One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

No, they're sea kings!

They actually shelled the admiral's submarine!

Because the coincidence was too great, Judge was momentarily at a loss for words.

You, a dignified naval admiral, don't even fly the naval flag on your submarine.

And so, an awkward atmosphere filled the air.

Kuzan lay calmly on the ice sculpture chair, even pulling down the eye mask on his forehead.

It seems they plan to take a nap on this ship in the morning.

After a long pause, Judge finally managed to feign composure and tentatively try to explain to the lying Kuzan...

"Admiral Aokiji, this is a misunderstanding. My fleet was patrolling the North Sea and mistook your submarine for a pirate ship. Fortunately, it hasn't caused you any damage yet. I will immediately order the fleet to cease its attack. As an apology, I am willing to provide the Navy with 300 million Berries in military funds to contribute to the cause of justice."

Judge smiled politely, but cursed inwardly.

Before they even got off to a successful mission, they hadn't captured any pirates and had already offended a Marine Admiral.

As for 300 million berries, that's a small matter.

Judge is willing to pay any price to get rid of this devil in front of him.

"Oh, don't be nervous, I'm just resting here for a bit."

Kuzan didn't even look up. "Tell them to stop shelling, but your sons and that... uh, my nephew's fight can continue. Well, consider it compensation for letting them serve as Rorschach's sparring partners."

Kuzan scratched his head.

If Rorschach calls himself "uncle," then isn't he essentially his nephew?

That seems to be the case.

"nephew?"

Judge was taken aback and quickly turned to look in the direction where Ichi and the others were. He saw four figures fighting rapidly in the air, their speed so fast that they became blurry and formed four different colored phantom light bands.

Blue, red, green, and white beams of light collided repeatedly, producing dull thuds.

In the sky, the gale howled over Rorschach's massive body, providing him with tremendous power and allowing his heavy body to unleash even greater speeds.

With the help of the gale, his speed when using Moonwalk Burst was almost three times that of before.

Even wearing Germa's scientific combat suits, Ichiji and his two companions were barely able to keep up with his attacks.

However, at this moment, Rorschach did not take the initiative to attack.

Instead, he was reflecting on Kuzan's earlier words and, during the rapid battle with Ichi and the other two, carefully experiencing the changes in his body in his human-beast form.

Blue Scale Form – this is the nickname Luo Xia gave to his Qilin human-beast form.

After transforming into a beast, his entire body will be covered with azure scales, greatly enhancing his defense, as if he were wearing a suit of steel armor.

Previously on the submarine, he had Drake attack him with a longsword to test the defensive capabilities of the scales.

To test the limits of his scale armor's defense, he even invited Kuzan to test it on him with the Ice Saber.

As it turned out, in Blue Scale form, the scales covering his entire body were able to block Drake's sword strikes, which were comparable to cutting through iron.

But it couldn't withstand the powerful ice blade in Kuzan's hand.

Aside from the scales covering its body, the two fiery red antlers protruding from its forehead do not seem to have any special function; they appear to be just basic features of the beast form, similar to the four sharp teeth protruding from its mouth.

Then there are the hands and feet, which can transform into ferocious and terrifying Qilin claws.

The curved claws, over a foot long, resembled five steel knives, both sharp and hard.

The hardness of the claws is even greater than that of the scales covering the body.

Finally, there was the hideous tail that grew out from behind.

The shape of its tail is somewhat similar to that of a crocodile's tail.

It was covered in blue scales, and at the tip of its tail grew several snow-white bone spurs.

In the Blue Scale form, the bones, muscles, and blood vessels are greatly enhanced.

With sheer power, she could completely overwhelm Drake's Ancient Allosaurus form.

These are physical changes.

Then, after transforming, the cells in his body will naturally generate electricity through friction, like an electric eel, producing a powerful current that constantly stimulates every part of his body.

However, the speed at which it generates electricity is many times faster than that of an electric eel.

This is somewhat different from the lightning that is the manifestation of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

After all, it's an animal-type, so the most basic thing is the change in physical structure.

The stimulation from the inside out is constantly making the body in the Blue Scale form even more resilient.

Currently, under normal human conditions, Rorschach's body does not generate electric current.

It's probably because he ate a Zoan-type Devil Fruit, not a Logia-type.

Only after transforming will his cellular structure change.

After the Blue Scale form, strengthened by the electric current, returns to human form, the results of his cultivation will also be reflected in his body, making his physique even stronger.

Therefore, Rorschach would often transform into his Blue Scale form on the submarine, using the electric current generated within his body to stimulate his flesh.

The most direct manifestation of his physical enhancement was that he grew nearly ten centimeters taller.

Luo Xia is now nearly 2.6 meters tall.

His physique is also much stronger than before, no longer the skinny type like Kuzan.

Rorschach sometimes couldn't help but sigh.

That height would be truly outrageous if he played basketball in his previous life.

As for the other kind of power to control the wind, it is not that his body can generate wind power like cells generate electricity.

Rather, it is the manipulation of external airflow.

After transforming, Rorschach can manipulate invisible air currents, shaping them into malleable forms and compressing, twisting, and rotating them.

Somewhat similar to the Water Heart technique of fishmen, it allows them to manipulate the air at will, creating gales, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

It has a bit of a Superman vibe.

"What an arrogant guy! He dares to get distracted while fighting us? Let's teach him a lesson, Niji!"

Seeing Rorschach manipulating the air currents around him to dodge the attacks from his three brothers, Ichiji's face darkened, and anger surged.

"Understood." Seeing his older brother's expression, Niji immediately understood and pressed the button on his left wrist.

The next instant, the blue combat suit he was wearing gradually faded, and he disappeared into the air, leaving no trace.

"Invisible!"

Niji's disappearance startled both Drake and Judge, who were watching from afar.

Drake was worried about Rorschach's safety.

The reason they remained on the submarine without making a move was because Kuzan did not intervene to stop Rorschach and the other three from fighting.

This means that Kuzan tacitly approved of this battle.

Judge was also worried that Niji's stealth attack would hurt Rorschach.

After all, Kuzan himself admitted that the Zoan-type Devil Fruit user was his nephew!

If Niji really hurts the admiral's nephew, then he will be in real danger this time.

In recent years, the Germa Kingdom's position in the North Sea has become precarious due to the appearance of the Donquixote Family, a troublemaker.

If they offend the high command of the navy again, then Germa will never be able to return to the glory days of ruling the entire North Sea hundreds of years ago.

As Niji disappeared into the shadows, Rorschach, who was immersed in his understanding of the physical body, suddenly felt a strong sense of alarm.

Danger is approaching!

He perked up and looked around, only to see Ichiji with intense flames erupting from his fists, and Yonji, who flicked out the gauntlet on his right hand, pulling out a long chain that wrapped around his neck.

Where did Nicholas go?

Luo Xia frowned and became extremely alert.

The electrical currents within his body flowed back and forth between his cells, making his mind more clear and lucid.

call!

The green fist that Yongzhi launched first circled around to Luo Xia's neck.

Beside him, the technological shoes on Izzy's feet emitted long trails of flame, propelling him to the limit. Flames flashed on his hands as he charged toward Rorschach like lightning.

"Sever the head with a twist!" Yongzhi exerted his strength and swung the chain.

Snapped!

Rorschach opened his large hands, grabbed the extended chain, and gave it a sharp shake!

With a clanging sound of chains clashing, Yongji's expression changed, and he lost control of his body. Rorschach swung him through the air, using him as a flail, and slammed him back at the charging Ichiji.

But Ichi's attack was clearly much faster!

Swish!

A red light flashed before his eyes, and Ichiji had already appeared in front of Rorschach, punching him in the chest with both fists.

"Spark - Double - Spin!"

The intense flames on their fists were about to collide, triggering a massive explosion that would indiscriminately affect friend or foe.

Luo Xia sensed a dangerous aura and was about to use his high-speed Moonwalk to dodge it.

Just then, he felt a chill run down his spine.

Rorschach didn't turn around, but suddenly it was as if he had a 360-degree God's-eye view.

He saw what was behind him!
