Sun Wukong remembered that Tang Sanzang was his master, and after thinking about what Lin Yaoxie had said to him, he forgave Tang Sanzang, and the master and his disciples continued their journey westward.
One day, they came to a large mountain. Tang Sanzang saw that the mountain was steep and dangerous, and feared that there might be monsters inside. He thought to himself, "I don't want to be put in a steamer and hung in a cave again." Still feeling uneasy, he wanted his disciple to go forward and investigate.
Lin Yaoxie seemed to have seen through Tang Sanzang's little thoughts, and lowered his head with a slight upturn of the corners of his mouth. Just then, the chubby Pigsy volunteered to walk into the deep mountains.
Looking at Pigsy's broad back, Lin Yaoxie muttered to himself, "What's wrong with these two today? Did some fairy sister enlighten them? This handsome young man isn't just a pretty face anymore. Is Pigsy working so hard to get a good price?"
While waiting for Bajie, he never came. "Master, I'd better go find Bajie. Why hasn't he come back with any information yet?" Lin Yaoxie said from the side.
"Brother, I'll go with you. If we really encounter a monster, we can help each other. Sha Wujing and Master can stay here and wait for us to return." Sun Wukong said and went with Lin Yaoxie.

Not far along, Lin Yaoxie heard a series of clear and indistinct sounds. He warned Sun Wukong to be careful and looked carefully from the mountainside. He saw Bajie and realized it was Bajie snoring. Lin Yaoxie and Sun Wukong exchanged glances, rolled their eyes, and woke Bajie up, exposing his lie about becoming hardworking.
Bajie opened his eyes and saw the faces of his two senior brothers. He hurriedly got up and went with Lin Yaoxie to go deeper into the mountain to find out information, while Sun Wukong turned back to find his master.

This mountain is a flat-topped mountain. There is a cave in the mountain called Lotus Cave. There are two monsters in the cave, one named King Golden Horn and the other named King Silver Horn.
King Golden Horn and King Silver Horn had long heard that Tang Sanzang and his companions were going to Pingding Mountain, so they wanted to capture Tang Sanzang and eat his flesh, because everyone knew that eating Tang Sanzang's flesh could grant immortality.
"Brother, how long has it been since we patrolled the mountain?" King Golden Horn asked King Silver Horn.
"It has been quite some time. My brother is waiting for me in the cave to take the little demons to patrol the mountain," said the Silver Horn King to the Golden Horn King.
Lin Yaoxie was leisurely walking through the mountains with Bajie when they happened to encounter the Silver Horn King and his lesser demons on patrol. Lin Yaoxie secretly thought to himself, "This is bad; my master really guessed that there are demons in these mountains."
Chapter Twenty-Eight: How Much Do You Know About Monsters?
King Silver Horn was overjoyed to see the two and, along with his minions, rushed forward to capture them and take them back to his brother to claim credit. Pigsy, who had been traveling for a long time, was too weak to fight the group of demons and was eventually captured by King Silver Horn, while Lin Yaoxie seized the opportunity to escape.
Seeing that Pigsy hadn't returned, the group of master and his disciples began to hurry on their way, searching for him along the way. Unbeknownst to them, the Silver Horn King "440" was watching them from a high mountain and had used a magic trick to block their path.
Lin Yaoxie, of course, possessed some skills. With his fiery eyes wide open, he cleared a path in the blink of an eye. The Silver Horn King was no fool either. This simple trick revealed that Lin Yaoxie was not an easy opponent. Thus, the Silver Horn King realized that brute force wouldn't work; he had to outsmart him.
Suddenly, the Silver Horned King transformed into an old Taoist priest with a leg injury, blood seeping from it. Upon seeing Tang Sanzang, Lin Yaoxie, Sun Wukong, and Sha Wujing approach, he collapsed to the ground, crying out in pain.
At this moment, Lin Yaoxie was flying in the sky scouting the way, unaware of the fallen old Taoist priest. Tang Sanzang, still kind-hearted, intended to help the old Taoist priest up. Fortunately, Sha Wujing still retained some sense.
"Master, you mustn't!" Sun Wukong hurriedly said, trying to stop Tang Sanzang.
“This Taoist priest is seriously injured in this desolate wilderness. If we don’t help him, he will die here. Although our lives are different, our principles of cultivation are the same. How can we stand by and watch him die?” Tang Sanzang said.
Just as Tang Sanzang was about to help him up, Lin Yaoxie came down. Tang Sanzang had originally planned to have Sun Wukong carry the Taoist all the way, but Lin Yaoxie volunteered to carry him.
In fact, Lin Yaoxie had already seen through it. This old Taoist priest was actually the Silver Horn King in disguise. He just wanted to carry the old Taoist priest on his back first, and then secretly make his move.
Who knew that the Silver Horn King was no fool either. He looked at Lin Yaoxie, gave a wicked smile, and transformed himself with a mountain-moving technique. He moved aside and turned the old Taoist priest on Lin Yaoxie's back into a heavy mountain, making Lin Yaoxie pant heavily and take extremely heavy steps.
Lin Yaoxie's every step left a deep, imposing footprint. Just as he was struggling to breathe and inching forward, the Silver Horn King used a treacherous move to kidnap Tang Sanzang and Sha Wujing. Sun Wukong, however, possessed some skill and managed to escape…
After capturing Tang Sanzang and Sha Wujing, the Silver Horned King planned to wash Tang Sanzang, skin him, and then steam him to eat. However, the Golden Horned King was still quite intelligent.
"Absolutely not! We haven't even caught that monkey yet. If we eat Tang Sanzang now, Sun Wukong will turn this place upside down!" said King Silver Horn. They didn't know that besides Sun Wukong, Lin Yaoxie was also a formidable opponent.
Then King Silver Horn thought about it and realized that it made sense. So he said, "Brother, don't worry. I'll go and catch that monkey too, and we can eat it together, right?" "Then I'll have to trouble you, my good brother," said King Golden Horn.
King Silver Horn beckoned and summoned two leading little demons, one named Fine-Hearted Demon and the other Clever Insect. Those two pairs of little demons were notoriously brainless.
The Silver Horn King summoned them and gave the two little demons two magical treasures: a purple clay gourd and a jade bottle, instructing them to use these treasures to capture Sun Wukong.
Chapter Twenty-Nine: The Magic Gourd
So the two brainless little demons took the two magical treasures and went out to find Sun Wukong.
Lin Yaoxie used a spell to flip over and push the mountain off him. As soon as the mountain split open, a mountain god appeared and ran to Lin Yaoxie's feet, kowtowing and begging for mercy. "Why don't you help me, old man, but instead help the monster? Are you asking for a beating?" Lin Yaoxie snapped.
"No, no. Before you came, King Golden Horn and King Silver Horn always summoned us mountain gods and local deities to meetings, forcing us to do our work for them," the mountain god explained earnestly.
"Alright, alright, I'll spare you this time. Tell me, Old Lin, what are this monster's abilities? What treasures does it possess? What methods does it have?" Lin Yaoxie asked again.
The monster possesses two treasures: one is called the Purple Clay Gourd, and the other is called the White Jade Tablet. These two treasures can be used to collect anyone's name, provided that person agrees. In a short while, the person will turn into a puddle of pus.
Just as the mountain god was explaining to Lin Yaoxie, two little demons came over carrying a glittering treasure. Lin Yaoxie's fiery eyes were indeed well-deserved; he spotted the light from a thousand miles away at a glance. So he said to the mountain god, "You go first; Wukong and I will go and meet these two little demons."
Lin Yaoxie transformed himself into an old Taoist priest, a rather ethereal-looking one. He and Sun Wukong hid behind a rock, waiting for the two brainless little demons to approach. Then, Lin Yaoxie tripped them, sending them sprawling on their backs. Lin Yaoxie then laughed and mocked them. The two demons, naturally, revealed their ugly faces, demanding to know who the old Taoist was and where he was going.
"I am an old Taoist priest. It's perfectly normal for you young Taoist priests to kowtow and ask questions when you see me. I come from Penglai Immortal Mountain," Lin Yaoxie said.
"Second Immortal, you're from Penglai Mountain. Are you an immortal?" the two little demons asked.
"Yes, I am a deity, and I have come to guide those who are destined to be saved," Lin Yaoxie replied.
"Ferry me across, ferry me across!" the two little demons cried out eagerly.
Later, Lin Yaoxie asked them what they were going there for.
"We're here to capture Sun Wukong," the two little demons answered truthfully.
"What are you two little demons going to use to capture Sun Wukong? I've heard he's quite capable!"
"Let me show you these two treasures in our hands. One is called the Purple Clay Jade Gourd, and the other is called Mutton Fat Jade. These two treasures are from heaven. Just call out to Lin Yaoxie, and he will agree to be taken into this bottle and turned into a puddle of pus. No matter how powerful he is, he will not be able to escape."
"Wukong, they're trying to capture you!" Lin Yaoxie thought to himself. Then another plan came to mind.
"What are your gourds compared to this? They can barely hold a person. Look at my gourd." Lin Yaoxie waved his hand and conjured up a huge gourd, about half the size of his body, 440 cm in diameter.
The two little demons also said, "Your gourd, though big, is really not as practical as my little gourd. Mine can grow at least a thousand or eight hundred people."
Hmm. What's so special about pretending to be human? Watch me fill the sky with my own memories.
The demon Lin pretended to chant a few incantations, then sent Sun Wukong to find Nezha in the heavens, asking Nezha to help him cover the sky while he chanted the incantations. This was to create the illusion that he had captured the sky and put it into his gourd.
After Lin Yaoxie pretended to chant a few spells, it got dark. The two little demons were both scared and excited, shouting, "Immortal, please release the sky! We've seen it!"
Chapter 30: Rescuing Tang Sanzang
After Lin Yaoxie finished his demonstration, he pretended to leave, but the two little demons followed closely behind, asking, "Immortal, can you tell me where Sun Wukong is?" Lin Yaoxie then used his magic to transform a hair into the likeness of Sun Wukong, pretending to press it under the large rock. Then he put the fake Sun Wukong into his large gourd.
Then, pretending to leave, the two little demons started to have doubts. If this old immortal took Sun Wukong away, how were they going to explain themselves?
So the two little demons winked at each other and decided to exchange their purple clay gourds for the fake one in Lin Yaoxie's hands.
But Lin Yaoxie wasn't happy about that. He wasn't the kind of person who would let things go so easily after taking a small advantage. He said, "You're exchanging your gourd that holds people for my gourd that holds the sky. You're really a cunning devil!"
Then the clever insect spoke up again, and after discussing it further, the two decided to exchange two magical treasures, the Purple Clay Gourd and the Yangzi Jade Pure Bottle, for the gourd in Lin Yaoxie's hand.
At this moment, Lin Yaoxie, that drama queen, started acting again. Pretending to be unwilling, he happily exchanged a fake gourd for two magical treasures and left.
Then the two little demons, the Fine-Hearted Ghost and the Clever Insect, carried Lin Yaoxie's fake gourd, which contained the fake Sun Wukong, to the Silver Horn King to report.
When they brought the gourd back, they displayed it in the hall and showed it off. King Silver Horn was overjoyed and gave the two brainless little monsters a pot of wine, which they eagerly drank.
Then King Golden Horn decided to see if Sun Wukong had actually turned into a demon. So they opened the large gourd, and with a bang, a spark of fire jumped out. It was empty. They were overjoyed, thinking Sun Wukong was dead, and burst into laughter, preparing to devour the three of them.
Just as they were about to start stripping the three stone figures of their clothes, skin, washing, and steaming them, King Golden Horn had another idea. He suddenly remembered that the little demons had said this treasure could hold the sky, so why not let the two little demons demonstrate it?
As they talked, everyone became more interested, so the two kings and the group of little monsters asked the two little monsters, Fine Ghost and Clever Cheng, to demonstrate how to put money into this magic weapon.
The two little monsters, Fine-Headed Ghost and Clever Insect, were eager to take credit, each shouting, "Let me do it! Let me do it!" They were so excited that they almost came to blows.
In the end, it was the meticulous ghost, appointed by the Silver Horn King, who told him to come.
Then they saw this little demon lift up the heavy gourd, but with his meager cultivation, he was just a minor demon. How could he possibly lift such a large gourd? He was so tired that his face was covered in sweat, and his whole body was drenched in sweat.
But in order not to lose face in front of the king, nor in front of the little demons, he still tried his best to lift the heavy gourd. In the end, regardless of saving face, he couldn't do it anymore and sat down on the ground with a thud, unable to breathe under the weight of the gourd.
At this moment, King Golden Horn suddenly realized, "Oh dear, is this some kind of trick by that damned Lin Yaoxie? Is that old immortal the Lin Yaoxie who was next to Sun Wukong?" Just then, the clever ghost (Ma Ma Hao) spoke again.
"Your Majesty, that fellow villager just chanted a few incantations, circling the gourd and chanting them incessantly. The gourd jumped up and down, finally landing on the ground, impossible for anyone to lift. Then, the gourd gradually shrank, until the Silver Horn King grabbed it in his hand."
Just as the Great King and Silver Horned King were wondering what to do, they heard shouts outside the door. It was Lin Yaoxie yelling, demanding that they return his master.
Chapter 3H: Subduing the Monster
They watched as the gourd grew smaller and smaller until it finally turned into a monkey hair.
At this point, King Golden Horn and King Silver Horn finally realized that these two brainless little demons had traded their magical treasures for a single monkey hair. In fact, they had traded two magical treasures for it.
The more they thought about it, the angrier they became, and they threatened to kill the two brainless little demons. The two demons immediately knelt down and begged for mercy, and King Golden Horn, remembering they were still somewhat useful, spared their lives.
"This evil Lin tricked us out of our magic treasure. He'll definitely come to patrol soon. Let's not touch him and his disciples yet. Let's wait for Lin to come, then we'll find a way to capture him too, and then we'll eat them," the Silver Horn King said to the Golden Horn King.
Sure enough, Lin Yaoxie came to patrol the mountain. He used the gourd he had tricked from the two little demons to deal with King Golden Horn and King Silver Horn.
"Let you taste what it means to reap what you sow!" Lin Yaoxie thought to himself.
"Monsters, come out quickly! Call me Grandpa Lin and I'll let you go!" Lin Yaoxie shouted.
Before long, King Golden Horn, King Silver Horn, and their little monsters arrived, each of them holding a weapon, ready to fight Lin Yaoxie to the death.
"Lin Yaoxie, you liar! You stole our treasure and now you dare to come to my territory? You've got some nerve! I'll show you what real power is in a moment!" said King Golden Horn.
"You think I'm afraid of you? Go ask around in Heaven. Even the Jade Emperor calls me Great Sage. You'd better wait to die!" Lin Yaoxie said before attacking the monster.
After a fierce battle, Lin Yaoxie put the Golden Horn King and the Silver Horn King into the gourd. At this moment, the Immortal Lord came and took the gourd away.
"You old man, I was thinking that this treasure is so useful that I wanted to keep it to catch some monsters on the road. Why don't you lend it to me for a bit?" Lin Yao said with a wicked smile.
"Great Sage, this belongs to the Heavenly Court. It must not fall into the mortal realm!" With that, he took the gourd and returned to the Heavenly Court.
Lin Yaoxie curled his lip and ran into the cave, rescuing Tang Sanzang.
After the apprentices reunited, they assisted their master in continuing his journey westward.
After these incidents, in order to prevent Tang Sanzang from being captured again, Lin Yaoxie and his gang became much more cautious. Lin Yaoxie walked in front, followed by Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing, with Tang Sanzang in the middle.
The main purpose of doing this was to protect Tang Sanzang in case any monsters tried to capture him.
Finally, they arrived in India and decided to stay there for a while before continuing their journey.
That day, they arrived at the royal palace of the Kingdom of Tianzhu, where they saw the queen and king accompanying their daughter to choose a husband. At this moment, Tang Sanzang and his disciples walked towards them. Their daughter took a liking to Tang Sanzang at first sight, but did not say it at the time.
After the king welcomed Tang Sanzang and his companions, he went to rest.
That night, the king's daughter told him that she had taken a liking to Tang Sanzang, but Tang Sanzang would definitely disagree if she said it directly. She hoped that the king could help her think of a way to choose Tang Sanzang as her son-in-law.
So the king told the queen about this. After hearing it, the queen wanted to oppose her daughter's decision, but then she thought that she couldn't change her daughter's mind. So she and the king came up with a plan to help their daughter and Tang Sanzang get together.
Chapter Thirty-Two: The Lost Princess
The next morning, the master and his disciples heard that there was a temple nearby, so they decided to go there to worship Buddha.
The master and his disciples arrived on the street, only to find it crowded with merchants. They were all puzzled as to what was going on, but in order not to attract attention, they decided to go to the temple to inquire about the situation.
Before long, the master and his disciples arrived at the gate of a temple. They saw four large characters written in front of the temple: Bujin Zen Temple. They all knew that this was the name of the temple.
