One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

The Warring States period continued reading.

"Colonel Benjamin killed over a hundred enemies in the Battle of G1. Despite sustaining dozens of stab wounds, he shielded his comrades from pirate attacks with his own body and tragically sacrificed his life at the age of 32. He is hereby awarded the rank of Brigadier General for life and awarded a Second-Class Merit."

……

"Major Hibari performed outstandingly on the G1 battlefield, creating a massive thundercloud weather event that helped Rear Admiral Rorschach kill over 40,000 pirates in one battle. He also misled Charlotte Linlin into consuming her own son, Charlotte Daifuku, when the Big Mom Pirates attempted to escape."

"You are hereby awarded the rank of Brigadier General of this Command. I hope you will continue your efforts, strive to improve your strength, and become an outstanding naval commander."

Countless marines around them followed Sengoku's gaze and looked toward Hibari.

This was the first time Hibari had been watched by so many people, and she immediately felt incredibly nervous.

"Go on, don't keep Marshal Zhan Guo waiting." Luo Xia whispered behind her.

"Mmm!" Yun Que wiped the tears from her cheeks, pursed her lips, and walked up to the platform.

"I never expected our little Lark to have become so outstanding." Lieutenant General Tsuru walked forward with a smile and draped a brigadier general's cloak of justice over Lark's shoulders, making her even more nervous.

Looking at the huge crowd of people staring at him from below the stage, Hibari was so nervous that his body began to tremble.

Until she saw that outstanding figure in the crowd, who was giving her a gentle and encouraging smile.

Instantly, the lark's tense mood vanished.

She took a deep breath, straightened her head, and saluted Sengoku, Vice Admiral Tsuru, Akainu, Zephyr, and the others.

Looking at the dashing Hibari, a gentle smile appeared on Akainu's rock-hard face.

My daughter has really grown up.

"Lieutenant Colonel Trafalgar Law of this headquarters treated 576 wounded soldiers during the Battle of G1. After the war, he served as the chief physician of the headquarters hospital, treating more than 3,000 soldiers. His medical skills were superb and he was highly respected. He is hereby awarded the rank of Brigadier General of this headquarters, the title of Special Grade Military Physician of this headquarters, and the title of Combat Hero for Saving Lives and Healing the Wounded."

"Lieutenant Bepo of this unit performed exceptionally well in the G1 naval battle, maneuvering warships to sink several pirate ships with their cannons. He has been awarded the rank of Major of this unit."

"Lieutenant Palmer of the Headquarters performed an outstanding service by maneuvering the warship out of the impact range of the tsunami, thus preventing huge personnel losses for the Navy. He is hereby awarded the rank of Major of the Headquarters."

"Private Enel distinguished himself in the Battle of G1, providing Rear Admiral Rorschach with ample logistical support and making an indelible contribution to the final victory of the war. He is hereby awarded the rank of Colonel."

As soon as Zhan Guo said this, the room erupted in an uproar.

The marines, officers, and residents of Marineford Island were witnessing for the first time how a private could leap ten ranks to become a captain in the Navy Headquarters.

This upgrade speed is even more exaggerated than Rorschach's.

This makes everyone curious about what kind of powerful logistical support Enel provided to earn such a promotion.

Seeing countless people looking at him with curiosity and doubt, Enel's forehead was covered in black lines.

What a load of rubbish about logistical support.

He clearly didn't do anything.

It was that bastard Rorschach who drained him dry.

Under the watchful eyes of the crowd, he squinted and walked past the stage in his private's sailor uniform.

And you know what? Even Enel, dressed in a private third-class sailor uniform, was extremely conspicuous in the crowd.

Standing at 2.6 meters tall with a well-proportioned and upright physique, he naturally possessed a transcendent aura, having long held a high position on the Sky Island as its deity and ruled there for many years.

This air of arrogance allowed Enel to remain completely unfazed even when facing high-ranking naval officials like Sengoku.

His most striking feature is his two long earlobes that almost reach his shoulders.

In addition, Enel particularly liked to wear gold jewelry.

For example, gold bracelets, gold earrings, etc.

It made him look a bit flamboyant, like a cynical aristocratic young master who came to the navy to experience life.

Hearing the slightly skeptical murmurs below, Sengoku smiled, patted Enel on the shoulder, and said loudly, "Let me introduce you all. Enel comes from Skypiea and is a Logia-type Devil Fruit user, Rumble-Rumble Fruit."

"A Logia-type Devil Fruit user... Rumble-Rumble Fruit user?!"

As soon as Zhan Guo said this, the crowd erupted in an uproar.

In the common understanding, Logia-type Devil Fruit abilities have always been considered the strongest among the three types of Devil Fruit abilities.

Without any elemental advantage or the awakening of Haki, a Logia-type Devil Fruit user who can transform into an element is invincible.

This understanding is particularly profound within the navy today.

Who can blame them when the three strongest fighters in the current Marine Headquarters—Akainu, Kizaru, and Aokiji—are all top-tier Logia-type Devil Fruit users?

Let alone the three admirals, even Smoker's Smoke-Smoke Fruit is considered a very rare and powerful ability in the Headquarters.

And now, a natural disaster-level ability comparable to the three admirals has appeared.

Enel, the Logia-type Rumble-Rumble Fruit user who can control lightning!

This person definitely has the potential to become a naval admiral.

No wonder he was able to jump ten ranks from a private to a naval colonel.

Let alone a colonel, even if Sengoku directly promoted Enel to major general or even lieutenant general, after everyone knew about Enel's abilities, probably no one would object.

There's nothing we can do about it; after all, he possesses such a powerful Devil Fruit ability.

Just as countless eyes in the arena were fixed intently on Enel, Sengoku raised his voice slightly and said in a deep voice, "Major Admiral Rorschach..."

The moment the name Rorschach was uttered, the plaza, which had been agitated by Enel's abilities, instantly fell silent.

These two words seemed to possess some kind of magic, causing all the marines, officers, and residents of Marineford to hold their breath and crane their necks, searching for that figure in the crowd.

Around Rorschach, a group of naval soldiers looked at him with fervent, excited, and adoring eyes.

Zhan Guochao waved to them.

“Come on, Rorschach, come up to the stage.”

Chapter 415 General Candidate, Code Name: Blue Scale

Rorschach nodded to the marines who were looking around and stepped onto the stage.

“Brother Luo Xia.” Yun Que stared blankly at Luo Xia’s tall and upright back.

Without her noticing, Luo Xia had grown taller than Zhan Guo and was now very close to her father, reaching over 2.9 meters.

"Major General Luo Xia, it's Major General Luo Xia!"

In the silent crowd, Rorschach's appearance was like a stone thrown into a calm lake, creating ripples.

Excited exclamations rose and fell from all directions.

Listening to the surrounding marines recount Rorschach's achievements with such familiarity, Palmer, Bepo, and many other naval warriors under Rorschach's command, standing in the crowd, felt as refreshed and invigorated as if they had eaten ice cream on a hot summer day.

Those fervent shouts seemed to be directed at them.

"Major General, you are invincible!" Palmer roared in a deep, throbbing voice, clenching his massive fist.

"Idiot! Stop calling him Major General! That was before. Now Major General Luo Xia's rank is definitely going to be promoted!" Bepo shouted, his face flushed as if he were drunk.

On the platform, Sengoku, Zephyr, Garp, Vice Admiral Tsuru, and others all looked on as Rorschach slowly walked up the platform.

In everyone's sight, a tall and slender naval youth with delicate and handsome features, long silver hair, and a pair of starry blue eyes strode out from the crowd with the stride of a dragon and the gait of a tiger.

This seemingly incredibly young naval youth exudes a calm and composed aura.

This aura, rather than bringing a heavy sense of oppression, gave the people in the room a profound sense of security.

It was as if the presence of this young man was an impenetrable wall, capable of shielding them from all disasters.

As the sea breeze blew and his silver hair fluttered, the young man ascended the high platform, facing the gaze of hundreds of thousands of eyes on the island.

He remained calm and composed, with a gentle and warm smile on his face.

Seeing Rorschach's performance, Zephyr's face showed a look of satisfaction, his eyes full of pride.

Zefa felt he could die without regrets, having taught such an outstanding disciple in his lifetime.

Garp stepped forward, patted Rorschach on the shoulder, and said with a smile, "Good lad, you've finally woken up. You don't know, during the five days you were unconscious, that old bastard Zephyr was almost frantic with worry, and he nearly went to the Five Elders to ask for the best doctors and medicines."

Rorschach felt a warmth in his heart and looked gratefully at Zephyr, as well as at the people in front of him.

Sengoku, Garp, Zephyr, Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji, and Vice Admiral Tsuru were all his teachers.

I have received so much care from them all along.

He opened his mouth, about to say something, but was interrupted by Zefa.

Zefa grinned and waved his hand, "Don't waste time, you're the star today."

Luo Xia smiled wryly, scratched his head, and turned to look at Sengoku.

Zhan Guo took his hand and led him to the front of the stage, smiling as he said:

"I suppose by now everyone recognizes this handsome young man next to me, right?"

Luo Xia's smile froze, and good-natured laughter immediately erupted from the audience.

Then, bursts of enthusiastic cheers and shouts erupted.

"Of course! This is Rear Admiral Rorschach! I saw him on G1 Island; he killed the great pirate Shiki!"

"That's right! And Drought Jack was also taken down by Major General Rorschach!"

"Not only that, but also those biscuit crackers and Charlotte Owen, both ruthless pirates with bounties of hundreds of millions, were easily defeated by Rear Admiral Rorschach."

"Major General Rorschach can also control lightning. I thought he was the one with the Rumble-Rumble Fruit ability."

"He can also manipulate the air, using an air shield to protect us!"

"His strength is like that of a god, capable of swirling massive warships around. Those incredibly powerful pirates are nothing but a bunch of chickens and dogs in front of him, utterly vulnerable!"

Hearing the buzzing discussions below, Sengoku smiled.

He pulled a Den Den Mushi (a type of electric phone) from his pocket, coughed lightly to quiet the noisy crowd, and then said in a deep voice:

"Before explaining Rorschach's achievements in this war, let's learn about his past. Brannew, you read Rorschach's resume to everyone."

"Yes!"

Brannew walked up to the platform with a document in his hand and accepted the Den Den Mushi (sound-transmitting electric scooter) handed to him by Sengoku.

The document in his hand contained detailed information about Rorschach.
