One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

But Rorschach still felt that he shouldn't look too outrageous.

Because of his tall stature, many things in his life need to be custom-made.

Some places are so narrow that you can't even get in.

For example, Rorschach had never seen any giant lieutenant general enter the marshal's office in the Sengoku period.

The office door is only a little over three meters high.

Another point is that the larger the body size, the higher the basic calories required per day.

His current physical condition means he already needs an absurdly high amount of calories every day.

If it were to grow to five or six meters, Luo Xia couldn't even imagine how much food he would have to eat every day to maintain the most basic daily activities his body needed.

Besides his height, what he felt most clearly was that his physical strength had been enhanced once again.

This improvement is comprehensive.

His skin is exceptionally tough, and there seems to be an extra layer of resilient membrane beneath it. Even without using Armament Haki to harden his defenses, it is difficult for ordinary swords to cut through his skin.

Secondly, muscles.

He has a lot more muscle mass than before.

His muscles have also increased in size, not in an exaggeratedly huge way, but they still make Rorschach's body look more solid and strong than before.

The sheer physical power these muscles could muster under the stimulation of lightning was terrifying even to Rorschach himself.

Back at headquarters, Rorschach tested the two fifty-meter-class warships that had previously been used as sandbags.

As a result, he could easily toss two warships into the air, one in each hand, as if performing a juggling act.

In terms of sheer strength, even Garp is no match for him now.

In addition to the muscles, the resilience of the internal organs has also been strengthened.

His lung capacity is so large that he can take a nap in the water.

Its heart is incredibly powerful, with an astonishingly fast blood supply rate.

Needless to say, Rorschach's digestive function is undoubtedly the best in the entire navy.

The most exaggerated feature is Rorschach's skeleton.

Just as Lilith said, his bones were incredibly dense and strong enough to rival those famous swords.

Rorschach asked Karp if he had already entered the basics of fist and bone techniques.

Kogard told him that his amazing bone hardness had nothing to do with Armament Haki strengthening his bones; it was purely innate. As his physical strength increased, his bones became harder and harder.

As for whether you've mastered the basics of fist techniques, it's simple: just throw a punch with your bare fist and see if you can unleash a strike that's enveloped in Haki, without applying Armament Haki.

Many famous swords that have been forged into black blades by powerful techniques possess this magical property.

For example, the Great Grade Sword Enma can absorb Haki and release powerful slashes on its own.

The techniques of fist and bone increase not only the hardness of the bones, but also the amplification effect on the user's Armament Haki attacks.

It's like a human-shaped Yama's Blade.

Aside from the physical enhancements, Rorschach's Devil Fruit abilities have also become more powerful.

The maximum intensity of the lightning power within his body is still 500 million volts; it has not been broken through.

However, the efficiency of triboelectric power generation in cells has increased significantly, and the amount of electricity that the body can store has also increased dramatically.

They have become even more adept at using the power of lightning and manipulating the air.

For example, right now, the warship beneath him was powered by a strong magnetic force created by Luo Xia using electromagnetism, which controlled the iron sheet covering the warship's surface, allowing the warship to speed across the sea without relying on wind power.

Moreover, it moves forward at a faster speed than by manipulating airflow.

It also offers greater flexibility.

It also exudes an air of dominance.

Observation color continues to provide extremely wide and precise coverage.

Having recently advanced to a higher level of Armament Haki, he gained a lot of practical experience during this protracted battle, and his use of it became increasingly proficient.

The one that provided the greatest boost among the three types of Haki, which even Rorschach hadn't expected, was Conqueror's Haki.

Although he is not yet powerful enough to figure out an attack that can be imbued with Conqueror's Haki, he is already very close to that level.

The Conqueror's Haki he unleashed could stun officers of the headquarters at a certain distance.

If the attack is concentrated, even a major general or lieutenant general in the headquarters will experience a moment of disorientation.

Zephyr told him that the prerequisite for using Conqueror's Haki to entangle his body was to hone the impact of Conqueror's Haki to the point where it could cause physical damage.

And this is merely a prerequisite.

Whether one can comprehend it depends on their individual comprehension.

Conqueror's Haki is already extremely rare, one in a million, and being enveloped in Conqueror's Haki is even rarer.

It can be said that out of ten users of Conqueror's Haki, not even one would be able to master it.

After all, once you comprehend the Overlord's Entanglement, it's like truly standing at the top of the ocean.

"Brother Luo Xia, hey, what are you thinking about? You seem so engrossed."

As he pondered, a clear and melodious voice, like that of a lark, rang in Luo Xia's ears.

When he came to his senses, he saw that the lark was tilting its head and looking at him, waving a fair hand in front of him.

"Uh... I was spacing out." Luo Xia scratched his head sheepishly.

"Is it because of what Marshal Zhan Guo said about the North Sea?" Two shallow dimples appeared on Yun Que's small face. She reached out and lifted her long skirt, leaning against the mast that Luo Xia was leaning against, and sat down as well.

She handed a glass of juice to Luo Xia, saying, "Here, this is milk juice I just made."

"Thank you." Luo Xia took the glass of snow-white juice and subconsciously asked, "Milk juice... so what are the main ingredients in this?"

“Milk,” Hibari blinked and said matter-of-factly.

"Anything else?" Luo Xia took a sip, smacked his lips, and savored the strong milk flavor, which was very sweet.

"It's gone."

"Huh? Only milk? Then why call it milk juice?" Luo Xia was confused.

"Because I wanted to make a juice, but we only had milk on our ship and no fruit, so I made a milk juice with only milk. How is it? Is it delicious?" Lark asked expectantly.

Luo Xia twitched the corners of his mouth and nodded silently.

I thought to myself, as long as you're happy.

Seeing that Luo Xia had finished his milk, Yun Que hugged his knees, a happy smile on his face, and looked at Luo Xia softly, saying, "Brother Luo Xia, you still haven't told me, were you thinking about the task that Marshal Zhan Guo gave you just now?"

Luo Xia nodded. "Yes, I'm wondering what the situation is like in Beihai right now. I hope the situation hasn't deteriorated to the point of no return."

A few days ago, with the World Conference of the 1518th year of the Sea Calendar approaching, the arrangements for Rorschach's location were temporarily put aside by Sengoku, who was busy preparing for the World Conference.

A portion of the headquarters' personnel were dispatched to the New World G1 branch, bringing with them a large number of workers, to rebuild the branch.

It is likely that after this World Conference, the Navy will take advantage of the momentum from defeating the pirate alliance to reorganize the New World, rebuild the naval bases in the New World, and begin a large-scale recruitment drive around the world to replenish the troop losses caused by this war.

Rorschach will probably be sent to the New World to guard a naval branch.

With his current strength, Sengoku and the others can basically rest assured.

Some of the officers and soldiers who remained at headquarters were assigned to various parts of the world to escort the kings of the various member states to attend the World Conference.

Law and Enel were also sent out.

Their current strength and military rank are not low; they are fully capable of leading several warships on their own.

Meanwhile, Rorschach took Skylark out and, taking a break from his busy schedule, strolled around the Paradise Sea and made a trip to Alabasta to escort Cobra and Vivi, who were attending the World Conference, to the Holy Land of Mary Geoise.

Unexpectedly, just as they were passing through Water Seven and before they even had a chance to visit Carrera's shipyard, they received a mission from Sengoku to go check out the North Sea first.

The reason is that the Germa Kingdom is causing trouble in the North Sea.

Since a year ago, when the Kingdom of Prince lost its heir to the throne and was acquired by Judge's Germa Army in exchange for the capture of 10,000 pirates by the Navy.

The Germa Kingdom, which had never had a fixed territory and had been drifting at sea for decades, finally settled in the Kingdom of Prince.

In order to achieve the great revival of the Germa Kingdom and restore Germa 66 to its former glory as the overlord of the North Sea hundreds of years ago.

Over the years, Judge has worked diligently, focusing on scientific research and mass-producing clone warriors. With his children, who are modified by bloodline factors, he has stirred up trouble in the North Sea, using the powerful military force of the Germa Legion to force neighboring countries to concede various interests.

After seizing control of many other countries' maritime trade routes, the ambitious Judge did not stop but instead intensified his actions, becoming increasingly reckless.

Recently, the Navy received intelligence from Branch 177 that the Germa Kingdom is preparing a large-scale attack on neighboring countries, aiming to sweep away several small countries in a short period of time with the powerful force of the Evil Legion.

Jennifer, the branch leader of the 177th branch, wanted to prevent the war from starting, but she was powerless to do so.

The military strength of the Germa Kingdom is absolutely second to none in the North Sea.

If Judge were to launch a war, small countries like the Kingdom of Lubnilu and the Kingdom of Lawrence would be no match for him.

This will undoubtedly affect countless innocent people.

Since this happened in his hometown of Beihai, and even the 177th branch was implicated, Luo Xia naturally wouldn't ignore it.

Thinking of Germa, Rorschach suddenly remembered that Hibari also had a Science Combat Suit transformation device that he had obtained from Vegapunk.

Come to think of it, he doesn't seem to have seen Hibari use that transformation device yet.

Thinking of this, Rorschach couldn't help but turn to look at Hibari and whisper, "Hibari, what about that Science Combat Suit transformation device I gave you last time? Have you tried it? I haven't seen what you look like after you transform. Let me see how the Science Combat Suit modified by Vegapunk is different from the one Judge made."

"Oh, oh." Upon hearing this, Yun Que's face suddenly turned red for some reason. She awkwardly took off a bracelet that looked like an arm guard from her left wrist and, under Luo Xia's expectant gaze, pressed it against her lower abdomen.

Then, a burst of bright light appeared on her body, followed by a strong energy surge.

As the bright light faded, a female warrior appeared before Luo Xia, her overdeveloped, curvaceous figure fully exposed by a tight-fitting red leather armor that revealed large expanses of smooth, milky-white skin. Only the key areas were covered with slightly more leather armor.

Luo Xia silently wiped away the blood welling up in his nose, looked at the blushing Hibari with a serious expression, and said in a deep voice, "Hibari, I don't think this science combat suit is suitable for you. You are a Logia-type Devil Fruit user, and wearing this kind of combat suit will only affect your combat performance."

Hibari picked at her fingers, biting her lip, and muttered softly, "No, I can create clouds and mist to cover myself after I transform..."

"No! It's too dangerous."

Rorschach said seriously.

It is indeed very dangerous.
