In the backstory, Mundo has gone completely insane, devoid of any humanity, and is completely immersed in his own delusions. The treatments he performs on pedestrians at night are actually the inhumane experiments that were once performed on him.

If it weren't for the fact that the characters summoned by the system naturally have a "good" level of affection for Sett, Sett would probably be wondering how to kill this monster who can survive having his heart pierced...

"This isn't Zaun! But it's okay! Mundo can still heal and save lives~"

Wielding a bone saw, if you disregard his bizarre posture, his words and actions could easily make him appear as a benevolent healer. Unfortunately, his mental instability was so obvious that even Robin couldn't help but show a helpless expression, sweating profusely.

"Yes, yes, Dr. Mundo's skills are the best!"

"Yes! Mundo is a great doctor!!"

"Thank goodness he's a madman," Sett thought. Clearly, Mundo and the others retained their original memories. If it were anyone else, Sett would inevitably have to explain this world. But with Mundo… it seemed irrelevant which world he was in.

"Is there anything else?" Ser asked. Tina responded with a completely unfriendly expression: "That's what I wanted to ask you too!"

“I’m going to check out the casino in a bit,” Sett said with a shrug. “I reintroduced myself to the Capone family yesterday, and they’ll probably do the same today.”

Upon hearing this, Tina nodded in agreement.

Yesterday, Sett and Fujitora fought and destroyed half of the casino. Judging from the interior, it would take at least ten days to two weeks to rebuild it. Based on the casino's daily turnover, this represents a loss of tens of millions of Berries.

If fighting Fujitora was merely a matter of course, then his subsequent refusal to fight was even more egregious. He even took his wages, acting like a boss working for him… If the Capone family didn't react at all, then the Capone family might as well give up on their business in the West Blue.

"So, has Fujitora decided to stick with you?" Tina was so busy drinking and getting angry yesterday, plus she was thrown onto the bed by Sett while drunk that she hadn't even taken off her clothes. Tina still doesn't quite understand Fujitora's decision.

Sett gestured with his chin toward the nearby trash can. Seeing this, Tina's expression changed, and she looked toward the trash can. Sure enough, there it was: Fujitora's farewell letter.

"You're such a good buddy, just throwing someone's farewell letter in the trash like that!"

"You're too kind, I always am."

Sett seemed unconcerned. Tina, however, remained secretly wary, resolving to always speak with Sett in person from now on—that bastard, he didn't even open the envelope to check it carefully!

Having finished reading and confirming that Fujitora wasn't hanging out with that scoundrel Sett, Tina secretly breathed a sigh of relief. She then returned to her room, put on her navy coat, and asked as she prepared to leave, "What are you going to do with this... uh, Mundo?"

“Let’s go to the casino.” Sett stretched his neck, a hint of anticipation in his eyes; “I want to see how those idiots from the Capone family introduce themselves!”

Yes, Sett showed absolutely no remorse for breaking the contract.

33. Reasoning

After changing his clothes, Sett's familiar arrogance once again crept onto his face.

The clothes she ordered from the clothing store had arrived, and Robin changed out of her faded old clothes and into a women's robe with a touch of Ionian style. Of course, to prevent her appearance from being seen by anyone with ulterior motives, Robin wore a round conical hat and a thin veil to cover her face.

"Mondo, are you coming too? There are so many patients over there!"

"Patients? Mundo needs patients! Mundo likes patients!" Upon hearing Sett's words, Mundo, who had been chasing butterflies and dragonflies like a child, perked up. Holding his bone saw, he didn't care about his clothes being stretched taut by his muscles and strode off, his big blue tongue flicking as he followed Sett.

If Sett's height of 2.35 meters wasn't particularly noticeable in this world before, then Mundo's massive body, approaching four meters, could be considered a small giant even in this world... at least, in a place like the West Sea, he would definitely be considered a small giant.

Add to that his deep purple skin, disheveled face, and a huge blue tongue that looked like it had been ripped out with red-hot pliers. Wherever he went, people looked at him as if he were a monster. And in fact, Mundo was indeed a monster.

"Oh, my dear old buddy~" Sett greeted Vittoria, who was standing in front of the gate, with a nonchalant expression. "How have you been lately? I heard Capone gave you a good kick in the ass? Like the donkey at Grandma Tom's next door~"

What the hell is that?

Upon hearing Sett's nonchalant words, Witt was instinctively taken aback. He wondered if there was some hidden meaning in those words.

But after pondering it over in my mind twice, I realized there was actually no mystery at all. Suddenly, the dissatisfaction I was already feeling ignited like a flame doused with gasoline!

“Serty!” Witt said coldly; “We have a contract! But you not only destroyed half the casino, but you also took the money and didn’t do any work! This is putting the boss in a difficult position!”

"So?" Sett shrugged, looking nonchalant. "This lousy casino is going to be torn down sooner or later. The interior makes me sick just looking at it. Since half of it's already been smashed, let's smash the rest too. You're welcome. What's that saying again? Right, no destruction, no construction."

Although the casino looked incredibly luxurious, Sett found it far too shabby. It was utterly unbecoming of his status—a boxing arena that was so small? What a joke!

"Let's just tear down the rest of the place and leave only the boxing ring so my fans can shout my name!"

"You don't seem to realize the importance of the problem."

In response to Sett's arrogance, Witt said coldly, "This casino is a major source of income for the Capone family. The naval branch on the Western Sea Route and the government officials on Antor Island all require huge sums of Berries for bribes. And this month, without the casino's money, tell me, what are we supposed to use to cover the shortfall?!"

"You're asking me?" Sett said irritably. "Isn't this your business? Why do you have to ask me everything? You might as well just shoot your boss and make him my dog."

"You bastard! I'm not kidding you anymore!!"

Unable to contain his rage, Witt couldn't help but bring his face close to Sett's. Before he could say anything, Sett wasn't about to let him continue. He raised his leg and kicked Witt squarely in the chest. By the time Witt reacted, he felt a piercing pain, followed by a dizzying spin. When Witt came to his senses, he had been kicked into the casino, smashing through countless gambling machines.

Amidst the excruciating pain throughout his body, Witt's henchmen, seeing their boss injured, didn't hesitate and drew their knives and pistols, rushing forward.

Before they could even get close, Mundo, who had been itching to get going, suddenly got excited. He raised his fist and delivered a powerful punch, sending the corpse flying like a bowling ball, crushing and maiming countless henchmen as they flew through the air.

"We signed a contract! Didn't we? Two contracts, you should have one too!" Seeing that he couldn't win, Witt began to argue his case, trying to seize the moral high ground.

Unfortunately, this tactic might work on someone like Tina, but it's completely useless against someone like Sett who's morally bankrupt or has no concept of morality at all.

After stretching his neck, Sett said with a disdainful look, "I've noticed that there are always some idiots who try to reason with me when they can't beat me."

As he spoke, Sett raised his fist:

"My reasoning is right. Come on, talk to him about the spirit of contracts!"

Watching Victor being repeatedly beaten and the casino thugs, Robin simply clasped his hands together and prayed silently—hoping that his future work would be easier.

34. Introduction

Beating, continuous beating. The henchmen around Sett tried to rush up and pull him away, but before they could get close, Mundo had already swung his bone saw and fists, sending them flying.

Sett at least knew how to control the force of his punches, but Mundo was purely insane. Every swing was delivered with all his might; an ordinary person would be exhausted after thirty seconds of such a fight. But Mundo was different. An excessive dose of drugs had destroyed Mundo's physiological limiters, and with abundant energy within his body, Mundo could become a perpetual motion machine.

To put it simply, an ordinary person can starve to death if they still have fat, muscle, and water in their body and haven't completely depleted their energy reserves. Mundo, however, won't. Unless his muscle and water are completely depleted, Mundo will continuously grow new muscle.

Lacking his own will, the only person he recognized was Sett. As the enemy charged, Mundo's fists, the size of sandbags, cleaved through the air with every swing, sending blood flying.

Sett wasn't idle either. Under his hands, Vittor's face swelled up at a visible rate, more than a size larger. Red and purple bruises covered his cheeks. Half of his teeth were broken, and even so, as the perpetrator, Sett felt no remorse whatsoever.

"Consider yourself lucky, little Vitt!" Sett said arrogantly. "At least you didn't lay a hand on me, otherwise your head would be the one smashed today! Remember this favor and report it to your boss."

"It's ridiculous that someone would try to blackmail me with a contract."

As she spoke, Seti grabbed Witt by the collar and threw him aside.

Standing on the bar, looking around at everyone—well, apart from Witt, no one else had time to pay attention to Sett. Mundo, blinded by rage and slurring his words, was in a chemical frenzy. The others were already terrified just trying to escape Mundo's pursuit.

However, Sett didn't care about the ideas; in Sett's view, the more chaotic the better! The more violent the better. It would be best if there were more people.

Pointing both hands to the sky:

"Listen up, you scum! Everything except the rules I set is bullshit!! I am the freest man on this vast ocean! The freest thug!!"

"It's fine if you want to resist!! But my fists are huge, so you'll have to bear with it! Hahahaha!!!"

"Mundo!!!"

As Sett's arrogant laughter echoed, Mundo, in a frenzy, also went berserk. He raised his arms wildly, slamming them down with the raw, unskilled power of a gorilla. Blood and flesh flew everywhere; the thugs hadn't even had time to react before Mundo had turned them into a bloody pulp. Even Robin, standing nearby, felt nauseous at the sight of the splattering entrails and blood—it was hard to imagine that just an hour ago, this monster who had turned people into mincemeat was playing with her, catching butterflies.

Sett felt no aversion to this. On the contrary, the smell of blood made the violent impulses of the Astarian within him feel exceptionally comfortable, like the refreshing air after a storm. He leaned back and slumped onto the leather chair behind the bar, grabbed a beer, and started chugging it down.

Seeing this scene before him, how could Witt dare to say anything more?

Witt had seen plenty of arrogant guys in the casino, but he'd never seen anyone as arrogant as Sett as he was, to the point of instilling fear in the older generation. Things had escalated to this point, and it was no longer just a problem within the casino; it was about how other powers viewed the Capone family.

It's important to understand that Antor Island isn't solely controlled by the Capone family. The Walker family, the Marine branch, the World Government… they're all eyeing the vast West Blue. As a crucial maritime transportation hub in the West Blue, Antor Island has even attracted the attention of some powerful figures along the Grand Line.

Now, the Capone family, which controls half of Antor Island's underworld, can't even handle a guy who does underground boxing... What will others think? What will the Walker family do? What will those bureaucrats who bribe their way into thinking?

He couldn't even imagine the fury his boss would unleash upon learning this...

"It's over, it's all over..."

"Are we still fighting in the arena this afternoon?" After finishing a bottle of wine, Robin came over and offered him a new one. Robin was no longer surprised by Sett's current behavior.

“Of course!” Sett said casually, “Fujitora is gone, but these scumbags can’t even keep you entertained.”

"Even though it's all just playing house, the quality is at least higher in the afternoon, isn't it?"

As he spoke, Sett thought for a moment, but considering he had just drunk alcohol and wasn't in a good position to think, he simply said, "Wasn't there some kind of gang of thugs? I think I killed one of their members or something. Let's call them over and introduce Dr. Mundo to the others!"

As they were talking, Mundo raised his bone saw again: "Headache! Chop off heads!!"

35. Complex People

"Now, Capone Casino may face a lot of difficulties."

Following Sett's steps, they walked towards the commercial street outside. After his previous domineering and arrogant behavior, this time no one dared to swagger in front of Sett as brazenly as before.

Even the shopkeepers looked at Sett as if he were a plague god, yet they dared not close the shop, fearing that their actions might displease Sett and result in a beating for both themselves and the shop.

I thought the Capone family would at least give him a good beating after the casino sign was smashed yesterday, but it seems no one can touch this guy—especially with the addition of this purple monster. Good grief, he's even more ruthless than Sett. A single punch can smash a skull, sending red and white fragments flying everywhere.

Therefore, they had to put on a smiling face to please Sett.

Sett wasn't surprised—in fact, he had already noticed it when he first arrived in this world. Perhaps it was because this world was extremely warlike, or perhaps for some other reason. The people of this world didn't value virtue—especially in the chaotic West Blue, where virtue was seen as a sign of weakness and incompetence.

This is exactly what Sett wants.

Sett doesn't consider himself some kind of saint, much less do anything like bringing a breeze of love to the West Sea. Since you like violence, fine, then bring it on! I happen to love reasoning with my fists.

Upon hearing Robin's words, Sett, who was sitting at a table outside the barbecue restaurant, casually asked, "What's wrong? They just smashed up one of their casinos, but they still have half of it usable, right?"

“But the reputation is ruined, isn’t it?” Robin said helplessly. “If Antor Island only had one casino, that would be one thing, but the Walker family has another casino. It’s competition to begin with, and now that something like this has happened at the Capone family’s casino, I’m afraid many people will have to go to another casino to avoid the storm.”

"Like the loss of customer traffic?"

Hearing Robin's explanation, Sett nodded thoughtfully. But Robin didn't finish, adding, "It's not just about the loss of customer traffic."

"And what about those bureaucrats who have been bribing officials? They were never good people to begin with, making money from both sides at sea. Now that the Capone family is facing these problems, I'm afraid they'll also side with the Walker family."

"In that case, the Capone family's business could be severely affected..."

"That's pathetic," Sett casually remarked to Robin. "See? That's the consequence of lacking strength. If you had the power, you could have crushed the Walker family and forced those officials to trade with you—how satisfying would that be?!"

"Of course, if you ask me, we still need to crush all the competitors and take control of the entire West Sea... but for now, that's just wishful thinking~"

As he spoke, Sett shrugged indifferently.

Although Sett is a reckless man who's too lazy to think, that doesn't mean he's an idiot or a psychopath like Mundo.

"If even a small place like this has someone like Fujitora, then there must be quite a few talented people in the World Government. For now, we should keep a low profile."

As he spoke, Sett slammed his hand on the table: "Damn it! Where's the food?! Are all the people in the kitchen going to get Parkinson's?! Do they want to get their heads stepped on by the toilet?!"
