Chapter Twenty: Dragon Maid Noah

The pink-haired girl stared in disbelief at Noah before her.

Just now, this strange maid kicked the white snake who called himself the god of the spring flying... kicked it flying.

Is this guy even human?

Everyone present had this thought at the same time.

Noah rubbed her aching thigh and slowly exhaled a breath of stale air.

At this moment, the shadows gradually emerged from the spring water beneath the waterfall, and the enormous white snake reappeared, its massive body standing like a rapidly growing fleshy tree beneath the waterfall.

"Terrifying power, who exactly are you?"

The white snake looked at Noah, its green eyes filled with anger and fear.

"I'm just a maid. I've already said I don't want to fight you, so why do you insist on coming at me and trying to cause trouble?"

Noah sighed, stroked her chin, and said thoughtfully.

"Since you've provoked me, I won't be polite anymore. I'm thinking of making you into snake soup. It should taste pretty good, right?"

"Human, you have utterly enraged me!!! Don't you think I'm just a giant body?"

The white snake was clearly excited; its scales stood up like hair, and a lightning-like magical power began to flow across them.

"I am a god, and I can control the water elements around me. Killing you, a human, is no different from crushing an ant!"

The white serpent roared, and a blue barrier appeared above Noah. This barrier was composed of different small magic circles and looked exquisite and complex.

"An advanced magic circle...only a Grandmaster can cast it!"

The older, pink-haired girl murmured, her eyes filled with awe.

Noah frowned slightly; for the first time, she sensed a faint feeling of danger from the barrier before her.

However, that was all. Noah's intuition told her that this magic circle was nothing to her!

"Once you see this magic circle, it will be too late for you to escape!"

The giant serpent roared again, and several ice walls, each over ten meters high, quickly rose up around Noah, completely blocking her escape route.

The blue array began to operate, and almost simultaneously everyone heard a piercing sound coming from within it.

It sounded like the screams of millions of vengeful spirits in unison during a blizzard.

A cold wind carrying shards of ice and snow surged out from the magic circle, and the surrounding trees instantly turned into crystal-clear ice sculptures!

"Damn it! This giant serpent summoned something incredible using a water elemental magic circle! This area might turn into an ice and snow world! We need to get out of here quickly!"

The pink-haired girl was pale as she dragged the still-living magician along, shouting at her younger sister.

"Emily, take them away quickly, we can't stay here any longer."

"Sister, I'm afraid it's too late!"

Another pink-haired girl named Emily pointed at the frost that was extending at an astonishing speed and spoke in a calm tone.

"Hahaha, die! This is the price for offending the gods!"

The white snake looked down at Noah, its face filled with a vengeful pleasure.

"Can someone like you even be called a god?"

Noah looked at the crazed white snake with a calm expression and obvious disdain in her eyes.

"Logically speaking, a god shouldn't protect a region or bring blessings to the people. The spell you cast may have destroyed half a forest. Can someone as insane as you be called a god?"

"He's nothing but a beast in the guise of a god, putting on airs in front of mortals. What kind of god of springs is he? It's just a self-amusing title."

"Shut up, you human! Slandering the gods is an even greater crime! Turn me into an ice sculpture!"

As if touched on a sore spot, the white snake roared hysterically, and the raging winds surging from the magic circle were all directed at Noah.

The frost spreading across the ground stopped, and the pink-haired girl and the mages were saved. In contrast, Noah's eyebrows and body began to be covered with frost.

Noah casually exhaled, and it instantly turned into ice crystals. The temperature continued to drop, but this was not the end!

"Die!"

The white serpent looked at Noah and roared again.

All the cold winds immediately rushed towards Noah's location. The pink-haired girl suddenly felt the ground beneath her feet tremble. Accompanied by an explosion that almost ripped her eardrums apart, the place where Noah was instantly blown apart, and white dust spread in all directions.

"Damn humans, all that talk, and in the end you're all just turning to ashes!"

The white snake breathed slightly and said with a cold laugh.

"This is what happens when you anger the gods... What?"

Before it could finish its mocking words, the smoke gradually dissipated, and Noah appeared before everyone, her maid outfit now tattered and torn.

Beneath the tattered maid outfit lay not fair skin, but shimmering silver scales.

His hands slowly began to twist, looking more like claws than hands. Behind Noah, a large silver tail swished back and forth.

Noah slowly opened his eyes, his golden pupils becoming even more dazzling than before, like lanterns shining in the darkness.

"I almost thought I was really going to die. The power is just so-so."

Noah looked at her palm, opened her mouth, and her voice became deeper than before.

"You...you're a dragon? Why are there dragons here? Shouldn't you have already been banished..."

The white snake was no longer as arrogant as before; its green eyes were filled with the image of Noah in his dragon form, and intense fear made its scales tremble violently.

"Dragon race? Is this my race? The goddess really did leave me a very cool body!"

Noah touched the smooth scales on his face, a frustrated expression on his face.

"But why is it prepared for me? If it were a wife prepared for me, how wonderful that would be..."

Seeing Noah like this, the white snake had no will to fight and leaped to return to the bottom of the waterfall.

However, in mid-air, Noah grabbed its tail, and its huge body was pulled into a straight line, landing heavily on the ground.

"Where do you want to go? Aren't you going to turn me to ashes?"

Noah gave the white snake a perfect smile and spoke in a very friendly tone.

"No, it seems like there's a mistake somewhere... I didn't..."

The white snake stammered as she tried to explain.

Noah didn't want to listen. She directly mobilized her magic, and the white snake's body instantly turned into a giant popsicle, lifting the enormous body high before slamming it to the ground.

"You think you're so great because you know water magic? You think you're so great because you can control water elements? You think it feels good to freeze people? How does it feel to freeze yourself? You false god!"

Noah grabbed the white snake by the tail and slammed her to the ground repeatedly, causing the earth to tremble with each blow.

The White Snake was thrown around so hard she was completely disoriented, looking like overcooked noodles.

"The final blow!"

Noah wasted no time. She tossed the white snake into the air with one hand, then performed a backflip in mid-air, and in an instant, the white snake turned into a blur and plunged into the waterfall.

Just a few seconds later, the white snake's body floated on the water's surface, no longer moving, and two magical artifacts emitting blue light also floated up with it.

Chapter Twenty-One: Will You Become My Summoned Beast?

Noah reached out his hand, and two blue magical artifacts landed in his palm.

One was a silver bracelet inlaid with blue gemstones, and the other was a translucent glass ball that looked like a snake's eye.

"The Serpent Heart Bracelet, a spiritual artifact guarded by the Ice Spring Serpent, is a mid-tier, secondary spiritual artifact. It can collect water elements from the air and release them as White Serpent Magic, the strength of which depends on the user!"

"The Eye of the Serpent can cure diseases below level five. It is a mid-grade secondary spiritual artifact that can alleviate diseases above level five. It can be used three times."

The moment Noah's hand touched the two magical artifacts, two pieces of information popped into her mind.

Two mid-level spiritual artifacts. Shelley once said that a low-level spiritual artifact could be exchanged for a lot of gold coins, so how valuable are these two mid-level spiritual artifacts?

Noah swallowed hard, feeling like she had found something incredible. She could almost see a luxurious villa and exquisite maid outfits waving at her.

Of course, selling them wasn't going to be that simple. Noah would definitely keep these two mid-level spiritual artifacts carefully, as they would be of great help to Shelley.

Just as Noah was about to put away the two magical artifacts, she suddenly felt a burning gaze coming from behind her.

Noah looked back and saw a pink-haired girl with an expressionless face standing not far from her, her purple eyes staring straight at Noah.

Noah raised an eyebrow. Although she knew these two women were beauties, upon closer inspection, she realized that their looks were truly stunning.

Her skin was as smooth as cream, her features were beautiful and delicate, her pink curly hair cascaded down her smooth forehead like waves, and her purple eyes, illuminated by the moonlight, resembled amethysts radiating a mysterious glow.

The two girls were immediately struck by their beauty, as if everything in the world had been poured into these two sisters.

The sisters looked like twins, but Noah could tell the difference between them at a glance.

The older one has a rich expression, with joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness written all over her face, while the younger one has a cold expression and is a girl with no feelings, as if everything in the world is irrelevant to her.

"Hello, I am Alice Wendy from the Wendy family, and that is my sister Anne Wendy."

Noah didn't understand why the other person wanted to take care of her, but she still nodded and said.

"Hello, my name is Noah Loran, and I'm just a passing maid!"

Noah nodded, and she responded politely.

"Hello, Miss Loran, could you please lend us the Serpent's Eye?"

Alice nodded, and she said with a serious expression.

"Huh? Snake Eye, you mean this glass bead?"

Noah picked up the glass marble in her hand and tossed it a few times. She looked at Alice with some confusion and asked.

"No, after all, I worked so hard to defeat that giant serpent, how could I just lend it to someone else?"

"But someone in my family needs the Snake Eye, and she's very ill right now..."

Annie said anxiously as she used magic to heal the seriously injured mage.

“Miss Anne Wendy, I can only express my deepest apologies for this. You have seriously ill adults, but it has nothing to do with me, does it?”

Noah replied politely and earnestly, but her wariness of the two was hard to hide beneath her polite words.
