"Teleport to 2011 Public Commercial District!"

A moment later, Qingyang vaguely exited the virtual world.

"Good heavens, a T8 Firedust-class battleship costs 2 star points? And the blueprints cost 50?! Although the model is a bit of a mixed bag, the purchasing power of these star points is really strong."

Qingyang exclaimed that the world of commanders was even more wonderful than he had imagined!

I noticed that it was already getting light.

Qingyang jumped out of bed and went to the window, where the magnificent starry sky and the bustling starport were reflected in his eyes.

The starry sky... I could only dream about it in my past life.

the next day.

After quickly packing up, Qingyang boarded the flying shuttle: "Destination: Sky Villa District."

Star Commander Academy?

Of course there are, but there are no real locations.

Starry Sky Academy is located in the Star Network virtual world, and classes are mainly held there. Therefore, admission to Starry Sky Academy is unrelated to high school.

The basic policy of the Starsea Human Alliance towards commanders is that practical combat and experiential learning must go hand in hand.

I would take classes on the virtual star network in my spare time to compete for resources, but most of the time I would wander around the starry sky.

If you ever see a classmate or friend with grayed-out faces, don't be surprised; they might be dead.

You never know whether the student sitting next to you in class is actually fighting a cult fleet head-on or playing guerrilla warfare with the Zerg.

bump!

The antique wooden door shattered with a crash, and Qingyang's face lit up with excitement.

"Dad! I'm home!"

"..."

hum~

The cleaning machine moved, silently cleaning up the sawdust.

A refined man with medium-length hair and a pure white Zhongshan suit closed the blue book in his hand.

A vein bulged slightly on his forehead: "If it's not something important..."

Qingyang chuckled and said, "How could that be? My commander's talent has awakened!"

Guess what quality it is?

Qingyun raised his head, a blue light flashed from his monocle, and then he frowned.

"A protocol-related talent?"

Qingyang was speechless. Could he really tell?

My dad is something else.

Qingyang quickly realized: "What about protocol-related issues?"

Qingyun said calmly, "There are no problems at the beginning, but after a certain agreement is activated, there will be requirements."

You can think of it as a pact between you and some mysterious being, granting you powerful bonuses, but you must fulfill the requirements of the pact later.

Don't worry, the fact that this agreement exists proves it's recognized by the rules of civilization; you won't lose out.

Even if I don't lose money, I still have to be able to complete the task!

Wait, a mysterious entity... the Star of Truth!?

Qingyang only thought about it for a moment before stopping and smiling.

"Hey Dad, look at this warship..."

"Yes, it's under construction."

"Dad, just how rich is our family?"

"Moderately prosperous".

"When will the warships be ready?"

Qingyun flipped through the book: "The manufacturing of the T-series warships is quite troublesome; it will take a few more days."

"What model of T8 assault ship?" Qingyang asked excitedly.

Qingyun calmly replied, "Radiant Moon type."

The Crescent Moon type? Are there any well-known assault ship models with this design?

Then, Qingyun added, "Battleships, and the blueprints for their manufacture will be given to you as well."

"???!!!"

Chapter 3 Is this what it feels like to snag a bargain?

A Crescent-class battleship?!

There are even blueprints?!

The Radiant Moon Group is a well-known starship manufacturer even within the entire Star Sea Human Alliance.

The Moonlit Starship is a high-end model even among the T6-class starships!

Although the Moonlit Type places a high burden on the commander's mental energy, Qingyang can currently quantify it if there is only one ship.

The digitization of warships requires the commander to maintain it with mental energy at all times. This maintenance is not a consumption, but rather a positional one.

Qingyang's mental energy is just enough to maintain a high-end battleship, so continuously digitizing it will not consume mental energy.

However, if you want to digitize additional warships, you'll need to enhance your mental strength.

Without data-driven starships, they cannot benefit from commander talent bonuses, and destroying targets does not yield star points.

Even if a single Radiant Moon-class battleship is digitized, preventing Qingyang from forming a fleet in the short term, the 8th agreement of the Eternal Protocol will have to be shelved.

But in his opinion, it was absolutely worth it.

Let's not even talk about how many new recruits' fleets will have battleships, and even if they do, so what?

The T8 Moonlit Battleship is definitely a luxury transitional item.

It can easily take on three ordinary battleships of the same class.

It also has its drawbacks. While its combat power is indeed strong among its peers, considering the price, only wealthy people in powerful countries would buy it for their descendants.

According to information obtained by Qingyang, the price of a T8 Moonlit Battleship is enough to buy a high-end T7 cruiser.

The reason it's so expensive is not only because of its powerful combat capabilities, but also because the Moonlit Blade is a series.

If you own a T8 Moonlit Battleship, the Moonlit Group will upgrade you to a T7 Moonlit Battleship for a 30% discount.

Qingyang suppressed his excitement and looked at his father with a strange expression.

The T8 Moonlit Battleship should have been snapped up by wealthy individuals as soon as it went on sale in powerful nations; even major powers rarely had anyone vying for it.

Does the fact that my dad was able to snag a deal mean that his family owns businesses in those powerful countries?

"Uh... is this Xiaokang?"

Qingyun glanced at Qingyang: "Isn't that right?"

"..."

Oh well, Dad only invested heavily in me initially; I'll have to take care of everything from now on.

There's no need to worry about these things.

A moment later, Qingyang appeared in the StarNet virtual mall.

Looking around, there was a high volume of people.

"The total number of commanders in the entire alliance seems quite large."

Qingyang gazed at the enormous building before him: the Ship Crew Recruitment Association.

The purpose of this trip to Qingyang is to recruit crew members. Although the intelligent weapon control system of the starship is very advanced, crew members are still indispensable.

Shipboard operations, amphibious landings, maintenance, and logistical medical care all require the assistance of individuals with special abilities.

Moreover, manual driving and weapon control often have significant advantages.

He's not short of recruitment funds either; his dad just transferred 10,000 points to him.

Alliance Coins have extremely strong purchasing power within the Alliance. One Alliance Coin in the Alliance has the equivalent purchasing power of one hundred dollars in my previous life.

One star point can be exchanged for 2000 Alliance Coins.

Upon entering the hall, Qingyang surveyed the layout before heading towards the private rooms on the second floor.

Virtual sprites immediately appeared and floated around Qingyang.

"Hello sir, are you recruiting starship crew members?"

Qingyang nodded: "Yes."

"Ordinary crew members, elite crew members, or crew members with supernatural abilities and ancient martial arts?"

"If we were to recruit crew members with supernatural abilities and ancient martial arts skills, would you have any suggestions?" Qingyang asked.

"I suggest you choose someone with experience..."

Qingyang was suddenly taken aback, because the Star of Truth suddenly popped up a panel.
