One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

As a long tail extended, Drake, Law, Gross, and the others walking behind were immediately pushed back by the huge tail and slammed into the depths of the submarine's passageway.

call!

In the doldrums, where there is no sea breeze all year round, a strong gale suddenly arose.

Whoohoo!

The wind grew stronger and stronger, blowing faster and faster.

With each breath, the surging air currents lifted the ever-expanding blue Qilin, sending it soaring into the sky.

"Oh my, it's a Qilin!"

Kuzan's eyes showed surprise.

"Roar!"

The blue Qilin, over fifty meters long and more than ten meters tall, with its azure scales reflecting the shimmering sunlight, strides across the sky.

Luo Xia finally underwent a complete transformation into a Qilin for the first time, becoming a pure animal form.

Once he transforms into his true form as a Qilin, he doesn't even need to consciously manipulate the surrounding air currents to freely roam the sky.

With its long whiskers and mane flowing by its sides, the enormous blue Qilin galloped among the colossal sea monsters that blotted out the sky, like a beast king inspecting its own kingdom.

Although its size is no match for these mountain-like sea kings, the arrogant demeanor that the Blue Kirin displays seems to be innate, allowing it to surpass all other creatures!

"Roar!"

The Qilin roared to the sky, and in an instant, wind and thunder surged in the windless sky.

One after another, enormous sea kings, as big as mountains, all turned their gazes toward the divine beast soaring through the sky.

It was as if they were paying homage to the king of beasts.

A month later.

Inside the submarine, in the soldiers' rest area.

Luo Xia was alone in this room with four beds, sitting cross-legged, carefully experiencing every part of his body in a meditation posture he had learned from watching TV in his previous life.

Originally, this room was shared by Drake, Rhodes, Gross, and Rhodesia.

The interior space of a submarine is already compact, making it impossible to provide each person with a separate room.

But ever since Rorschach awakened his Observation Haki, he has been researching how to develop the lightning power within his body in his dormitory.

After experiencing an indoor electrical discharge one night, Drake and his two companions moved out with black smoke coming out of their mouths and their hair in an afro.

As a result, Rorschach became the best-treated person on the entire submarine.

As a mere branch lieutenant, I lived in a room that was bigger than that of a naval admiral.

sizzle...

Tiny strands of electricity appeared on Luo Xia's body, extending along his long silver hair.

Stimulated by the electric current, his full head of silver hair spread out in the air behind him.

The silver hair grew and spread, like seaweed floating in the sea, gently swaying with the fluctuating air in the room.

At the tip of the hair, tiny electric currents flickered, emitting a soft buzzing sound.

"Life returned... Demonic possession!"

Whoosh whoosh!

Strands of silver hair, crackling with electricity, surged and danced wildly in the air like serpents, piercing through the steel wall opposite.

A series of dense hissing sounds were heard, and tiny holes, as small as pinholes, appeared on the steel wall opposite, which was more than ten centimeters thick.

Along the edges of those dense holes, streaks of white lightning darted about.

"what!"

A scream suddenly came from the next room, startling Luo Xia, who quickly pulled his full head of silver hair back.

Judging from that voice, it sounds like Drake.

"So he moved next door? Cough cough, Captain Drake is an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit user with a strong physique. It's just a piece of electricity, he should be fine."

A glint of electricity flashed in Rorschach's deep blue eyes.

hum!

His already mastered Observation Haki burst forth, instantly enveloping the entire submarine.

The scene in the next room also appeared clearly in Rorschach's mind.

There, leaning against the metal bunk bed against the wall that had been pierced, Drake lay on the floor, foaming at the mouth, his hair standing on end, his body twitching spasms.

His eyes were wide open, appearing lifeless and empty.

"Is it really necessary? That expression... it's like someone's played a cruel joke on you." Luo Xia's lips twitched.

Except for Drake, who was catching up on sleep in his dormitory, everyone else went to the submarine's main control room.

I had heard from the lieutenants who operated the submarine that we were not far from the naval headquarters.

Yes, Rorschach and his companions have successfully crossed the wall that divides the world using the elevator built on the Red Line and arrived in the waters near the Sabaody Archipelago.

After more than a month of sailing, we are finally almost at Marineford.

During this month, he became more and more proficient in using his Qilin abilities and developed many attack techniques that utilized wind and thunder.

In terms of physique, after a month of arduous training, Rorschach's height has reached six meters after his transformation, and his strength is even greater.

According to Kuzan, his physical strength alone is equivalent to that of five Drakes.

After transforming into Blue Scale form, the wind force it can control becomes strong enough to lift objects weighing several tons and toss them dozens of meters into the air at will.

If one transforms into the Qilin form, their strength will increase several times over.

The pure animal form has a much greater affinity for the elements of wind and thunder than the human-beast form.

But these are not the most important things.

What Rorschach values most is the use of the lightning power within his body.

After his battle with the Ichi brothers, Rorschach truly witnessed the power of lightning.

After unleashing the electricity stored within his body, Ichi and his two companions, dressed in scientific combat suits, were no match for him and were practically annihilated instantly.

Lightning possesses numerous advantages, including speed, attack power, attack range, and extremely long range.

Furthermore, it can greatly increase the range of one's Observation Haki perception.

It can also stimulate the body with electric current, enhancing physical activity and making the body stronger from the inside out in all aspects.

After a month of exploration and experimentation, Luo Xia was finally able to use his body to simulate the ability of cells to generate electricity by employing the Life Return technique, even after deactivating his Blue Scale form. This allowed him to unleash attacks containing lightning even without transforming.

Actually, there are other people in the One Piece world who can do this.

Rai-ko, the captain of Whitebeard's pirate crew, can imbue his longsword with lightning power to strike his opponents.

Some people can also unleash attacks such as fire and frost.

Luo Xia himself is a Qilin capable of controlling the power of lightning, so doing this is even easier for him.

In this way, he can continuously train the lightning power within his body and increase the strength of his physical form without transforming.

Animal-type abilities increase as physical strength increases.

The stronger Luo Xia's physique, the more terrifying the Qilin abilities he can unleash.

Adding lightning to the Six Styles of the Navy in hand-to-hand combat is just the most basic application.

During this nearly month-long exploration, Rorschach also discovered a lightning manipulation technique that could greatly amplify his abilities.

That is to use the electricity stored in the body to stimulate the heart, accelerate blood flow, and increase physical activity and explosive power several times in a short period of time.

The accuracy and range of perception achieved by Observation Haki are also multiplied several times.

Three days ago, he only tried this method slightly, giving his heart an electric shock, and the range of his Observation Haki in a normal human state increased by two times.

As for strength, he can easily knock out Drake in his transformed state with a single punch in his normal state.

Now, Rorschach wants to test how much his Observation Haki's range of perception will expand when the battery is fully powered on.

In his human form, his Observation Haki perception range is five thousand meters in radius.

In the Blue Scale form, this range does not increase much.

However, once the lightning is fully released, the sensing range can instantly increase threefold, reaching a radius of fifteen kilometers.

Rorschach has yet to fully attempt the technique of using his own electrical energy to stimulate his heart and unleash his body's potential, which he calls "Overload Mode."

sizzle...

Strands of lightning emerged from Rorschach's palm, forming a dazzling ball of lightning in his right hand.

He gave a thumbs up, gritted his teeth, and jabbed his left chest hard into his heart area!

"Overload mode! On!"

hum!

Dazzling electric currents surged everywhere, and his silver hair, without any wind, automatically spread out and cascaded behind his head, while lightning shot out from his seven orifices.

Beams of shimmering electricity spread out from his heart throughout the room, turning the small space into a sea of lightning.

A dull slam of a door slamming shut came from the next room, followed by the sound of hurried footsteps fleeing in all directions.

Boom!

A violent surge of air roared through the narrow room, and Rorschach's body suddenly expanded and grew to six meters tall.

A series of azure scales emerged, and the menacing, bulging muscles swelled up.

Buzz!
