One Piece: Blue Scale Admiral

Lucci's body grew to over three meters tall, slightly taller than Rorschach.

Unlike his previous Zoan-type Cat-Cat Fruit Leopard form, this time, wisps of black flames were emanating from his body. He appeared thinner than before, but the aura he exuded was much stronger.

Rorschach's Observation Haki allowed him to sense that Lucci's vigorous life force was as intense as a blazing furnace.

As expected, Lucci had indeed developed his Devil Fruit to the point of awakening.

As Lucci revealed his awakened Cat-Cat Fruit, Leopard Mode, the surging power within him instantly gave him a surge of confidence.

At this moment, Lucci was confident that he could defeat any opponent.

Even if the other party is a naval admiral, it's the same.

He looked at Luo Xia, his eyes regaining their coldness.

"Rorschach, if you know what's good for you, get out of my way. I have to take these two people with me today. If you continue to obstruct me, you will be disobeying the World Government and the orders of the Five Elders. The consequences of disobeying the orders of the Elders are something even a Marine Admiral cannot bear."

"Hmm, wow, Lucci, once this fruit awakens, the person is instantly different, he really stands up."

Rorschach's lips curled into a slight smile, his hands in his pockets, standing casually. "What if I say no? What will you do then?"

"Then I'll beat you until you step aside! Kid! I've been putting up with you for ages!"

Chapter 783 You Need a Good Beating

"Armed pistol!"

Having entered the awakened state of his Devil Fruit, Lucci, whose confidence was swelled by his own surge in power, couldn't help but feel angry when he saw Rorschach looking relaxed, and immediately chose to make a decisive move.

His arms were covered with jet-black, high-level Armament Haki, as black as ink. His right hand, with its five fingers together, resembled a spear, thrusting straight at Rorschach's face, who was right in front of him.

"No! Lucci! Calm down!"

Kaku knew things were going to go wrong the moment he heard Lucci speak angrily.

Since Lucci recently achieved a breakthrough in his training at the Holy Land and successfully awakened his Devil Fruit, his personality has become more impulsive and irritable than before.

Kaku believed that this must be due to the effects of Devil Fruit awakening.

Although Lucci successfully overcame the demonic consciousness within his Devil Fruit and completed its awakening, every time he entered his awakened form, he would be overwhelmed by various cruel and bloodthirsty thoughts, causing him to lose the composure he possessed in his human form.

That's how Lucci is now.

In addition, he was already extremely dissatisfied with Luo Xia, having been humiliated by Luo Xia several times before, which made him even more resentful.

The air was pierced by Lucci's lightning-fast palm, producing a sharp whistling sound. The resulting gale-force winds stung the skin of those around him, forcing them to retreat.

Sensing the iceberg approaching from the direction of the City Hall with a group of Water City citizens, Rorschach gently shook his head.

"This place was protected with all my might, I can't let you, a reckless guy, destroy it. Lucci, let's go somewhere else, I'll play with you."

As he spoke, Rorschach's lips curled up, and he made a lightning-fast move. His right hand struck first, faster than Lucci's Observation Haki could detect, and grabbed at Lucci's face.

Rorschach shifted sideways, narrowly dodging Lucci's advanced Six Styles Finger Pistol, then opened his right hand and, under Lucci's shocked and furious gaze, grabbed his face. With a light step, he lifted Lucci up and flew off the ground of the upper city, tracing a long arc in the sky above Water Seven, heading towards the Shipwreck Island in the lower city.

In the sky, Lucci, whose face was grabbed by Rorschach, was like a rabbit caught by an eagle. He was filled with shock and anger, and he lashed out with both hands at Rorschach.

"Armor! Six Styles Secret Technique! Six Kings Gun!"

"boom!"

The air in front of him exploded with a roar, and white shockwaves shot out in all directions like cannon fire, blasting towards Luo Xia's arm.

"I told you I'd go somewhere else to play with you, why are you in such a hurry?"

At that moment, Rorschach flew directly above the Qilin statue atop the No. 1 dock in Water Seven.

Seeing Lucci's fists coming at him, he grabbed Lucci's face with his right hand and swung it, slamming Lucci down toward the wrecked island filled with various abandoned shipwrecks.

"Fist bone! Falling from the seabed!"

"Boom!"

A deafening thunderclap seemed to resound in the sky. Lucci's body pierced through the air in front of Dock One. Under Rorschach's swinging blows, he was like a meteorite, constantly breaking the sound barrier. In just a few hundred meters, he created rings of white sound barriers before crashing into a pile of abandoned ships with a deafening roar.

In an instant, the island of abandoned ships shook violently. The abandoned wooden ships were lifted up by the violent impact, and wood chips flew everywhere, with dust filling the air.

Seeing Lucci and Rorschach leave the upper city in the blink of an eye and begin fighting, Kaku panicked. Forgetting about his mission targets, Asie and Olga, he used Moonwalk to rush towards the abandoned ship island, shouting, "Lucci! General Bluescale! Stop! Don't fight! We're all on the same side. We can talk things out. Don't ruin our friendship!"

The reason he wanted to go and mediate was because he didn't have much confidence in Lucci and didn't believe that Lucci could defeat Rorschach.

Even though Lucci has already developed his Devil Fruit to the point of awakening.

Who is Rorschach?

In this vast ocean where powerful figures roam, this young naval admiral has risen like a comet, stepping over the corpses of countless top-tier warriors to ascend to the position of naval admiral, with endless mountains of corpses and seas of blood beneath his feet.

This is a new legend, the most dazzling and strongest marine of this era in the Navy Headquarters!

He is also one of the few people in this era who have the strength to compete for the title of the world's strongest.

In many countries and regions around the world, this Blue Scale General has been regarded as the new strongest man and the strongest creature in the world.

He has already taken Whitebeard's head, and now everyone is waiting for him to go even further, take Kaido's life, and officially become the strongest in the world.

The only strongest in the world!

With just one name, he was able to suppress the four seas and cause the number of pirates setting sail in this era to plummet by 70%.

A single statue is enough to make pirates flee in terror, too afraid to approach.

This is G5 Governor, General Bluescale Rorschach!

Even Kaido might not be able to beat Rorschach in his current form, so how could Lucci possibly win?

Kaku had just used Moonwalk to chase after someone into the air when suddenly his vision blurred, and before he could see clearly, a gust of wind rushed towards him.

"Not good!" Kaku's heart tightened. Without thinking, he used Iron Body, and at the same time, jet-black Armament Haki appeared on his body.

With a thud, he was kicked in the chest and fell straight down from the air, crashing into the street in the upper district and creating a large crater in the hard rock.

"Who goes there?!"

Kaku, clutching his suffocating chest, climbed out of the pit and gritted his teeth as he surveyed his surroundings.

“That leopard with its nose in the air asked for a beating. I can’t let you spoil my dad’s fun, you long-nosed leopard.”

A clear, childlike voice came from not far ahead, making Kaku freeze in surprise.

When he saw that the person standing in front of the pit was just a seven or eight-year-old boy, Kaku frowned.

He was a little unsure whether the person who had attacked him earlier was the child in front of him.

Although those words were indeed spoken by the white-haired little boy.

But the child was so young that Kaku didn't immediately suspect that the person who attacked him was him.

Just then, several footsteps could be heard from the street behind the little boy.

Kaku looked in the direction of the footsteps, and his pupils suddenly contracted.

"It's the G5 navy!"

Beneath the towering Kirin statue at the end of the street, he saw Hibari, Law, Enel, and Yamato carrying a spiked club.

Although few in number, they are among the strongest members of the G5 branch and are capable lieutenants under General Lan Lin.

Two of them are general candidates who demonstrated formidable strength in the recent global live broadcast. Both are powerful figures with the potential to become generals, and no one can underestimate them.

"It's Lieutenant General Lark, Lieutenant General Red Heart, Lieutenant General Thunder Dragon, and Lieutenant General White Wolf... Why are all the G5's top generals here? Wait! I know why they're here now."

Kaku seemed to have thought of something, and suddenly his eyes widened.

Yes, a few days ago, they heard that the Five Elders had agreed to the joint application from the Navy's admirals, officially abolishing the Seven Warlords of the Sea system.

Now, all the powerful figures of G5 have appeared in Paradise Sea, including Rorschach, the governor of G5. They must be here for the Seven Warlords of the Sea in Paradise Sea.

I just don't know what these people are doing in Water Seven instead of capturing Hawkeye and the Pirate Empress.

Could it be that they're also after pure gold?

But that's impossible.

Kaku was confident that, apart from their World Government, no one in the world should know Asie and Olga, the father and daughter.

After all, these two people lived more than two hundred years ago. Only the World Government, which was obsessed with pure gold and longed for immortality, never gave up searching for Dr. Asie, who had once developed pure gold.

Although Rorschach was good at creating miracles, he couldn't possibly know these things.

"Qilin! Come back quickly!" Yun Que shouted in this direction.

"Okay, Mom."

Kaku's eyes widened at Qilin's response.

Mother?

The handsome little boy in front of me is calling Lieutenant General Hibari "Mom"?

Is this child the son of the lark?

Everyone in CP0 knows that Hibari is Akainu's daughter.

In other words, Akainu has a grandson?

But when did this happen? How come CP0, who possesses so much intelligence, didn't know?

Also, if Hibari has a child, who will be the father...?

"Wait!" Kaku's eyes widened as he stared at the Kirin's face, which resembled Rorschach's, and a storm raged in his heart.

He now knows who the child's father is.

General Luo Xia of the Blue Scale!

"This is huge news! If that birdman Morgans finds out, he'll go crazy." Kaku looked in Rorschach's direction with envy. "I never imagined that Admiral Bluescale would quietly win over Akainu's daughter, and their child is already so grown up. His father-in-law is the Fleet Admiral, he's an Admiral, and his wife is a Logia-type Devil Fruit user—she might even become an Admiral someday! What kind of family is this? Even the Monkey family, like Hero Garp's, wasn't this powerful!"

Kaku felt a little jealous of Rorschach's good fortune with women for a moment, then shook his head and remembered that Lucci was fighting Rorschach. He immediately forgot about everything else and ran towards the Qilin statue at the end of the street.

From there, you can see the Lower City and Shipwreck Island.

The group of people, including Yun Que, standing below the Qilin statue, were probably watching the battle.

Beneath the more than ten-meter-tall Kirin statue, Yamato leaned against the wall, watching the battle on the abandoned ship island below. His face was filled with excitement as he shouted from afar, "Hey! Rorschach! I need to talk to you about something. How about I switch fights with him? I never expected to encounter an awakened Zoan-type Devil Fruit user here. Sigh, my Devil Fruit ability still hasn't awakened. Why is it that this seemingly weak guy can awaken a Devil Fruit?"

"He doesn't seem strong because his ability is just a regular Zoan-type Devil Fruit. The awakening of a regular Zoan-type Devil Fruit doesn't grant him any additional natural elemental power; it simply enhances his stamina, strength, and vitality. However, I do have a pretty good idea of why Rob Lucci was able to awaken his fruit faster than you."
