Thinking about it this way, the vice president of the Bounty Hunter Guild probably won't be easy to deal with.

Indeed, no one should be underestimated.

He had only been away from Marineford for a few days, yet he had already encountered so many strange and unusual ability users.

"How do you know so much? Didn't Gulliver hide his abilities?"

Rorschach asked casually.

He turned his head and glanced at Andre, who had been sent flying thousands of meters by his punch and was almost chewed up like chewing gum by the sea kings.

At this moment, the giant, who was over six meters tall, lay on the deck, his body tattered and his face pale. His eyes were empty and lifeless, and his face was droopy, as if he had been ruined.

Should!

Rorschach showed no sympathy; in fact, he was somewhat gloating.

Let these bastards be greedier than the last.

Let's see if he still dares to covet the Heavenly Dragon Halberd.

"Because he used to be a pirate, but he was defeated by my grandfather and vowed to turn over a new leaf, turning from a pirate into a pirate hunter."

Sera told Rorschach everything she knew.

"Were you a pirate before?"

"Yes, it's said that more than ten years ago, his bounty was 700 million Berries."

Luo Xia was stunned and turned his gaze back to Andrei.

"How many?"

...

The scorching midday sun casts clusters of shadows from the clouds floating in the sky, covering the vast expanse of the blue sea.

A thin, black line darted across the sea at breakneck speed, like a venomous snake lurking in the shadows.
